Thanks, will be releasing new version soon as I can get back into server to give it a test.
Merchants have come to an agreement that PoK is the central hub and exotic goods will be sold elsewhere.
(Merchant Woad was trying to influence the council and resisted after Blacksmith Gerta started undressing)
Lucky combines will now be detected.
No idea where you got "/mac ts/tradesmanv2 smithing list" from.I am trying to run the mac to make a shopping list for trophy quest but it returns an empty shopping list, same when running /mac ts/tradesmanv2 smithing list
;shopping: create a shopping list (0 to disable) to use with /mac ts/finditem
shopping=1
Could reorder the list so that vendor only is first on the list.1) Some recipes are missing 1 component, or solely vendor components (the infinite supply types particularly). Would it be possible to get them over with quickly by making a "priority" list? Even if you're full of 40-44 slot bags and have every ingredient, things like Tailoring have an obscene number of components to go from 300-350. IIRC, my list said 535 missing ingredients when I started. I'm half way and still missing close to 400 ingredients.
put everything in the bank, run tradesman, run finditem2) A secondary cleanup macro to move ingredients that are no longer required to bag 10. Seems like it'd just need to run and build a list of missing recipes, list every ingredient, move items not on the list, and then COULD check the quantity of each missing ingredient vs inventory and give a report.
If it does not get moved to bag 10 it is used in another skill, that is why it is important to keep at least some slots open above bag 10.I was thinking, this mac needs 2 things. First, a command that searches all recipes, and identifies all the items you have in all of them. IE, I made a bunch of jewelcraft stuff that is in recipes for Smithing and or Fletching. So that if we are chain doing them, we dont /dest or sell and have to remake them. The other thing is a bazaar mac. I think I have one kinda working, but I need to test it more. Then I'll post it if you want it.
yeah probably best for 300+ in the tradeskills, since you will fail alot if you start at 54As a new EQ player, I'm very interested in maximizing the value of this macro but am a little lost as to where to start or what I need to do to prepare. For example, I have all applicable tradeskills to at least level 54 and the beginner trophy for each one. I've also been saving all tradeskill items I've come across so far. What would be the best way to use this macro to learn recipes/gain tradeskill levels primarily using the items I've already collected? I don't have a lot of extra money to spend on materials from merchants or the Bazaar. Is this macro more geared to higher level players with access to more resources, or can I still make use of it at lower levels?

Added Amile Pitt (some waters that is used)
just bought macro, unzipped it, put contents in macro folder, assumed /mac jande would get me started
I was wrong
anyone toss me a hand how to get this macro started, did i miss a tutorial of specific instructions![]()
I like /mac Jande. Jande needs more recognition for this awesome macro.just bought macro, unzipped it, put contents in macro folder, assumed /mac jande would get me started

/mac ts/tradesmanv2 <skill> <parameter>
check the tutorial at the top of the page. Syntax is more along the lines of:
INI:
In the tradesman.iniHow do I turn off the beep when the macro ends? I've tried editing the tradesman, tradesmanv1 and tradesmanv2 ini files but can't seem to get it to stop.
endBeep setting now works
some detection when increasing skill
adding eron's combines for a makelist (erons.ini)
some extra vendor dumps
it do recognise it, but it wants you to have 5 of it... even if its something that is returned after a combineI attempted to use /mac ts/tradesmanv2 research make "Wrapped Conflagrant Gem of Security" 5 but it would recognise the i had etching tools in my inventory. When i do i manually they are recognised.
No real big issue for me but thought i would pass it on

MInes wasnt showing the 1 of 5 it was 0 of 5it do recognise it, but it wants you to have 5 of it... even if its something that is returned after a combine

oh, weirdMInes wasnt showing the 1 of 5 it was 0 of 5
Some fixes for tools wanting multiples !
Improved detection for containers in guildhalls (let me know what the name is on the experiment window if still problems)

Messed up the code a bit, fixed.
I blame gremlins.
In options is this checked ?Another thing:
When it tries to use a Mortar and Pestle for Making Poison, the mac requires it be in slot 9. Okay, figured that out (actually, the mac told me what to do because it's super fucking awesome).
Issue I'm having is the Mortar and Pestle will open into the first window you see when you open a ts container (the one with the search function and such). The mac will say it's opening up in EXPERIMENT mode, but never actually does. It'll just close the Mortar and Pestle down, reopen it, and repeat until I manually hit the "experiment" button on the container.
Try itThat was definitely NOT checked. Should it be?

I don't think any of them do. It is too easy of a task that you only have to do once for them to bother writing code for it.Is there any part of this or any other mac that will collect all the scribeable books and scribe them for me? I already purchased this resource, just curious as i didnt see this option and its something im looking for.

oh ok. THank you. How about a list if them? or which vendors etc? I honestly just dont know where to start with them, large tasks are daunting for me. there are so many tradeskill vendors.
