Plays a previously recorded path. Includes ability to change paths and execute commands.

MQ2AutoCamp

Turns autocamp on and off, saves and loads, and adjusts settings such as starting a macro after a rez

MQ2AutoForage

/destroyitem <item>
Adds the specified item to MQ2AutoForage's auto-destroy list. Overwrites EverQuest's /destroyitem command.

/keepitem <item>
add/change the specified item in the .ini file to keep.

/startforage
commence autoforaging.

/stopforage
stop autoforaging.

MQ2AutoGroup

/autogroup [option] [setting]
Configures MQ2AutoGroup much faster than writing an .ini from scratch.

AutoLogin

/loginchar [server:character|profile_server:character|server^login^character^password|server^login^password]
Launches a new EverQuest instance and logs in the specified character. e.g. /loginchar vox:aradune

/relog [<#>s|<#>m]
Logs out the current character and automatically logs back in after 10 seconds or specified delay. e.g. /relog 5m for 5 minutes.

/switchchar <name>
Logs out of the current character and logs back into the specified character on the same server and account.

/switchserver <server short name> <character name>
Logs out of the current character and logs back into the specified server and character using the same account credentials.

MQ2AutoLoot

/autoloot [option] [#|setting]
Interact with merchants, bankers, or barter, as well as modify settings

/setitem [option] [#]
Adds settings for the item on your cursor to Loot.ini, and will react accordingly

MQ2AutoSize

/autosize [on|off] | [option] [#]
Handles autosize settings and status

MQ2Bandolier

/createset <setname> slotname1 slotname2 ... (slotname22)
Creates an equipment set that's saved to the MQ2Bandolier_character.ini

/deleteset <setname>
Removes setname from the MQ2Bandolier_Character.ini

/equipset <setname>
Equips the specified equipment set

MQ2BardSwap

/bardswap [melee]
Toggles swapping instruments / weapons on and off

MQ2Boxr

/boxr [option] | [option <setting>]
Sends commands that control a variety of different software.

Bzsrch

/breset
Stops and resets the current bazaar search.

/bzquery
The same as clicking the "find items" button on the bazaar window.

/bzsrch [params] [name]
Searches the bazaar for items matching the specified criteria. Parameters mirror the bazaar window.

MQ2Camera

/camera distance [reset | <distance>] [save]
/camera attach [target | id <spawn_id> | <spawn_name>]
/camera [info | detach | reset]
Manipulate the game's third person camera. No parameters shows usage.

MQ2Cast

/castdebug [on|off]
verbose output text on or off

/casting "<name>" [type] [option]...
The /casting command requires only 1 argument, the name of the spell you wish to cast. If the spell is not memmed, it will try and mem it in gem5 by default. If the spell has more than one word, make sure to surround it with quotes.

/interrupt
This will interrupt the current spell/item/AA that's casting.

/memorize <name> [gem]
Take spell names or IDs, and can use gem# or just the numbers themselves. The gem# or number can also be appended to the end of the name. e.g.
/memorize "Minor Shielding" 1
The plugin will attempt to immobilize you before memorizing the spell(s).

/ssd <"name">
(spell set delete) This will delete a spell set from the ini file.

/ssl
(spell set list) This will list all spell sets that have been saved.

/ssm <"name">
(spell set memorize) This will memorize a previously saved spell set.

/sss <"name"> [gem(s)]

(spell set save) This saves your currently memorized spells into a set you name. By default, all gems (123456789ABC) will be saved. You can also specify the gems you wish to save, e.g.

/sss powerlevel 1238

Using other commands from MQ2Cast you can then load these spell sets.

ChatWnd

/mqchat [reset | ui | autoscroll {on|off} | NoCharSelect {on|off} | SaveByChar {on|off}]
Configure and manage mqchatwnd's settings.

/breset
Clears the chat buffer in the ChatWnd.

/mqfont <#>
Sets the font size in the MQ window, from 1 to 10. Default is 4.

/mqmin
Minimizes the ChatWnd.

/setchattitle <title>
Sets the title of the ChatWnd. By default, it's "MQ".

/style [!]0xN
Set the style bit corresponding to 0xN or unset it if ! is supplied. See EQ documentation for further details about WindowStyle.

MQ2Clipboard

/clip [option] [</command|text>]
Copies command output or text to your computer's clipboard

MQ2CPULoad

/cpu [auto | manual | high | low | help | set <core> | report <level>]
Shows status of cpu load balancing, and controls cpu priority among EverQuest sessions

MQ2Cursor

/cursor [option] [value]
Controls handling of items on cursor, as well as current status

/keep
Keep item on cursor (does not add to list)

CustomBinds

/custombind [ list ] | [add|delete] <bindname> | [set|clear] <bindname>[-down|-up] [command]
This command is used to add, delete, list or change custom key bindings. See /bind and /dumpbinds.

/dexecute <name> <command>
Executes a command on peer's client. Short version: /dex

/dgaexecute <group> <command>
Executes a command on all clients in a group (including own). Short version: /dgae

/dgexecute <group> <command>
Executes a command on all clients in a group (except own). Short version: /dge

/dggaexecute <command>
Executes a command on all clients in your current in-game group (including own). Short version: /dgga

/djoin <group> [all|save]

/dleave <group> [all|save]
Leave a group, and optionally write to [General] or [server_character] (all or save, respectively)

/dnet [<arg>]
Set variables such as network interface, change settings in the config file, toggle debug mode, and output group/peer information. No option will

/dobserve <name> [-q <query>] [-o <result>] [-drop]
Add an observer on name and update values in result, or drop the observer.

/dquery <name> [-q <query>] [-o <result>] [-t <timeout>]
Execute query on name and store return in result.

/dtell <name> <text>
Echo text on peer's console. Short version: /dt

/discord {reload|process|debug|stop}
Sends commands to be processed by the config file, reloads the config file, and controls debugging.

Clears the buffer of the (optional) MQ2EQBC UI window

Meta control of the EQBC client, including connecting to the server, channels, help, status, and more.

/bcfont #
Sets the font size of the optional UI window

/bcg //command
Send /command to all connected group members, excluding client issuing the command

EverQuest

/achievements
Toggle the Achievements window.

/aclearcompare
Clears PC currently comparing achievements with.

/acompare
Compares your achievements with the targeted Player Character (PC). Note: range dependant.

/addraidlooter <name>
Add your current target, or specified character name, to the list of valid looters in the raid.

/advloot {personal | shared} setallto <loot option>
The /advloot command toggles the Advanced Loot System window. It can also set loot options for all items in the personal or shared loot lists.

/afk [on | off | <message>]
Toggle. Sets your A.F.K (Away From Keyboard) status to either on or off. By default, /tell messages sent to your character will reply 'Player is temporarily Away From Keyboard.' You may customize the auto-reply message.

/aggrolock
Related to Aggro Meter (/aggrometer) The /aggrolock functions as 'Set Aggro Target' on the Aggro Meter. Must be level 20+

/aggrometer
Toggles the Aggro Meter window. The window displays your current percentage of hate compared to the entity that is most hated by the NPC that is the focus of the meter. By default, this shows your current target, but the current aggro target can also be locked with /aggrolock so that it won't change when you change your current target.

/airlute
Plays the air lute emote.

/alarm
Toggles Alarm Window. Use to setup in-game timer (hours+mins)

/alternateadv {on <#> | off | list | activate <id | name> | buy | buyall}
Use, list, or purchase Alternate Advancements (AA). This can also be carried out in the Alternate Advancement window (found in the Inventory window.) Commonly abbreviated: /alt, /alt act

/announce
Toggles the current status of the announce join/leavefeature for chat channels.

/anonymous [on|off]
Toggle. When on, prevents others from seeing your class, level, race, guild, and current zone through /who and /who all queries. Common abbreviation: /anon

/assist [<name> | group | raid | main | on/off]
Assists a player or NPC, changing your current target to their target. All variants of the /assist command function at the same distance. Also toggles auto-attack on assist. If no option specified, it will assist your current target.

/attack [on|off]
Toggle attack mode, or specify on/off.

/auction <message>
Message the auction channel in the current zone. Note: On the detail window of an item, you can click on the item's icon to make a clickable-link in your messages.

/augmentprompt
Controls the confirmation prompt that appears when inserting, removing, or swapping augments in items.

/autobank
With the Bank window open and with an item on your cursor, will attempt to place the item into a spare bank slot.

/autoconsent [ group | guild | raid | fellowship ]
Gives permission to drag your current and future corpses.

/autofire [on|off]
Toggle automatic firing of your ranged weapon. Note: Turning on /attack will turn off autofire and switch to melee.

/autoinventory
Places the item on your cursor into the first available slot in your inventory.

/autojoin [add | remove] <channel1>[:<password>] [,<channel2>] ... [,<channel10>]
Always join a channel or up to 10 channels every session, information is saved to eqclient.ini as ChannelAutoJoin=

/autoskill [<skill name> [on|off]]
Toggle combat skills to automatically activate while using /attack. If no name is supplied, it will list available skills for your character. You can also activate these by right-clicking in the combat skills menu.

/autosplit [on|off]
Toggle. Automatically 'splits' money looted between party members.

/bandolier [add | delete | activate] <SetName>
Add, delete, and activate sets of weapons.

/barter
Opens the Barter window, allowing you to see who is buying items.

/bazaar

Toggles the Bazaar window to search for items that are for sale in the Bazaar zone.

Note: If purchased outside of the Bazaar zone, buyers must use tokens (deliver to inventory) or plat (deliver to parcel).

/beta
Will flag the current character on the live servers to be copied to the Beta server.

/betabuff <level>
Buff the level of your character on the Beta server. Level must be in increments of 5, e.g. 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, etc.

/blockspell [display | add | remove | clear] [me | pet] <spellnumber>...
Toggle blocking beneficial spells from being cast on you or your pet. The blocklist is written to the [BlockedSpells] section of your <character>_<server>.ini

/bodytint
Toggles the Armor Dye window. Note: Does not affect Type 12 ornaments.

/book <1-140>
Opens your spell book to the specified page.

/bug
Opens the bug report form.

/bugreport
Toggles the "Report a bug" window, capable of sending EQ devs detailed information about the issue automatically.

/buyer
Toggles the Barter Buyer window. Create "want to buy" bids for items.

/calendar
Opens the in-game Calendar window. The calendar displays all event alerts for the year. For progression servers, it also indicates when future expansions will unlock.

/camp [desktop | server] [fast]
Used to camp your character out of the game, either to the character selection screen (default), server selection screen or your desktop. It takes 30 seconds to camp if you're in a normal zone. In certain safe zones you'll be given the option to camp immediately (e.g Guild Hall, Plane of Knowledge, etc.)

/cast <slot# | spellname>
Casts the spell in the specified gem slot or by the name of a memorized spell. Partial spell names are accepted.

/changefamiliar
Opens the familiar name change window, allowing you to rename your familiars. Requires the Potion of Familiar's Amnesia item from the marketplace.

/changefamiliarname
Opens the "Change Familiar Name" window. Only works if you are eligible for a familiar name change.

/changemercname
Opens the "Change Mercenary Name" window. Only works if you are eligible for a familiar name change. Note: Changing your mercenary's name will change the name of the mercenary in the active slot. When that mercenary is dismissed, the name will be moved to the next empty slot.

/changename
Will open the "Change Name" window. Only works if you are eligible for a name change.

/changepetname
Opens the "Change Pet Name" window. Only works if you are eligible for a pet name change.

/channel [say | gsay | guildsay | tell | auction | ooc | chat] [<name>]
Sets the default chat channel from "Say" to the option specified. In the case of "tell" or "chat", specify the name of the player or chatroom.

/charinfo
Outputs your bind point(s) and current origin city. The origin city reflects any changes made with the /setstartcity command. There's also an abbreviation extended by MacroQuest: /char

/chat [ [1-10] <message> ] | [ join | leave | leaveall | list | set | announce | invisible | afk | buddy | namespace | invite | grant | password | kick | moderate | voice | local | oplist | opadd | opremove | setowner ] <options>
Controls chat channels. All options in this syntax can instead be used as standalone commands with a ";" e.g. ;join, ;set, ;kick, etc. For cross-server chat, use <server short name>.<name> for channels and players.

/chatfontsize <0-10>
Adjust the size of the font in the chat window, from size 0 to size 10, with 0 being the smallest. 3 is default.

/claim
Opens the Claim Window where you can claim in-game prizes. (Prizes are often from special game editions, events, and promotions.)

/clearallchat
Clears all chat from all chat windows.

/clearchat
Clears current chat window. Common abbreviation: /clear

/clearmarks
Clears all current NPC markers, whether set with the UI or /gmarknpc

/clickthrough
Unknown

/combatmusic [on | off]
Play combat music during combat. Default is ON.

/compareexpedraid
Shows the players that are not in both Expedition & Raid.

/comparetaskraid
Shows the players that are not in both Shared Task & Raid.

/consent [ <player> | group | guild | raid | fellowship ]
Gives permission to drag your current corpse. For current and future corpses, see /autoconsent

/consider [<name>]

Considers your current target, which displays an indication of your faction standing as well as an indication of the target's relative level and strength.

The target can be specified by name, including pet names, and can use chat variables.

Common abbreviation: /con

/copylayout [<layout> <inifile>] [restore]
With no parameters, opens "Copy Layout" window. Otherwise it will copy the specified layout and INI file. Restore will copy the layout from your current INI and desktop resolution.

/corpse [<name>]
Summons your own, or another's corpse that you specify. Must be within a certain radius and have permission to drag. Will also use the current target if it's a permitted corpse. If you need to drag a long distance, use /corpsedrag.

/corpsedrag
Will auto-drag your current targeted corpse, if permitted. You can drag up to two corpses.

/corpsedrop
Used to stop dragging a corpse that you're holding with /corpsedrag. Will use currently targeted corpse if selected.

/decaycorpse
Remove one of your own, targeted corpses. Will become ineligible for resurrection as well.

/decline
Decline a duel after you've been challenged by another player.

/delegategmarknpc
Delegate the marking of NPCs to a targeted group member. Must be leader to use this ability.

/delegategmasterlooter
Delegate looting to a targeted group member. Must be leader to use this ability.

/delegatermarknpc
Delegate the marking of NPCs to a targeted raid member. Must be raid leader to use this ability.

/delegatermasterlooter
Delegate looting to a targeted raid member. Must be raid leader to use this ability.

/deny [ <player> | group | raid | guild | fellowship ]
Revokes permission to drag your corpse.

/destroyitem
Will attempt to destroy the item on your cursor.

/disband [<name>]
Will disband from your group, or if no group, will decline a group invitation. The group leader can remove a targeted player from the group, or remove the specified <name> from the group.

/discipline <discipline name>

Performs the given <discipline>. To see a list of disciplines available, bring up the "Combat Abilities" window. (Alt+C by default)

Common abbreviation: /disc

/dismount
Removes your character from their mount.

/doability [1-10]
Activates a key from the "Actions" window.

/duck
Emotes that you 'duck'. (Does not actually make your character duck or crouch.)

/duel
Initiates a duel between you and the currently targeted player. Duel is in effect until one "dies" (is knocked unconscious) or flees the zone.

/dynamiclights [on|off]
Toggles dynamic lights ON/OFF the next time you zone. Note: Dynamic Lights refers to specially rendered lighting, like when your character holds a lantern or another item that emits a glow.

/dzaddplayer [<name>]
Invites your current target or <name> to the expedition. Must be leader.

/dzhelp
Outputs a list of all Expedition commands with a brief description of each.

/dzlisttimers
List any outstanding replay timers you have for all expeditions. This is the amount of time you must wait before being allowed to enter another instance of that zone.

/dzmakeleader <name>
Transfer expedition leadership to a new player. Must be leader.

/dzplayerlist
List all the members of the expedition.

/dzquit
Removes you from your currently assigned expedition.

/dzremoveplayer <name>
Remove a player from their expedition instance. Must be leader to use.

/dzswapplayer <character to remove> <character to add>
Swap out one player for another. Must be leader. The player to be added has to approve, or the command fails.

/emote <text>
Emotes the <text>. Alternate commands: /me, :

/exit

Immediately exit you from the game.

The /quit command provides identical functionality. The command must be typed in its entirety; partial commands are not accepted.

/extralife
Opens your browser to the Darkpaw Games team page for Extra Life

/facepalm
Performs the facepalm emote.

/faction
Toggles the "Factions" window. Here you can view your character's standing with various factions.

/faint
Causes your character to perform a fainting animation.

/familiar leave
Tell your familiar to go away.

/fastdrop { on | off | never }
Controls the ability to drop items with or without confirmation, or at all. The default and recommended setting is off, which will ask for confirmation before dropping an item.

/feedback
Opens the official EverQuest forums in an external browser for submitting feedback.

/fight
Triggers the fight emote animation.

/filter
Opens the "Options" window to the "Chat" tab in EverQuest to manage chat filters.

/finditem
Opens the "Find Item Window", allowing searches through your: bank, equipped items, inventory, real estate, item overflow and parcel. Note: This will not search your Dragon's Hoard.

/findpc <name>
Used to show a yellow path toward a player character. The player must be visible in the find window, such as when they're in your group or raid.

/fistbump
Performs a fist bump emote.

/follow [<player name>]
Toggles following a targeted or named player character. Manually moving can cancel the effect. Note: MQ2AdvPath will intercept this command by default and replace it with /afollow

/fontface <fontname>
Changes the font of the chat window to <fontname>.

/freakout
Performs the freakout emote.

/friends [<name>]
Will list your entire friends list. If <name> is supplied it's a toggle; it will add that character to your friends list, or remove them from the list if they're already a friend. Alternate command: ;buddy

/fsay <message>
Send a message to your fellowship.

/fullscreen {on|off}
Toggles between Fullscreen mode and Windowed mode.

/gems
Opens the 'EQ Gems' game window.

/getguildmotd
Displays the Guild Message of the Day (MOTD)

/gmarknpc <1-3>
Mark an NPC for your group with a number from 1 to 3. Alternate: /marknpc

/groupleader
Will output the name of the current Group leader. You must be in a group to perform this action.

/grouproles [ list | set | unset | roleset ] <options>
Manage group roles, and create sets of roles you can load or unload for specific groups of characters.

/growl
Causes your character to perform a growl emote.

/gsay <text>
Sends <text> to group chat. Seen by all in your group. Common abbreviation: /g

/guidehelp <text>
For quest/event feedback, wedding requests, and questions regarding quests/events. Please be aware that all Customer Service issues must go through /petition for resolution.

/guildcreate <GuildName>
Will create a new guild if requirements are met.

/guilddelete
Disbands the entire guild. You must be the guild leader.

/guilddemote <playername>
Demotes the targeted or named player's ranking in the guild.

/guildinvite <playername>
Invites a player to your guild.

/guildleader <playername>
Make another member of the guild the new guild leader.

/guildmotd <text>
Set the Guild Message of the Day (MOTD) to <text>

/guildpromote <playername>
Promotes the targeted or named player's guild rank.

/guildremove <playername>
Remove a player from the guild.

/guildsay <text>
Sends <text> to guild chat. Seen by all in your guild. Common abbreviation: /gu

/guildstatus <playername>
Will display the player's current guild and rank. Must be in the same zone.

/hail
Hails your current target.

/help [ normal | emote | guild | voice | chat ]
Will list help and commands for the specified option.

/hidecorpse [none | all | always | alwaysnpc | allbutgroup | npc | looted | listed | listedunlocked]
Controls the hiding of corpses in the game world. Your own corpse(s) will never be hidden.

/hidecorpses [ none | all | always | alwaysnpc | allbutgroup | npc | looted | listed | listedunlocked ]
Will hide specified corpses. Your own corpses will never be hidden, except when using always.

/hidemodels { none | players | pets | mercenaries | familiars | all } [ none | afk | afk noncombat | noncombat ]
Hide or un-hide the specified models based on conditions.

/hotbutton <name> [<color>] [<text>]
Create or edit a hotbutton named <name>, optionally change the color <0-19> and/or the body <text>.

/ignore [<name>]
Lists the names currently being ignored. If a player <name> is supplied, it will toggle their inclusion on the list; a new name will be added, an existing name removed.

/indicator {on | off}
Turns on/off the target reticle; the ring around the feet of your target.

/inspect
Inspect a targeted player's equipped items.

/inspectbuffs [mine]
Shows your target's buffs and debuffs, including caster name and remaining duration. Optionally, filter to show only those cast by you.

/invite [<name>]
Invites your current target or supplied player name to the group. Can also be used to accept an invitation.

/itemoverflow
Opens the Item Overflow window.

/keyrings [<tab>]
Opens the Key Rings window. If a tab name is specified, that tab is displayed.

/keys
Toggles the display of the General > Keys achievements category in the achievement window.

/kickplayers [ exp | task | raid ]
Removes all players from a shared task, expedition or raid. Commonly abbreviated: /kickplayer, /kickp

/language [<#> | help]
Displays the current language for the chat window. If a number <#> is supplied, it will change your language, and help will show a list of languages.

/leaverealestate
Used to exit a real estate zone.

/lfgroup [on|off]
Opens the "Group Search" window. Adding on or off will toggle your 'looking for group' status.

/lfguild
Opens the Guild Search window.

/loadskin <foldername> <0|1>
Opens the "Load a skin" window when used without arguments, or loads a specified skin from your EverQuest's uifiles folder.

/location
Returns your Y, X, Z coordinates. Typically abbreviated as /loc

/log [on|off]
Toggles output to Logs\eqlog_<name>_<server>.txt. The logging state persists across logins.

/loginterval [seconds]
Throttles log file writes by setting the interval between file operations to reduce frequent writes. A value of 0 disables throttling and writes immediately. The default interval is 1 second.

/loot
Loot a corpse from a short distance. The corpse must be targeted.

/lootnodrop [ always | usable | never ]
When looting a "No Drop" item you can always display a loot confirmation, only display a loot confirmation if they're not usable, or never display loot confirmation. Default is always. If no option is supplied, it will output your current setting.

/makeleader [<name>]

/marketplace
Opens the in-game marketplace for special services and items. Not to be confused with the player-driven /bazaar

/maybe
Performs the "maybe" emote.

/mcicontrol <option> <device>
Allows a player to control sound devices such as cdaudio or mp3s to play when in-game, supposedly.

/melody [#] [#]...
Bard will play the song gem #'s in the order specified, and will repeat the songs from the beginning. Oddly familiar.

/memspellset {index|<name>}
Loads the specified spellset index or name. Spell sets are created with the spell gems window.

/memspellslot <gem slot> {<spell name>|<spell #>}
In the specified gem slot, memorize a spell. Can use spell name or ID number. To forget a gem slot, provide a "0" for spell.

/mercassist [on|off]
Calls for your mercenary to assist when auto-assist is not activated. To automatically assist, provide the on option.

/merclog
Generates a server-side mercenary log for debugging. Send in a /bug report after logging the issue.

/mercswitch <index>
Change your mercenary by index number. A list of your mercenaries, their types and indices can be found in the "Switch" tab of your /merc window.

/mercwindows
Toggle the Manage Mercenaries window. Common abbreviation: /merc

/mixahead <1-100>
The amount of sound to pre-mix, default = 8, lower = better.

/motd
Displays the Message of the Day for your server.

/mousespeed <multiplier>
Increase the speed of the mouse cursor in multiples of the amount specified. Default multiplier is 0, use 0 or 1 for default, 2 = double the speed, 3 = triple, etc.

/mp3 [ add <file> | play [#] | pause | count | list | clear [#] | shuffle | ordered ]
Opens the "Music Player" window if no option provided.

/netstats
Display network ping times and packet loss. Output is directed to a single chat filter. Common abbreviation: /netstat

/no
Causes your character to disagree.

/nod
Causes your character to nod in agreement or acknowledgment.

/note [<text>]
Opens the "Notes Window" unless optional <text> is provided. Any <text> provided will be date/time stamped. The information is saved in the file notes.txt and is available across all characters on an account.

/offlinemode
When in Trader or Buyer mode, this command will log you off but leave your character in-game trading.

/ooc <text>
A zone-wide communication channel for speaking out of character.

/open
Attempts to open the targeted object.

/outputfile [ achievements [<filter>] | faction | guild | guildbank | guildhall | guildlobby | inventory | missingspells | raid | realestate | recipes <argument> | spellbook ] [<filename>]
Export data to the default or specified file. The file is saved as <player>_<server>-<parameter>.txt in the root folder. If a filename is specified and does not end with '.txt', the extension is automatically appended.

/overseer
Toggles the Overseer window, enabling you to manage Agents and send them on quests to combat Discord across Norrath's history and earn rewards. Requires level 85+ and the Seeds of Destruction expansion on your server.

/overseermassconvert <rarity> <keep_count>
Converts duplicate agents of a specified rarity, leaving a specified number of duplicates unconverted with a minimum of 1 remaining.

/particledensity [off | low | med | high]
Set visual particle density. Can be further refined on the Options window -> Display tab -> 'Particles.'

/pause <1-600>[,]
Pause a social macro from 1 to 600 deciseconds. Can add other commands with a comma, but will always be executed last. Can only be used within social buttons.

/pet <action> [<target>]
Control actions for your combat pet.

/petition
Opens a dialog box: 'Would you like to open a browser to the help and petition webpage?'

/pickzone [fewestplayers]
Opens the Pick Zone window if available at the moment in the current zone.

/pickzonefewestplayers
Will attempt to join the pick with fewest players.

/pie
Triggers the pie emote.

/pizza
Performs the pizza emote.

/played
Shows character's birthdate, age (Earth time and game time), total time played, and time this session.

/queuemelody <song> [song]...
Arranges a series of songs to be executed based on priority. This command is similar to /melody except it plays songs in priority order depending on the song's recast time, your current buffs, and your target's current debuffs. The earlier a song is in the list, the higher priority it is.

/quit
Immediately closes the game. The full command name must be used. This command is functionally identical to /exit.

/racechange
Change your character's race if you've purchased a Transmogrification Scroll from the marketplace.

/raidaccept
Join the raid as a group leader, after being invited.

/raiddecline
Decline an invitation to join a raid.

/raiddisband
Removes yourself from raid.

/raidinvite <name>
Invites target or <name> to the raid.

/raidwindow
Toggles Raid Window.

/random <#> [<#>]
Rolls a magic die from 0 to <#>. Optionally add another <#> to specify the complete range.

/realestate [items | manage | trophies | plot]
Opens windows to manage your house(s) and plot(s).

/removeraidlooter <name>
Removes the specified character <name> from the list of players permitted to loot on the raid.

/renameguild <name>
Renames guild to <name>, if a rename is allowed.

/reply <text>
Reply to the latest received /tell. Can also bind replies to a key, "R" by default, and then cycle through names with "Tab".

/report <playername>
Snitch on <playername>. The first 20 lines of visible text in each chat window will be attached to the report. Scroll to display the text you wish to report.

/rewards
Toggles "Select a Reward" window

/rewind
Will move your character to a previous nearby position, helpful if you've become stuck. Must stand still for a period before using again.

/rmarknpc <1-3>
Raid Mark an NPC for your raid with a number from 1 to 3.

/roleplay [on|off]
Anonymizes information from /who, but unlike /anon, your guild tag is still displayed.

/rps
Performs the rock-paper-scissors emote.

/rsay <text>
Communicate <text> to your raid.

/rtarget
Target the player who sent you the most recent /tell, provided they're in range.

/run
Enables "always run", not a toggle.

/safelock <password>
Toggle. Locks the interface with <password>. To unlock the interface, repeat the command with the same password. The full command must be typed to function. Not case-sensitive.

/say <text>
Communicate <text> with everyone within a small radius.

/servertransfer
Toggles the Server Transfer List window. Some transfers are free, others will require a token from the marketplace.

/setloottype <1-3>
Sets who can loot npc corpses during a raid: 1=Raid Leader, 2=Raid Leader and Group Leaders, 3=Raid Leader and Selected Raid Looters (used in conjunction with /addraidlooter)

/setstartcity [<ID>]
Set your starting city. Can be used once by some characters with multiple starting cities or those whose starting city was reset accidentally.

/shadows  [on|off [<distance>] ]
Control the display of shadows on characters, and their respective 'clip distance.'

/shield <playername>
Allows Warriors to intercept part of the damage intended for another. If no <name> supplied, will use target.

/shieldgroup
Allows a Warrior to shield his group from damage, provided they have the group shielding spell affect.

/shout <text>
Communicate <text> throughout the entire zone.

/showgrass [on | off]
Using this command will turn "radial flora" on or off.

/shownames [ off | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 ]
Toggle visible player names, or shorten them. "4" is default.

/shownpcnames [ on | off ]
Turn NPC names 'on' or 'off'. When using MacroQuest, you need to turn off captions for this to work.

/showspelleffects [on|off]
Toggle spell particle effects.

/sit [on|off]
Toggle sitting when no option provided. On will always sit, Off will always stand.

/split <#> [<#> <#> <#>]
Split the defined amount of your Plat#, Gold#, Silver#, Copper# (in that order) with the group. Use 0 for coins you don't wish to split.

/stance [ Aggressive | Balanced | Burn | Burn AE | Efficient | Passive | Reactive ]
Change your mercenary's stance. Must be a valid stance for mercenary type.

/stand
Makes your character stand up from a crouch or sit position. Unlike /sit, it's not a toggle.

/stopcast
Interrupt the current spell during its casting period.

/stopdisc
Cancel any currently running discipline.

/stopsocial
Using the command /stopsocial will immediately stop any 'social' animations or can be used to cancel a hot-key sequence, that may for instance have a long pause in it.
Typing /stopsocial will stop processing the hotkey command sequence.

/stopsong
Stop singing the current song or certain Alternate Advancement abilities that behave like songs. Mostly a concern for Bards.

/stoptracking
Stop tracking current target.

/surname [<name>]
Adds a last name, <name>, to your character. If no <name> is provided, your last name will be cleared.

/swapdisc <name|id>
Removes the currently active combat ability and activates the specified ability.

/swarm [ attack | qattack | leave ]
Allows control over your swarm. Identical to /pet swarm arguments.

/system <cmd> [arguments]
Run commands on your computer, as if from the Windows command prompt. To use, EnableSystemCommand=1 must be set in the [default] section of eqclient.ini

/target [<name> | group <1-6>]
Targets <name> or group member <#>.

/targetgroupbuff

Toggles the automatic targeting of group members for beneficial spells. Alternate command: /tgb

Toggles the "Target's Target" window.

/taskaddplayer <name>
Send an invitation to the named player to join the shared task. The player may then accept or decline the invitation.

The shared task leader can use this command to assign leadership to another player.

/taskoverlay
Toggles the "Task Overlay" window, which gives a summary of quests and your progress.

/taskplayerlist
A list of the players in your shared task.

Leave your shared task.

/taskremoveplayer <name>
Remove a player from the shared task. Must be task/mission leader.

/tasktimers
Time left before you're able to repeat certain missions or tasks.

/tell <playername> <message>
Send a direct, private message to another player. Alternate commands: /msg, /send

/testbuffme
Used only on the Test Server, boost your character to level 25 and gives you a set of items.

/testcopy
Copies character to the Test Server.

/tgb
Toggles the automatic targeting of group members for buff applications. Alternate command: /targetgroupbuff

Displays game time: Weekday, Month DD, YYYY - H and Earth Time: Weekday, Month DD, YYYY HH:MM:SS

/toggleinspect [on|off]
Inspect other player's equipment by right-clicking.

/trackfilter [ red | yellow | white | blue | green ]
Toggle the NPCs to display in your tracking window, categorized by /consider colors.

/trackmercs [on|off]
Toggle the display of mercenaries in your tracking list.

/trackpets [on|off]
Toggles the display of pets in your tracking list.

/trackplayers [on | off | group]
Toggles the display of players in your tracking list, including those in group.

/ttell <message>
Send <message> to the targeted player or player corpse.

/ttth
Triggers the ttth emote.

If no option provided, displays your current UI scale (1.00 default.) Can also adjust your UI scale or reload the HTML to apply changes made to UI configuration files, including the CSS.

/url [<url> | <file>]
Open a URL or file.

/useadvlooting [on|off]
Toggles the Advanced Looting System.

/useitem <slot> [subindex]
/useitem "<item name>"
Activates the use effect on items. You can specify an inventory slot number or the "exact name" of the item. When using the item name, it activates the item regardless of its inventory slot, including items in your key ring.

/usercolor <channel#> <R G B>
Change the text color of chat channels. For a GUI alternative, use Options window -> Chat.

/usetarget
Simulates a 'right-click' on a targeted NPC, or left click on targeted player. Useful when merchants are covered in other players, making them hard to click.

/usurp
A guild officer can become leader if more senior leadership has been offline for at least a year.

/vgroup <1-12>
Play a voice macro for your group, with accompanying text.

/viewport <x> <y> <w> <h> [<scale>] | [reset]
Change the size of the area within your game window.

/vplay <1-12>
Play a voice macro for your computer only.

/vraid <1-12>
Play a voice macro for your raid, with accompanying text.

/vtell <player> <1-12>
Play a voice macro for a player, with accompanying text.

/waypoint <y>, <x>, [<z>]
Draw a find path to the location specified by <y>, <x>, and optionally <z> coordinates. Must use commas. The location is also marked on your map.

/who [<name | class | race>] [all] [afk] [lfg] [corpse] [count] [guild] [raid] [<"guild name">] [<level> [<level>]]
Search for characters in the current zone or across all zones. The command can also be invoked on a player by clicking their name in a chat window.

/whotarget
Displays a /who lookup for the targeted player.

/www <website>
Opens the default browser to the given web page. Unlike /url, this can only open web pages.

/xtarget show | set <slot> <role/name> | target <slot> | auto [on|off] | add | remove | save <name> | load <name>
Add spawns to the Extended Target window by name, role, automatically, or from saved target sets. Common abbreviation: /xtar

Unlock all Encounter Locked NPCs that you're able to. One second timer. Also displays, 'You yell for help.' People around you see "XXX yells for help from <direction>".

Performs the yes emote.

Controls display of the advanced loot buttons and lucy button on the item display and spell windows.

Sets item values, which channels to check for item links, and saves/loads configurations. No options are saved by default, the save command must be issued.

Shows current tracked kill count.

Forces the caster to re-cast group buffs.

/setpullranking {0/1/on/off}
1/On to turn on. 0/Off to turn off. Note: This command is not a toggle and requires the argument. See the Pull Ranking section under KissAssist_info for details.

/stayhere
Tells the Group to stop following, and waithere, but DON'T make camp.

/switchnow [0/1] [#]
Switch to your MA's Current Target. First parameter is for locking onto(1)/releasing(0) the target. 0 is default. Second parameter can be a spawn ID. Both parameters are optional

/tbmanager add|remove [<spawn#>]

Manage characters you want to buff in special situations. If no character <spawn#> is given, it will use your current target.

This list is dynamic and resets upon kiss restart.

/togglevariable <setting> [1|0]
Changes any valid variable in KissAssist. See examples.

/lootmanager [pause on|off]
Simple controls for MQ2LootManager. Status, pause and on/off.

MacroQuest

/aa [list (all | timers)] [info <abilityname> ] [act <abilityname> ]
Used to retrieve information on AA Abilities, or to activate an AA ability.

/advloot {personal | shared} {set | <"item name"> | <#index> } <loot option> [ <quantity> ]
Extends EverQuest's /advloot command to allow control of the advloot window, including item-specific control.

/alert { add | remove | clear | list } <#list> [ <Spawn Search> ]
Used to manipulate alert lists which "watch" for spawns. Uses Spawn Search.

/alias <aliasname> <command> | [list | reload | <aliasname> delete]
Creates custom command shortcuts. Aliases are saved in MacroQuest.ini and persist between sessions.

/altkey <command>
Execute command while telling the window manager that the alt key is pressed.

/banklist

Displays an inventory of the currently logged in character in this format:

/beep [ <filename> ]

Invokes a system beep (beep from the built-in PC speaker).

Adding filename will play a .wav file located in your Everquest directory. This function uses the In-game sound so while a normal /beep will sound if you have EQ muted, this will not.

If you prefer you can play the sounds in the Everquest "sounds" directory by using something like

/beep sounds/filename

/beepontells [on|off]
Beeps when you receive a tell from another player. If no parameter is provided, it toggles the current setting.

/benchmark [<command>]
Produces a list of all active benchmarks, or times the execution of a command.

/bind [~]<name> [ <keycombo> | clear] | [list | eqlist]
Bind a key combination to a specific key.

/break
End a /for or /while loop immediately.

/buyitem [<quantity>]
Purchases the currently selected item from a merchant window. You must have an item selected in the merchant window for this command to work.

/cachedbuffs [cleartarget|reset]
Clear cached buffs for your current target (cleartarget) or all cached buffs (reset).

/call <subroutine> [Param0... [Param#]]
Calls subroutine (defined later in the macro by "Sub subroutine").

/caption list | update <#> | MQCaptions [on|off] | reload | <type> <value> 
Customize spawn captions (names, titles, linkdead, etc.). You can also limit how many captions are processed to improve performance.

/captioncolor list | <"name"> [ off | on |  <r g b> ]

Allows you to change the color of the captions that appear above the heads of PCs and NPCs, based on various factors.

Note: raid class colors can only be set through the raid options window.

/cast [ list | <"spellname"> | item <"itemname"> ] [ loc <x y z> ]
MacroQuest adds additional functionality to EverQuest's /cast # (gem number) command: cast by spell name, use items that have a "click" spell effect, and cast splash spells at a specific location.

/cecho <text>
Echoes the provided text verbatim. Escape codes are not supported.

/char
Extends EverQuest's /charinfo to display character bind points. The alias /char must be used if you want MacroQuest's information included.

/cleanup
Closes all open windows and then opens inventory window.

/clearerrors

Clears each of the last errors in the macroquest type:

  • ${MacroQuest.Error}
  • ${MacroQuest.MQ2DataError}
  • ${MacroQuest.SyntaxError}

/click [ left | right ] [ target | item | door | switch | center | <x> <y> ]
Executes a left or right mouse button click on targets or specific screen location.

/combine pack<#>
Activates the Combine button of pack#

/continue
When in a /for or /while loop try the next iteration.

/convertitem <"item name">
Triggers convert on the item.

/crash [force]
Create a synthetic crash for debugging purposes.

/ctrlkey <command>

Execute command while telling the window manager that the ctrl key is pressed. Can also be used together with /altkey , /shiftkey , or both in this format:

/ctrlkey /altkey /shiftkey /command

/declare <varname> | <varname[array extents]> [ <type> ] [ local | global | outer ] [ <defaultvalue> ]
This creates a variable or array of a particular type with a particular scope, and a default value if desired. The parameters must be given in order, but any after varname may be skipped to use the defaults.

/delay <#deciseconds>[s|m] [ <condition> ]

Fully pauses the macro for the amount of time specified, or until condition is met.

Time can be specified in 10ths of a second (a number by itself) or in seconds (number followed by an "s") or minutes (number followed by "m").

/deletevar <varname> [* global]
Deletes the variable varname. Using * global will delete all global variables.

/destroy
Destroys whatever you have on your cursor with no confirmation, even if you have "Destroy Confirmation" enabled in your EQ options. Use with care.

/doability [list | <ability>]
Extends EverQuest's doability command (/doability 1-10) to list available abilities and perform them by name or ID.

/docommand <command>
Executes command, parsing MQ2Data first. This is useful for executing commands using MQ2Data that do not parse immediately, as well as executing a command stored in a variable.

/doevents [ flush ] [ <specificevent> ]
Runs the first event of any type in the queue, flushes all queued events, or runs/flushes just the specificevent event.

/doors [ <filter> ]
Lists all doors in the zone, or those that match filter.

/doortarget [ clear | id <#> | <name> ]
"Targets" a door or Switch for further manipulation (eg. /face door). The targeting of doors, switches will not show up in the target window, however MQ will show indication of your /doortarget. Can target by ID or name.

/dosocial [ list | <social name> ]
This command allows you to list all your current socials, by name and number, or activate them by name.
It is useful in that you could activate a social by name as long as it is in your social window without having to change hotbar pages, or call a social by name from a macro.

/drop
Drops the item currently on the cursor.

/dumpbinds [ <filename> ]
Dumps all current keybinds to a file in the Configs directory.

/dumpstack
For debugging macroscript, outputs the current macro call stack

/echo <text>
Echoes the specified text (or variables) to the MQ Console window.

/endmacro
Stops the current macro.

/engine <type version> [noauto] 
Allows for switching engines. Full documentation at https://gitlab.com/Knightly1/mq2-parser-changes

/eqtarget <name> | group <1-6>
Functions identically to how /target worked prior to loading MacroQuest, targets <name> or group member <#>.

/exec <command> [ <parameters> | bg] [bg]

Executes the specified command as if from the command line. If parameters are passed in, it will execute those parameters. If "bg" is passed as either the second or third parameter, it will execute the program in the background, otherwise it executes in the foreground.

The Application Paths section in the MacroQuest.ini file allows you to specify aliases for applications, but it's not necessary for usage.

/executelink <link text>
Simulates clicking on formatted link text.

/face [predict] [fast] [nolook] [away] [ loc <y,x[,z]> | heading <angle> | item | door|switch | id <#> | <Spawn Search> ]
Turns your character in the specified direction.

/filter [macros {all|enhanced|none}] [skills {all|increase|none}] [target|money|food|encumber|debug {on|off}] [name {add|remove} <text> ] [zrange <#> ] [mq {on|off}]
Extends the EverQuest command to allow filtering many types of messages, such as the annoying "You are out of food and drink" alert.

/flashontells [on|off]

* You can use it to turn flashing of the eq window on or off when you recieve a tell. * On/Off enables or disables * using just "/flashontells" will toggle the setting * Or just set it in MacroQuest.ini to FlashOnTells=1 in the [MacroQuest] section.

NOTE: You have to have tell windows enabled in options for this to work.

/for <varname> <initial-value> to|downto <final-value> [step <interval>]
/next <varname>
This runs all commands between the /for line and the /next line, after which it increments/decrements the varname number (#1) by step number (#3) (default is 1) before running through the commands again. It will keep doing this until the varname number equals #2. You can end a /for loop immediately with /break or try the next iteration with /continue.

/foreground
Brings the EverQuest game window that entered the command to the front of your desktop. Useful when switching between multiple EQ windows or other applications.

/framelimiter [COMMAND] {OPTIONS}
Frame limiter tool: allows adjusting internal frame limiter settings.

/getwintitle
Retrieves and displays the current window title of the EverQuest client window. This is useful for debugging title changes made with /setwintitle.

/goto :<labelname>
This moves the macro execution to the location of :labelname in the macro.

/help macro
Extends the EverQuest command to add the "macro" parameter, which lists all MacroQuest commands available to the client.

/hotbutton <name> [<color>] [<line>:][<cursor>:][<text>]
Extends the built in /hotbutton command with multiple lines support, cursor attachment, and "names with spaces" (in quotes) support.

/hud [ normal | underui | always ] 
Defines how the HUD is displayed.

/identify
Displays further information about the item on the cursor, similar to the spell Identify and item lore displayed by MQ in the item stats UI window.

/if ( <formula> ) {

This will run all commands between the braces ( {} ) if formula evaluates to something other than 0.

/ini "filename" "keyname" "valuename" "value"
This is used to write data to an ini file. Currently there is no way to delete an ini file entry.

/insertaug [ <itemID> | <"Item Name"> | <slot1> <slot2> ]
Inserts an augment from your cursor into a target item. Requires an augment item on cursor, and automatically finds first available valid augment slot. It will bypass confirmation dialogs for attuneable items and solvents.

/invoke ${TLO.[XXX].Action}
This will invoke the action portion of some of the new TLO additions. This has the potential to shorten macros and make them more powerful.

/itemnotify [ <slotname> | <#> | in <bag> <slot#> | <itemname> ] <notification>
Simulates inventory interactions. Similar to /click without the mouse click.

/items [<filter>]
* Lists all ground spawns and environmental containers in the zone that match filter * All items will be listed if no filter is supplied

/itemslots
Lists available item slots, including equipped, inventory, bank, shared, current container, and so on. Output is in the following format:
[index]: [container location] [slot numbers] [item name]

/itemtarget "<itemname>"
"Targets" a ground spawn or environmental container. The item targeted will not show up in the target window.

/keepkeys [off|on]
Keeps keys that were pressed with /keypress, in their current state when a macro ends. /keepkeys with no arguments displays the current on/off state.

/keypress <name> [hold|chat]

Simulates key presses for keybinds (e.g. "jump", "forward"), virtual keyboard (e.g. "shift+b"), or direct chat window input. Does not physically press keys, making it safe for background operation.

Note: /keypress usage outside of a script is not recommended nor consistent.

/listmacros [<filter>]
* Lists all files in the "Macros" directory that match filter * Results are sorted alphabetically

/loadcfg <filename>
Loads the specified .cfg file. To use .cfg files, see this guide.

/loadspells [list|<"name">]
Loads or lists saved spell sets. Similar to /memspellset, but it only memorizes the spellset if it's not already memorized. This command was part of MQ years before EQ was inspired to add /memspellset.

/location
Extends the EverQuest Y, X, Z coordinates to add the direction you're facing from a 16-wind compass.

/loginname
Displays the login name of the account you are currently logged into.

/look [<angle>]
Changes the angle you are looking. Angle can be any value between -128 (directly down) and 128 (directly up). The default for angle is 0 (straight ahead).

/lootall
Automatically loots all non-"No Trade" items from corpses. If EverQuest's /lootnodrop command is enabled, it will loot all items. Otherwise, single No Trade items leave others lootable, while multiple No Trade items disable auto-looting entirely, requiring manual collection of all items.

/macro <filename> [ <param0> [ <param1> [...]]]
Executes a macro file. Supports passing parameters to the macro's Sub Main entry point.

/makemevisible
This will make your toon visible

/memspell <gem> "<spellname>"
Attempts to memorize "spellname" into gem gem. Any spellname with more than one word must be surrounded by quotes.

/mercswitch <type>
Extends the default EverQuest command to add the <type> option. Valid types are: Healer, Damage Caster, Melee Damage, Tank. A list of your mercenaries, their types and indices can be found in the "Switch" tab of your /mercwindows.

/mouseto <X or X offset> [ <Y or Y offset> ]
Moves the mouse to the specified location. When an absolute location is specified (a number from 0 through 9) the mouse is moved to the absolute position. When a relative position is specified (using - or + in front of the X or Y) the mouse is moved by that offset.

/mqanon [*command*] [*parameters*] [*strategy*]
Anonymization tool that filters words in-game, designed for streaming and recording. It handles both the active player and any party/raid/fellowship members. It does not grant full-fledged anonymization, but is a tool to help with the process of anonymizing words (names, guilds, etc) in-game. For more (especially for plugin authors), see the Anonymize feature.

/mqconsole [clear | toggle | show | hide]
Brings up an external MacroQuest console

/mqcopylayout <charname> <server> [res:<W>x<H>] [nohot] [noload] [nosoc] [none]
Intelligent copying of EverQuest's UI layout. By default copies all options (hotbuttons, loadouts, socials) using the windowed resolution.

/mqlistmodules [<name>]
List loaded modules in the MQ directory to help with debugging stuck and/or broken dependencies/plugins. <name> is a filter.

/mqlistprocesses [<name>]
List relevant processes to help debug stuck and/or broken dependencies/plugins. <name> is a filter.

/mqlog clear | <text>
This will log text to a log file in the "Logs" directory. Clear will delete everything in the log file.

/mqoverlay [reload | resume | stop | start | cursor [on|off] | perchar [on|off] | copy {[server] <character> | default} | debug [mouse|graphics|fonts|cursor]]
Simple controls for the imgui overlay in MacroQuest. If imgui crashes, it can be resumed with this command.

/mqpause [on|off] | chat [on|off]
Pauses/resumes a macro. Not using a parameter will toggle pausing on/off.

/mqsettings [Section to Open]
Open the MacroQuest Settings window -- optionally, to a specific area.

/mqtarget <option>

Targets whatever is matched by one or more of the following options:

clear Clears your current target
mycorpse Your own corpse (nearest)
myself Target yourself
Anything Else Anything else is considered a Spawn Search

/msgbox <message>
Creates a windows message box with message, user clicks "ok" to close.

/multiline <delimiter> <command> [ <delimiter> <command> [...] ]
Executes multiple commands using a single line separated by the delimiter.

/netstatusxpos <XXX>
used for moving the X coordinates of the Network Status Indicator

/netstatusypos <XXX>
Used to change the Y coordinates of the Network Status Indicator

/nomodkey <command>
Releases all ctrl/alt/shift keys while executing command

/noparse <command>
Prevents any MQ2Data from being parsed when used in command.

/notify <windowname> <control> [ <notification> [ <data> ] ]
This command is used to interact with UI windows. It can simulate various mouse and keyboard interactions with UI elements.

/pet <action> <spawnid>
MacroQuest extends EverQuest's /pet command to allow attacking by spawn #.

/pickzone <#>
Extends EverQuest's /pickzone command to allow picking a zone by number. 0 is the main instance.

/plugin <name> [ load | unload | toggle ] [noauto] | [list]
The plugin command can be used to list all plugins currently loaded, to load a new plugin, or to unload a plugin that is already loaded. Loading a plugin will also add an entry to the [Plugins] section of the MacroQuest.ini file thereby loading it next session. Using the noauto switch prevents this modification to MacroQuest.ini from occurring.

/popcustom [<#color>] [<#seconds>] <message>
Creates an in-game overlay message. See also /popupecho.

/popup <text>

Displays text in the center of your screen. Currently the text is a fixed font and color.

/popupecho [<#color>] [<#seconds>] <message>
Same as /popcustom but also echos the message to chat.

/profile <profile>
This runs a macro just like /mac does, but when the macro ends it will output a csv file of every subroutine that has been called, and how long it took. The file will be in Macros/profiles, named for the macro and the time it started.

/quit
Extends EverQuest's /quit command to allow quitting from the character select screen.

/ranged [ <spawnID> ]
Performs a ranged attack.

/reloadui
It works just like /loadskin 1 but with less typing

/removeaug <augment> <item>
Removes the specified augment from the specified item. Uses appropriate augment solvent from your inventory.

/removeaura <Name Of Aura>
Will remove an aura by name or partial name

/removebuff [-pet|-both] <Name Of Buff>
Will remove a buff or song by the name of the buff. It can be used to remove buffs from the player, the pet, or both. By default it does a partial match, but you can force an exact compare with the equals sign.

/removelev
Will attempt to remove any levitation buffs on you that are found in the buff or shortbuff window.

/removepetbuff <Buff Name>
Removes a pet buff using either the buff name, or a partial name. If an exact match is required, the equals sign can be used to force the exact match.

/return [value|${varname}]
Returns to the line immediately following the call. Can return values or variables.

/screenmode <#>
Where 2 is normal and 3 is no windows. 1 is Unknown. Experimental.

/selecitem "itemname"
Selects items in your inventory when you have a merchant open. /selectitem "bottle of" will select a "bottle of vinegar" you can also do "=bottle of vinegar" to match EXACT name (its not case sensitive though)

/sellitem [<#quantity>]
Sells the selected item. If # is specified it will sell that # of a stacked item.

/setautorun
Creates an ini entry in Macroquest.ini that performs a command automatically after entering world. This may be deprecated in favor of .cfg files.

/seterror [ <error> ]
* Sets ${MacroQuest.Error} to error * Omitting error will clear ${MacroQuest.Error}

/setprio <#priority>
Sets process priority (like in Windows Task Manager), where 1 is low 2 is below normal 3 is normal 4 is above normal 5 is high and 6 is real time. The default value is 3.

/setwintitle <Window Name>
Sets the window title (the name shown at the top of the window and in the task bar tray) to whatever text you specify.

/shiftkey <command>

Execute command while telling the window manager that the shift key is pressed. Can also be used together with /altkey , /ctrlkey , or both in this format:

text /ctrlkey /altkey /shiftkey /command

/skills [ <skillname> ]
Lists the skill level(s) that match skillname if provided, or all possible skills if no parameter given.

/spellslotinfo [#|"<spell name>"]

You can use this to see the spell slot

Information for any spell without having to right-click display through the ItemDisplay plugin.

/spew [on|off]
Enables or disables the output of Debug Spew to the "\Logs\DebugSpew.log" file.

/squelch <command>

Executes command while preventing any output from that command.

Basically, it does the following:

  1. Turns mq filter off
  2. Executes command
  3. Turns mq filter back to the state it was in before step 1

/target <option>
Targets yourself, your corpse, or a spawn search. Replaces the native /target and its functionality.

/taskquit [<name>]
MacroQuest extends the /taskquit command to quit solo tasks by specifying the exact task name.

/timed <#deciseconds> <command>
Executes command after a specified duration, given in deciseconds.

/timestamp [on|off]

Toggles timestamps on all chat messages. It can be set in MacroQuest.ini via TimeStampChat=1 (1=ON, 0=OFF) in the [MacroQuest] section.

NOTE: The timestamp is added before the message reaches game UI but after MQ's chat event processing. This should not have any adverse effects when turned on.

/tloc
Returns your target's location. Technically not a command, this is an alias that's included by default.

/unload
Unloads MacroQuest.

/useitem <item name>
Extends the default EverQuest command to support partial matching for the item name.

/usercamera [ <0-7> |on|off|save [ <charname> ]|load [ <charname> ]]
Switch to a specified camera view or manage the User Camera 1 position settings.

/varcalc varname <formula>
* Sets a variable directly to the numeric result of a calculation (formula) * Keep in mind that the type of the variable may itself reject this value depending on what you give it * This will not work on strings!

/vardata varname <newMQ2Datavalue>

Sets a variable directly to the end result of a MQ2Data string.
*To use this, do not put ${} around the outer data to parse.

  • This is more efficient than using /varset as it skips a step
  • /varset first converts the MQ2Data to text, and then back to MQ2Data
  • /vardata converts directly through MQ2Data

/varset varname [ <newvalue> ]

Sets a variable directly to a new value.

  • Keep in mind that the type of the variable may itself reject this value depending on what you give it.
  • To clear the value of the variable, you may omit the new value.

/where [ pc | npc ] [ <spawnname> ]

Lists where the closest PC, NPC or spawnname is. The message returned is:

text The closest 'spawnname' is a level # <race> <class> and <distance> away to the <direction>, Z difference = #.##.

/while (condition) {
`...`
}
Executes the commands between { and } while the expression condition evaluates to true. Note that } must be on a line by its own. You can end a /while loop immediately with /break or try the next iteration with /continue.

/who [concolor | sort <metric> | all | <spawn search>]
Searches the current zone for spawns matching the specified Spawn Search or other options.

/whofilter lastname|class|race|body|level|gm|guild|ld|sneak|lfg|npctag|spawnid|trader|afk|anon|distance|light|holding|concolor|invisible [on|off]
Toggles the display of the specified spawn(s) when using /who

/whotarget
MQ enhances this EQ command by allowing you to use it on any target (including NPCs). Output is the same as the /who command (set by /whofilter), displaying the target's class, race, level, guild, con color, and distance regardless of the player being in anonymous or roleplaying mode.

/windows [ <windowname> | open ]
Lists all available UI windows. These are usable with /notify. You can alternately use the Window Inspector within the /mqconsole to find windows and controls.

/windowstate <window> [open|close]

Opens or closes the specified window.

Notes

  • These commands affect the client at an unnecessarily low level
  • The best practice is to use /keypress for opening that window instead

/yes
Clicks "yes" on in-game dialogues and popups. Technically not a command, this is an /alias that's included by default.

Map

/highlight [reset | <spawnfilter> | size | pulse | [color # # #]] 
Highlights the specified spawn(s) on the in-game map. Accepts partial names or any terms from Spawn search. You can also specify a color, font size, and pulse for the highlight.

/mapactivelayer [0 | 1 | 2 | 3] 
Changes active map layer.

/mapclick [left] {list|<key[+key[...]]> {clear|<command>}}
Define custom commands to execute when clicking on an in-game map object while holding down a specific key combination.

/mapfilter <filter> [show|hide] [color <R# G# B#>] 
This controls what appears or does not appear on the in-game map. There's a nice GUI for these filters in /mqsettings.

/maphide [<spawnsearch> | reset | repeat] 
This will hide spawns from the map, using Spawn search. Hidden spawns are in effect until you reset /maphide, or the mapped spawns are regenerated (such as changing certain map filters).

/maploc <x> <y> [<z>] [options] | [options]
Places a big X on a location or target. Helpful when you're given a loc and want to see it on the map. It's as simple as /maploc 1 2 3

/mapnames {target | normal} <option> | reset 
Controls how spawn names are displayed on the map, from minimal information to a very log name with ID#, class, race, level, etc. With no arguments, /mapnames will display the current settings for target and normal (both are set to %N by default).

/mapshow [<spawnsearch> | reset | repeat] 
This will show spawns on the map, using Spawn search. Shown spawns are in effect until you reset /mapshow, or the mapped spawns are regenerated (such as changing certain map filters). Repeat will save the state and apply it to future sessions.

MQ2Medley

/medley [option] [setting] | [queue <song name> <id> [-interrupt]]
Controls a queue for bard songs

MQ2Melee

/enrageoff <targetID>
Tell plugin to react like the enrage event is over.

/enrageon <targetID>
Tell plugin to react like an enrage event was detected. Target ID is optional.

/infurateoff <targetID>
Tell plugin to react like the infuriate event is over.

/infuriateon <targetID>
Tell plugin to react like infuriate was detected.

/killthis
Tell the plugin you want to attack current target.

/melee [on|off] [setting=on|off]... [setting=<int>]...
Turns settings on and off, sets items for settings that require them, and turns the plugin on and off. /melee by itself will list all settings that are available to your character.

/throwit
Tell plugin to perform a ranged attack on current target

MQ2MoveUtils

/calcangle
Displays lots of basic numerical information related to moving such as Dist values, angular distance, 3D distance, melee range, stick range, speed multipliers. This command is useful to help determine what to set plugin options such as arc values or AllowMove, backup dist, etc.

/circle [option]... 
/circle toggle <setting>

Autofaces character to run in a circle with a given radius

/makecamp [option]... 
/makecamp toggle <setting> 
/makecamp set <setting> {on|off}

The makecamp command will create a camp spot for you to return to after combat, or to establish boundries for your character to prevent them from moving beyond a certain radius.

Using makecamp with no parameters will set up a camp at your current location, using default values.

/moveto [option]... 
/moveto toggle <setting> 
/moveto set <setting> {on|off}
The moveto command will move you from your current location to a specific location or target. You can combine any number of these parameters together inline to enable multiple options for the moveto.

/rootme [off]

Roots the player in place, unable to move. this is not any form of actual debuff, just a plugin implementation of locking a character in place.

Supplying the optional off parameter disables the root.

Other commands will not function when rootme is active.

/stick [option]...
/stick toggle <setting>
/stick set <setting> {on|off}
/follow-like command, works for any pc/npc. Default distance is melee range. /stick with no parameters will stick you to your current target, using max melee range.

MQ2MyButtons

A custom setting to describe what your characters are doing.

MQ2Notepad

/notepad <filename> | dir <c:\path\to\macros\folder>
Opens a file for editing, or sets the directory in which to find files

MQ2OTD

/otd [on|off|range|reload|drawtight|getloc] | [moveto <x y>] | [moveby <x y>]
Toggles the compass on and off, moves it around the screen, and configures some settings.

MQ2Paranoid

/para [option] [delay <#>]
Control when and how you're alerted when someone enters your current zone

MQ2PlatTracker

/plat [reset|show]
Will show the amount of plat made since last reset. /plat by itself will list the command syntax.

MQ2PluginManager

/pluginman
Will show the mq2pluginmanager window if it's not visible. Will display debug information on failure.

MQ2PortalSetter

/portalsetter <zone>

Accepts long or shortname for zone, and will port you so long as the portal NPC has it available.

You must have the merchant window open for the Teleport NPC in order to use this command.

Set alerts, radius, and commands around player detection.

Adds a list of specified players separated by spaces, or all in the DZ

Configures raidtools logging, dumps a log of all players in raid, and shows help text

Adds a list of specified players separated by spaces, or all in the task

/taskremove [<playername> ...] | [all]
Adds on to EverQuest's /taskremoveplayer by allowing a list of specified players separated by spaces, or all.

If MQ2Rand is loaded, adds an option to show or hide the "Random Helper" window.

MQ2React

Enable, disable, list, add and remove reactions.

MQ2RelayTells

/relaycustom <text>
Adds <text> to the custom filter section of the INI file and will not relay any tells that include <text>.

/relayhelp
Displays current settings and other command info.

/relayload
Reloads the INI file

/relaymailhelp
Displays current mail relay settings.

/rtsetkey <section> <key> <value>
Change any entry in the INI file. This is handy if you want to quickly change the relay channel for your characters, e.g. /rtsetkey Settings ChatChannel "/tell bobby" (if the value has a space, you must use quotes)

MQ2Relocate

/relocate [option]
Relocate to anchor points, zones, safe points, etc without digging through your bags or AAs.

/translocate [<playername>]
Translocates your target to their bind. If a player name is specified, it will translocate that player to their bind. e.g. /translocate Redbot

MQ2Rewards

/mqrewards [help | reward <reward> | option <option> | claim]
Allows you to select and claim a reward, as well as reference the help text.

MQ2Rez

/rez [ accept|safemode|voice|silent ] [on|off] | [ pct <#> ] | [ setcommand <command> ] | [ help|settings|release ]
Configures settings related to if and when you accept a rez, as well as notifications.

MQ2Say

/mqsay [option] [value]
Configures various settings, from ignoring certain messages to font size.

MQ2SpawnMaster

/spawnmaster [on | off | list | uplist | downlist | load] | [ add|delete <spawn> ]
Adds or removes spawns to watch, tells when the last sighting was, and configures the plugin.

MQ2Spawns

/dspwn <spawntype>
Toggles output of the spawn type despawning.

/spawn [option] [setting]
Configure settings for the plugin: excluding certain names, toggling timestamps, etc.

Modify configurations for MQ2Targets, from targets that appear on the HUD to sounds that are played when triggered, and everything in between.

MQTextToSpeech

/tts loglevel | reload | say | sayxml | speed | voice | volume [argument]
Primarily the command /tts say is used to speak text. Other commands are primarily for settings, which is best controlled via the settings menu.

MQ2Tracking

/track [ help | off | target | players | refresh | filter ]
This command is used to open MQ2Tracking, set tracking parameters/filters, refresh and stop tracking. Options are detailed below.

/tracknames [ <value> | reset ]
Sets or removes custom naming for spawn entries in the list (see NamingSpawn)

MQ2TributeManager

/tribute [auto|named|manual|forceoff|show|on|off]
Control tribute via MQ2TributeManager, enabling automatic personal tribute based on combat status.

MQ2Twist

/sing <#>
pause twisting and sing only the specified gem number. Alias for /twist hold

/stoptwist
Stops twisting, but does not clear queue. Can start again with /twist start. Alias for /twist stop.

MQ2Vendors

/vendor <option> <string>
Configuration of the MQ2Vendor plugin to setup a search list of items that you want to be notified about when browsing a vendor.

Toggles outputting additional debugging information to help you resolve any issues.

MQ2XAssist

/xtarget id <#> [<slot>] | assist <#>
MQ2XAssist extends the EverQuest /xtarget command with two options: add spawns by ID, or when another player fights them. Common abbreviation: /xtar

MQ2XPTracker

/xpaverage [reset]
Lists the average (mean) xp per-kill, and estimated time to next ding. Optional reset to begin again.

/xpevents [#]
List the events and timestamps of the events. If a # is provided, it will list the exp events tracked in the last # seconds.

/xptracker [reset|total|quiet]
With no option specified, xptracker will display the time it began tracking.

XTarInfo

/xtarinfo perchar [on | off] | distance [on | off] | reset | reload
Toggle settings on the XTarInfo plugin. perchar will allow unique settings for each character, and distance will show distance to target. reset will reset the plugin to default settings, and reload will load settings from the plugin's config.
