Release Tradeskill recipes (max out Artisan's Prize) 4.07

Another problem (sorry, bud).

For poison making, at recipe 631 (out of 633) I'm suddenly getting this error every time:

[2020/09/22 22:00:18] [MQ2] Moving to static POK Marble Mortar and Pestle
rofl yeah right no such container in pok ! or elsewhere as a static, will check to see whats going on.
I see that I did not mark it as a inventory one, will do.

Apparently can only be made in one of these 2, so chose marble one as it is easier to get (have not tested myself with a normal one)
Marble Mortar and Pestle / Collapsible Mortar and Pestle

Lies!

Tested it and it can be made in normal mortar and pestle, will fix

Your earlier fix corrected my issue with the mac not recognizing the combine table I was standing at (or more precisely, the recipe wanting a combine table that didn't exist?). Thanks much!

Another issue (more of a question, really), is that are you certain the combines made in the Coffin Poison Bottle count towards 350? I've made all of them, and it *should* have pushed my skill up by now, but it hasn't. I'm also not getting the nifty "you have learned a new recipe" pop up that your macro does. I can attest to the fact that I've never done these combines before, so I'm thinking they don't actually count.

*edit* also, I'm seeing the buy list repopulating the materials to make recipes 612-630-something... all from the same family of recipes that are combined using the coffin poison bottle... even though I've made them. Looks like I may need to go in and manually account for them.

Examples would be recipes 612, 613, 614, etc.

100% sure, no (I was too lazy to go do the coffin bottle quest). There is enough recipes to get 350 without it.

They are in the list for /outputfile from http://eqrecipes.free.fr/index.php?tradeskill=Poisonmaking
16246 Consigned Bite of the Shissar I
16247 Consigned Bite of the Shissar II
16248 Consigned Bite of the Shissar III
16249 Consigned Bite of the Shissar IV
16250 Consigned Bite of the Shissar V

16255 Consigned Bite of the Shissar X
16256 Consigned Bite of the Shissar XI
16257 Consigned Bite of the Shissar XII
16258 Consigned Bite of the Shissar XIII
16259 Consigned Bite of the Shissar XIV
16260 Consigned Bite of the Shissar XV

Do me a favor do a /outputfile recipes poisonmaking and pm me that.

Checked on a rogue with no skill/books learned and the consigned was not there, so not autolearned and should count.
What you also could try, delete the ts directory and reinstall the macro (have seen that windows patch screws up permissions and could not update the dump file, was stuck doing same recipes over and over)

Will deleting the whole ts folder impact other toons I have running different TS's? I would imagine not (all the config files would just rebuild), but I wanted to make sure.

Only settings that is importan is tradesman.ini (thats if you changed anything), rest just rebuilds itself.

Great macro but I ran into a problem this evening, I am running this command /mac ts/tradesmanv2 skill make "Wolf Steaks" 20 however the macro stops after 1 combine. The interesting thing is that it was working perfectly earlier this evening, is there a log that may have filled up or something I need to reset?

there is no log or anything that is kept.

I figured it out, I didn't realize that it wouldn't make say 100 if I already had 100 in my inventory. So I cleared my inventory and it's working fine.

A lot of Tailoring and Smithing recipes use various color dyes. In order to make the dye the final combine is in a Medium Clay Jar rather than a tradeskill container. I estimated almost 800 dyes per character. Has anyone figured out how to automate making that final combine in the jar? I have searched the forums and this thread in particular and find little mention of this particular issue. Or am I missing something really simple? Thanks in advance!

You have not missed something simple. The combine part I can handle but the problem is the jars are consumed on combine and they are not stackable. Moving them into a toplevel slot to use is out of scope from me.

Think you are overestimating the amount of dyes, lookd like 28 in smiting and 112 in tailoring

@jande First of all Great Macro, I love it.

I was wondering if it is possible to print out the recipies and items that I need to buy that have the fewest missing, or only store bought ingredients?

I have too much in my bags :D, and I wanted to knock off some of the low hanging fruit.

Maybe starting with Research was not a great idea.

You’re a sadist for starting with research.

Pro-tip ... if you’re just trying to max out the artisan’s prize, then do the others to 350. Then, when you get to the bonkers bullshit that is research, you only have to do up to like 340 and your AP maxes out.

I realize that now, but I already bought a bunch of crap. Initially I thought, "I have a bunch of research mats" not realizing that it was this expensive and messy.

If you run it and a recipe has only store-bought missing then the ingredients is added to the shopping list (so that low hanging fruit should be covered)
Printing out recipes that has fewest missing is not implemented

Was stuck in what appeared to be and endless loop -- something about magic clay. I put Large Block, Block and Small Block in my inventory and reran, it stopped spazzing.

...and is there a way to have it skip recipes that have certain components -- like...it asked me for bazu parts today. Is there a way to say if the recipe requests bazu bone, to skip it for now?

You can block recipes by adding it to the blocklist, skipping recipes with certain components no.
Thanks, it's what I figured.

Next question -- is there a way to get it to show the items needed for the subcombines? For Garlic Buttered Al-Metes, this is my shopping list (generated with /mac ts/tradesman baking learn and recipeFarm=1):
0 / 1 x Al-Metes
0 / 1 x Garlic-Butter Sauce
0 / 1 x Prepared Al-Metes

Aside from the Al-Metes, it's all vendor bought, but I don't know what to buy to make Prepared Al-Metes or Garlic-Butter Sauce.

I understand /mac ts/tradesmanv2 skill make "Garlic-Butter Sauce" would generate a recipe list, but is there a way to ask it to do this for me as I go?

Thanks

Make sure in tradesman.ini
subcombine=5

Still the same shopping list:

I see what is going on it is telling you to go farm al-metes once you have it then it will pick up the rest as those are vendor bought.

e.g vendor stuff should not end up on shopping list if you are missing farmed ingredient.

Okay, I'll swap some al-metes over and give it a try. Thanks.

Having an issue that persistently occurs every single time it gets to the same point of doing the PoP smithing combines. Here's a screenshot:

TS Error.JPG

At the error "Could not find the -1 itemslot" the mac looks like it's trying to put items in the TS container, and gets three items in, but then picks up the mold before anything else is added. If I restart the macro from that point it will complete the combine and move onto the next item... at which point it does it again.

Doing it in PoK ? usual sign of lag

Doing it in PoK ? usual sign of lag

I am, and it does seem to get worse after I've run the macro for a while. I guess I could shut everything down and restart it. I'll try doing a /hidemodels and see if that helps.

The thing that makes me wonder if its lag is the fact that it does it at the SAME exact point of the combine EVERY time.

**edit** okay, either its the /hidemodels, or the fact that it transitioned to making chain stuff... but it's not happening anymore. I will say that when it happened it was always happening on the combine involving the Emblem.

I am still looking for a way to detect that error, not easy to recover from.
I have never had it happen when in Sunrise Hills, why I suspect lag, may even just be someone zoning and mq2 have to update something. No clue really.

I only get it when doing the PoP smithing combines and always at the exact same step (see the above error snippet). It's really weird.

Whats the command line after you ran the 'learn' part to go shopping to get the bought items. I had it but lost the paperwork.
Nevermind, figured it out...

Smithing is making and trying to combine the wrong Velium Long Sword with the velium smithing hammer. There are two different Velium Long Swords... an 8 damage non-TS sword and a 6 damage combinable sword. We need the 6 damage sword for this combine, but the mac is making and trying to use the 8 damage sword.

TS Error 2.JPG

Also, velium short blade kit, velium long blade kit, and prolly any others need to be made in a reinforced jewelry bag. Right now it's using the table in pok as default and won't use the bag in inventory. Have to pause the mac and make manually.
