I'm also seeing the issue with "Summoned: Radiant Modulation Shard."

125 SK on Live in Puller Tank Mode, it won't auto inventory the rod, and stops pulling until manually putting the rod away.

Thanks. New update will instantly auto inventories all lore group mod rods (and certain other lore group stuff we track)
 
So I didnt notice this until multiple fails on the LS Heroes mission, but my SK continually tries to cast encroaching darkness AA. I kept seeing him swing then cast then swing then cast, and was wondering what was going on. Then realized he's trying to snare an unsnarable mob. For some reason I never noticed this before. I turned off AASnare option and all is good now, but did the plugin used to notice if a mob was unsnarable and then stop trying to cast it, or did I just simply not notice it?

As mentioned in the FAQ, no, we don't currently track snare mune mobs.

Turn off usesnare if you don't want to snare

I noticed this also on the FF mission and turned off both AA snare and Dot snare.
Dots are would only matter if you're memorizing the dot snare spell.

AKA, I want full control of my guy while I move from step to step. I have been executing this via /shd pause on, but even when paused the macro will target something and stick to them. Sometimes, even while feigned. Do I need to set it to mode 0 before pausing?

The plugins don't do anything while paused, it's possible you have an LEM, or some other tool running at the same time that is doing things.
If you want full control of a character you can put the plugin in manual mode, that will prevent it from moving around, but it will still cast spells or if you have attack on with a target it will still try to do the combat routines. However being paused is the only way to prevent it from doing anything at all with the exception of some triggered events based on incoming chat, such as if you level up it will check your spells to ensure they're up to date, report any new ones that are missing etc.

Please verify you are in fact paused and that you are not running any additional automations at the same time as the plugin.

Can confirm both. The ZerkerWindow has the "Paused" image on it with the "get your head out of the dirt" message, and I was not running any Lua or macro at the time other than what I'd consider the standard, built-in plugins that come with VV

Bummer. Not sure why mine is then. Did it in the Aaryonar mission, too. I paused the plugin so I could grab the elementals and about halfway while running to the aura on the ground, it stuck to one of them and wouldn't let me off, still with the plugin paused. my pause macro turns attack off, too, so I don't believe I had it accidentally turned back on.

So far the only way I have been able to prevent this is to have my pause macro change from mode 7 to mode 0 before pausing, which isn't a big deal. I'll just keep it that way

it is worth figuring out what is happening.

I would double check you're not running a macro on top of mq2eskay (plugin)
if you don't want to automatically target something then you would want to be in mode 0, otherwise when an aggro mob comes in your campradius, you're going to target it and do stuff.

Could it be MQ2Melee? I assumed MQ2Melee was auto disabled but I have two toons that still use it so I wonder if MQ2Melee stayed enabled somehow. I will manually ensure it is disabled and test again later this morning

mq2eskay unloads mq2melee

but if you loaded it after you paused the plugin --- i guess (unpausing mq2eskay would unload it).
anything the plugin is doing it would say in the mq2eskay window --- can you show it outputting doing stuff in the mq2eskay window while the paused it displayed?

I'm thinking that it's not mq2eskay the more I look into it because the window does not update anything while this is happening. Im gonna go through my plugins one by one and see if I have something enabled I didnt have before

we automatically unload several plugins due to conflicts.

this is most likely either a macro you're loading - like kiss/muleassist/rgmercs/xgen - or a conflicting Lua

when you find out - let us know
 
do the class windows need to be on top? unless there is a setting im missing
The ImGui is an overlay on top of everquest, since it's not part of the game it is always on top. But the window can be docked with other windows like the console.
You can also hide it by just closing it and then doing a /shd show when you want to see it. If the window is close, the output will go to the normal MQ console.
 
i noticed a change to the overlay and i love it. I made the mistake of being too curious and toggled the "hide tab bar"... how do i unhide it? I havent seen anything explaining this yet or maybe im missing something
 
I saw a video on an upgraded UI. I noticed nothing had changed in my UI so I thought I needed to re-download. When I tried to reinstall it I got a message: The procedure entry point (lots of geek jargon) could not be located in the dynamic link library. I removed all mq2eskay files and retried. Got the same message. Any advice?

If you have already checked the RG Launcher Plugin Tab then read the following:
- The RG Launcher is unable to *delete* old files.
-- This means you will get an error box if you don't have a current plugin that matches the mq build
-- your options are:
--- a: purchase a license
--- b: delete the old .dll in your plugin folder, and/or
--- c: change your macroquest.ini to MQ2PluginName=0 under [Plugins]
 
Gonna go ahead and write this off as a glitch. I deleted/reinstalled the plugin and havent been able to recreate the issue. So I am chalking it up to that or me fat fingering a string at some point and running KA on my SK when I didnt intend to

Thanks for the quick reply. After a short while, I deleted everything and reinstalled it. Works great and looks great now. I searched with different wording and found that you've answered this question so many times. Thanks for not running me through the tech support sarcasm wringer LOL
 
With the new update, the Burn clickies section listed the incorrect breastplate. It populated "Velium Endowed Soulrender Breastplate" when I don't even own that one. It should have populated "Spectral Luclinite Soulrender Breastplate" instead.

we don't populate the burn section with your bp. we populate the special section with bp.

which means you added that bp at some point.
 
Is anyone able to tell me how to disable the removal of DA spells. IE if I DA I want it to stay on until I click it off or it runs it's course? Currently all seem to click off the da as soon as it lands. Thanks in advance!

One small thing:
I noticed that regardless of the UseAOE setting being turned on or off, my SK (lvl 85 Underfoot) uses the lvl 45 magic AOE DD Word of Spirit.

thanks, in the mean time you can turn off UseInsidious if you don't want to use that line.
 
How do you turn off the auto-mounting? My SK has been auto-mounting since the last update, is there a setting for this? I looked in clickies but did not see anything.

you can turn on auto-dismount

or you can disable whatever mount is added to your downtime clickies

I'm asking these questions because I'm unaware or I am doing something wrong been using cwtnplugin for while now love them sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place .

Any way to get Sk to use Cor.Guardian …remove it then pop Unholy Aura while tanking? I never use SK in assist so don't know if it does it then.

Am I missing something or is the only time you use any Defensive discs is during burns I'd like them to just cycle anytime I'm in combat set in tank mode and right now only way I can seem to do that is with burn always on which then uses all my burns Not ideal for grinding xp that they are both tied to burn for me.

Just to be clear I like how burn works but it would be nice for Defensive skills outside of Deflect to cycle while tanking missing out on a lot of overall dmg mit.... to barely get to use 1 defensive before a named dies in a burn cycle.

Again I feel like I might be missing something and sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place. Thanks for the cool plugins!

Nah, we use defensive burns as part of our tiers defensive burn routine
 
so I was moving the window around, and it accidentally went full screen. so now it is entirely across the top of the window and I can't get it to go back to just one small moveable window within the game. How do I achieve that?

this is with any imgui window that you dock to the side of your screen.

grab the arrow on the top left of the window and move it away from the side (where it is docked)

phew, i had accidentally hid that arrow, i think thats why I was actually freaking out lol.
