Plugin - MQ2Eskay (1 Viewer) 3.1.52471.11

Having issues with using mq2 eskay in long battles in ew. for whatever reason my tank set to tank mode is not healing herself in long combat situations. attached is screenshot. Secondly, I have also turned stand on feign off because when i fd her and my main (necro puller) and i fd us she stands back up. I'm wondering if i need to adjust any of the other settings listed on the left. Thanks

Unsure what you mean not healing herself in long combat situations. Are you trying to say you aren't using any of your lifetaps?
can you show some output of your combat from the plugin output window?

if you have autostandonfeign turned off - you shouldn't be autostanding at all - are you sure you don't have an mq2react or a macro standing you up?
- just checked all the instances of checking against FD and standing back up and all of them check against the autostand. I also keep autostandonfd turned off on multiple SKs to FD manually if i need to - could you expand the circumstances that this happens as i'm not seeing anything that would do that
 
she just stops casting her lifetaps on herself and lets herself die. yea i had left autostand on and was trying to find a magic number that might be beneficial like at 5% health or something in case healer had died or something. im updating the program now. seems there was an update yesterday and i had not logged out. gonna try it again. if she dies again ill copy and paste what i can. its only happening in battles that last like 2 minutes or more when she is set to 4 (tank mode) not sure about the other ones.
 
To address lifetapping -
Going to want the output to the plugin out. So we can see what the Sk was doing when it happened.
Then do a /shd showsettings - So we can see what all the settings are and some other useful information that doesn't show up in the settings window. It's going to tell us your darkest secrets. Like if you have a macro running.

not that this should cause any lifetap problems (other than you can't be doing two things at once). but i would absolutely not "burn always" unless you really, specifically, want to be burning always
 
no i must have used it by accident. she seems to be holding up better now since update. is it possible stuff in ew is doing something shes not use too? maybe i need to buy a particular aa like anti stun or something? @Sic @ChatWithThisName
 
From the looks of those SS you were firing off burn abilities and died while they were still going.

There's a list of stuff that's being hit that doesn't do other things that needs to finish for the burn to go. Usually your healer is supposed to keep you alive.

a bit outside of the scope of mq2eskay thread, but the "preferred" is still weighted against other stuff when mq2nav does its dynamic recalculation. I usually end up creating a custom weight with a heavy cost for MEGAAVOID around problematic doors. You can create area types in "Area Types" under Zone

Yes thats what I did in the end, I created non walkable areas where the doors are, got the idea from your prefer areas pictures :D

Can anyone tell me a macro i can send to my sk that will stop her from attacking and fd (including pet if possible) from my main. I'm not sure if you can macro an AA or not. Thanks
 
How do I force the plugin to save the current settings?

Every time I camp out and in the next day, I have to reset tons of settings to desired ones. I want a general layout to be saved and then only do minor tweaks as I go along the way
 
All the settings in the window are temporary. You'll want to use the slash commands to save the value.

i already answered you in PMs :(
the slash commands are listed in the commands tab of the resouce page. You type those commands to "save the setting" in the ini file (like i pm'd you)


Q. The UI Window Doesn't save my settings?
A. This is intentional. The UI acts as a "hot swap" allowing you to adjust on the fly. If you want to "save" your settings, adjust it with the slash command.

Nope, check your camp radius.
 
Camp radius is at 60 as always my sk pulls to the camp engages his spells he just dosent engage his auto attack i have to manually attack

Is the mob a large mob sitting outside your campradius?

Or are you levitating? It might be possible you are outside the range for stick to engage. Or did u turn usestick off?
 
Use stick is on and playing around with things he is pulling and talking with his autoattack turning on in puller assist mode but not in puller tank mode and he is set to main tank and main assist

I would try a /shd resetcamp in case something is funky with your location. I would also double-check the mesh where you are located
 
Gave that a try and that didn't work either this is very frustrating because even the auto attack isent working in puller assist now either
 
Based on the INI I'm not seeing any glaring issues with the INI that would indicate a setting is wrong. Nobody else is reporting that they are having the issue you are describing, nor am I am able to reproduce the issue myself even using all of your INI settings.

You mentioned someone else having the issue. Can they post as well so we can try to get some details from them too?

Is the issue occuring in any specific zones.
Have you tried other zones.
To clarify, the failure to attack occurs after you've returned to camp with something you've pulled, but once it enters the camp they are failing to attack?
The other characters in your group attack, when this happens have you looked in the map to ensure that the mob in question is 100% inside the red circle? (It's not clear if other characters are in your group, and we haven't yet confirmed the spawn is making it all the way into the camp)
Some spawns such as large creatures can cause the failure to engage if the spawn is a very large creature and fails to get the center of their model inside the circle. (You never appeared to answer this question).
You're saying that the issue happens that the Eskay is using spells, but not using combat. Are you running any other macros or plugins that might interfere such as Kissassist, Muleassist, RGMercs, ModBot, etc?

When the issue is currently happening taking some screenshots with any character names removed, that show the /shd showsettings would be helpful, it may take more than one screenshot to capture all of the information that gets output by this command.
If easier you can send the screenshots directly to my PM.

I need answers to all of the questions above in order to best assist you.

It is doing it in every zone I jave gone into i do run rgmercs on other screens for my other boxes mobs are inside the red circle i have tried a few different things if i set it to pull assist the sk will pull it in if i engage with another tool he will auto attack unless its a named then he wont attack at all unless I manually engage i will take screen shots in the morning and pm them to you when i get home from work so we can hopefully figure this out as I have already unloaded and Uninstalled everything except eq eq and reinstalled and that didn't work but if I have to try Uninstaller everything and starting from scratch so be it
 
I keep my lifetap check box off in tlp , because it burns thru the manna is there like a oh crap macro....to turn it on during fight ?

you realize your question is to turn off lifetap, but then turn it on during a fight, which is what you're turning off?
 
I'm not sure I understand but I think they just need a /shd command button for lifetap?
 
If there is a checkbox, there is a command for it. If the checkbox is called "UseLifetap" then the command is /shd UseLifetap on/off/0/1/true/false
This applies to all of the checkboxes.
 
Hello all , while in pullertank mode my sk will not med. All med settings is set to med but he still wont med. Its gotta be something im doing wrong just for the life of me cant figure it out. any help would be appreciated big time. thanks
 
On the pulling tab, what do you have ManaMedStart, ManaMedEnd and Group Watch set to?

I do not see an option to disable or turn off, so Im assuming after looking through things I change the BurnCount number Higher than the amount of mobs im going to "PLAN" to pull in so it does not activate. I love it a lot. I'm also would like to see on the Shaman one that there epic isnt cycled unnecessarily also..I have 1 Fully raid geared Main TS TOV toon, and 2 alts as you can tell almost raided geared, so burning trash on older content and names even for achievements and completing things isnt too hard...

You can turn off burning, or adjust your burn count. You cant adjust individual items.

If you're farming content you dont want to burn on, turn it off with the burnnamed and burn count adjustments.

If you're looking for granular specificity you should consider kiss or something that allows/designed for that.

Re shaman, which has nothing to do with eskay, yes its going to use the 1 minute buff, 3 minute reuse when in combat. Again if you want granular specificy, there are plenty of other options
