On test - bst is currently spamming toggling on/off round kick while in combat. Unsure what other type of info would be helpful for this one in particular, so just holler and I'm happy to help. Thanks!

we only set your skill to round kick if you are 65 or higher and we only set it to kick if you are under 65.

either a: something is off with the MQ test build (which is possible) or b: you have something else setting your autoskill to something else

Thanks, Sic. I'm going to guess the build since this didn't happen prior to new build/LS being put on test. In terms of automation that could be affecting, I shouldn't have anything running on my bsts other than cwtn. Checked Luas/Macros/Plugins and seemed to have come back clean. Bsts are level 121 currently.

I'm pretty bad at managing these plugins. Is there a way to get my beast to use focused Paragon on my bard once in a while. Dude is selfish and doesn't share that button with anyone.

I am at work, and somebody can possibly chime in before then, I modified one of the keys on Sic's hotkey post to target my druid(s) with my beast(s) and FP them. If you havent got anything, ill post it in like 3 hours.

Thanks. He just burns it on himself while he's 60-70 mana and the bard is sitting there auto attacking, wishing he had some mana and endurance. Lol

mana regens like paragon do not regen a bard's mana ...FYI in case you had some hopes there. Bard songs and buffs in general do not either. Bard is the only class that has this exception.

Ahh didn't think about that. Yeah I switched to pierce due to LS weapon ratios. I'm assuming you need a certain setup?

I don't want to use the newer dichos, Mana cost reasons, how can i do this?

Lastly I only see the poison dot I think on the default spell list, is there a reason? I'd love to keep all 3 dots rolling. I know it does a check for health, maybe that's why it's not casting? Thoughts? Thanks!

i read it even watched your videos, even with useparagon off i think i was casting regular paragon on occasions, ill have to triple check on that one.

i was asking about chill and endemic because i dont rememebr seeing them casted as much. being they get less than 80% when i notice i can see how that makes sense to me now.

i'm 110 and just got the new dissi, its also only leveled up once.

pretty much answered what i was wondering about. thanks sic! i really do appreciate it. there are other things not related to mq2bst that i still need to read up on too! just trying to take it all in

The poison dot is the best nuke beastlords have , as well as when burning correctly should be cast spammed over and over , i would def consider that being 1 of your 3 if thats all you wanna use , there is also a BYOS feature in mq2bst , that allows you to use what you wanna use , id suggest reading up on it.

BYOS feature can be great, but for some reason it doesn’t work with using the older dicho spell.

It will not use your level 1 ability if you have a level 125 ability in the same group. So if you need a reference for what you can and cannot use with BYOS simply unload and then load the plugin and it will give you a list of your options.

so technically if dissi was deleted it shoud use dicho.

my other question would be is if i evolved dissi and decided to delete it and then maybe later on re scribe it, will it keep its flagged levels?

edit: tried to delete, you can delete the dissi level, not the spell itself. but it did mem dicho!!!!!

Hi guys, looking for some advice. For my bst I got the Darkened Fungi Covered Great Staff, it has a instant cast clicky that increases HP Regen and decreases movement. I thought it seemed a good idea for the regen, but I was farming low level mobs in Hunter mode and MQ2Bst registers that I'm snared so keeps me waiting during the spell duration. I had the clicky going in offensive , am I using it wrong or just should not use it?

Offensive (or defensive) makes sense (definitely not downtime), but it is gonna wait till it fades to pull.

Plugin is defaulting Group Shrink on. I issued the command bst usegroupshrink off - I see the confirm message in the plugin output window then after reloading beastlord, groupshrink is back on.

It happens grouped and ungrouped. I have tried blocking the Exceptional Velocity II to see if that might be the culprit. Blocked spells are Group Pact of the Wolf Form, FoF and Brells. I am at a loss. MQ, plugins and everything else is up to date. Acount did go from gold to FTP right before adding 125 spells but I can't see that making any difference but what do I know.

yes being f2p is likely doing to do that - did you rank 2 it?

should consider getting the rank 2 unlocker.

unfortunately, there are some spells in eq that don't cast the things they say they cast --- we have a bunch added, but i can check on the 125s in case that is something we need to add. some even cast the rank 2 version if you don't have the rank 2 spell NOR rank 2 unlocker. it is pretty dumb frankly.

it is always worth checking your everquest red error message, which likely would indicate what is happening - i suspect it is a pet buff issue

yeah, the spell has spa 470 which casts "best in group" for the sub spells (it casts two)

edit: @Oldman66 thanks btw - we needed to add the new velocity spell to the spells we don't strip ranks from
