show me where mq2shaman is shrinking your group and i'll tell you what it is doing

if the mq2shaman window doesn't say it is shrinking your group, it isn't.

you probably have mq2autosize turned on

not sure what i'm doing wrong but since the sunday patch on test my shm no longer heals at all. i just reinstalled it again and set the heal MA and not MA at 90 and 80 but shm will just buff and not heal. anything else to check?

OMG thank you so much for answering this. Somehow it turned on for me weeks/months ago. I didn't even know this was a thing. Playing Brownie size with just 6 toons sucks the big one when your almost 54 years old.

that is a "you probably have antivirus, or file syncing or something else causing issues", that isn't an mq2shaman issue

I don't have EQ up right now for a screenshot, but I believe if you hit V for AA and find Languid, its an AA that you turn on/off by buying it for 0 points. I do not recall if it works for silver/Bronze, might only be for Gold.

you just disable your AA, we only do the disable and re-enable if you already have it enabled

but you are probably turning it back on with aaspend, i'd imagine

Mq2shaman doesn't disappoint I know several people use this plugin as main healer I know it probably can everything I have used has improved my group. I use this guy as DPS he was the lowest level in my group and even with that he was 4th in dps with spells and aa 4 and 5 level behind my others, my teams doesn't wait on him for MANA because of his AA usage and Canni line even having the worst gear of my crew he holds his own. Can't wait to get him geared out to see what he can really do.

Hi all - well now I have done it. The fancy new UI (which I like) has vanished from my screen. I have used the commands on the command page and nothing shows. What in the world did I do now? LOL. I even tried reload Ui and relaunching the game. If any tips and thanks all!!

It is so odd - the plugin works. I just have no UI and cannot change anything unless I use text commands.

It uses imgui now, so reloading game UI doesnt effect it.

Yes sir. I am reinstalling everything now to see if that does it. UPDATE - reinstalled had no effect. The plugin works, just no UI. I loaded another account with a separate install. same thing. Trying to figure out what to do next.

UPDATE HunterHud UI will not work either.

Have you tried resetting your imgui positions?

It should, but it wasn't working. I ripped out the entire folder, re-downloaded the launcher and reinstalled again and now it is working.

You should make video quick start guides, link them in your signature, and link them again on the resource page where people buy mq2shaman. I hope the author has access to delete his review once they realize the error. Maybe alcohol and late-night frustration played a role.

For what it's worth, after learning and tuning the plugin settings, my CWTN group with Shaman healer can survive any group content no matter how drunk or distracted I play. Most issues are the tank's fault; pay attention to where your camp is set and which modes are or are not tanking modes.

I have to think the OP/reviewer got confused and thought this was YELP.redguides.com (where only those who want to complain go) as opposed to a site built by and supported by the very community it serves where assistance is in abundance. If you need a solution, someone always seems to have one. I searched and could not seem to find a single post by the reviewer asking for assistance/advice on how to best setup/use the plugin. When you see 4 pages of 5 star reviews and the one you are about to leave is almost the only 1 star, at what point do you scratch your head and think "maybe it's me"?

FACTS! I run this plugin with two groups that have one shaman each as the main healer and not only does it keep the group up without problem in group content, but they both parse in the top 5/10 as healers on our raids as well.

It's probably a better idea to seek help when not receiving the desired result with a detailed description as opposed to impugning someone's work

EDIT - My apologies if this comes across as harsh but being an owner of 2 businesses, I am somewhat sensitive to reviews! Mostly unfounded ones.

Edited bc I didn’t even read everything u said before I had to run after my kid. Yeah got to keep that melee turned on. The shaman class is one of the most busy in the game and every spell gem is used, this is an invaluable plugin, I sometimes just sit there and watch what it does and dread having to do what it does.

- I have tried various modes for the shaman including assist and chase, we have also tried to add it to the spell bar using BYOS.
- Plugin is up to date, shaman has all spells and is returning the message "you don't appear to be missing anything...", the plugin sees the spell under "info" / "spells & Discs" and it is marked under spell group regen but does not mem or cast on any group members despite their roles.
- If I pause the plugin, I can cast it on myself and it lands (not blocked).

randomly adding something to byos isn't going to make it buff when you'd expect it to buff by itself - and turning on byos is going to almost always require setting byos-custom to buff

well as demonstrated, lvl 31 shaman with useregen on, not byos, with local toons running mq2cwtnbuffs and no better regen, gets the regeneration as expected
