We're actually checking against any of the matching spells. We check all of the windows that all of the things go to. Sure how you think we're checking the wrong window as you can't see what the stuff is doing you just see the results of the stuff that is doing but that's not what's happening.
But as usual I would recommend blocking any spell that you don't want so in this case you would lock the spell that the lower level shaman is casting just like anything else
At this very moment I am running two instances on this sweet little plugin. One in DPS Mode level 120 and one being power leveled to 120 in Hybrid. So besides the PLing is there enough healing for my Pally? There would be enough healing for a Mage Pet to tank. And the 120 in DPS Mode my main with all the rank 3 DoTs is just a killing machine. Bet you didn't know I loved the plugins or thought they were a great value for the price did you?

hey these plugins are great lovem. going to buy this one as a reward for my sham soon. i was wondering if anyone has a tool outside of these plugins to keep mercs revived. seems like if it was integrated in to the plugin a pause pulling check for any dead mercs would be nice. I'm just thinking out loud not complaining. i love these plugins. thanks again. i cant wait to get my sham up and busting.

nah, we don't plan on integrating anything to do with mercs - we're a boxing site, you should box =p

Need help VeryVanilla and MQ2Shaman
So I'm playing a Duo. piloted SK and a Shaman running MQ2Shaman. So i have MQ2Nav set up with meshes I have my shaman in Mode 2 for chase assist, but once I locate my camp I am trying to do /makecamp here, but im getting a parse error. How do I get my shaman to make a camp so he will actually sit down and meditate. I am really new to this and ive tried //makecamphere /makecamp here /camphere on and it is like MQ2 is not recognizing the command. Is there a specific MQ2shaman command to set a camp?

Since you're using MQ2Shaman (which is one of the "ChatWithThisName plugins" or CWTN plugins), those commands aren't for you. If you look at the wiki pages you linked to, they will tell you which resources add them. For

/makecamphere and /camphere, you'll see they are added by KissAssist/MuleAssist, and /makecamp comes from MQ2MoveUtils.What you probably want is
/shm resetcamp, but there's more to it than that because you're using chase assist mode. So, you probably also want to go into standard assist mode to med /shm mode 1.But, rather than just taking those two commands from me, you really should at least watch the video here: https://www.redguides.com/community/resources/sics-hotkeys.1150/ -- and you will get much more out of the CWTN plugins if you read that entire post or keep it as a reference. /Makecamp is not an mq2shaman command.
You will want to check the sticky. Setting up the aliases and utilizing the commands to adjust modes and such will help.

mode 1 sets a camp, which would "create a camp", mode 0 or 2 to move elsewhere.
vid will help you out a ton. Very easy to manage/figure out after you read/watch.

I'm running sk/shm/brd/bst/mag/nec. I just hit 120 today (yay). I'm running a trial of mq2grind and running through restless assault atm.
Anyways, I've now noticed the shaman spamming Spiritual Shower seemingly on cooldown. I don't know that this is a mq2shaman issue or not but I don't believe this was happening before because I think it's reacting to the swarm pets. It seems like the constant swarm pets are coming out and then needing healed by the shaman? It's strange that I never saw this behavior before. It's noticeable enough that if I leave 'burn always' on, it'll take a bit for him to get into rabid bear because he's casting a spiritual shower in between every cast.
Anyways...I'm not sure what has changed but I don't recall this behavior happening until today.

No, we don't heal swarm pets.
There is almost never a good reason for burn always (especially for shaman).
Yes we like casting squall. We don't like to waste a twimcast of squall.

I was testing burn always because if I trigger a burn, he isn't burning because of the spam of spiritual shower. Not that I'm leaving "burn always" on. Maybe it's because I got more AA's. Not sure. It's no big deal. I was curious what was causing it so it's just the twincast procs and intended behavior. Thank you.

we certainly do use burns even while squalling, 10s recast
it is probably worth checking the sticky and checking out the "how to ask for help" thing.
it is more helpful to say "I am expecting xyz, but not seeing it - is it because of abc".
you just saying "it isn't burning" is going to be met with a resounding "yes, we burn" which doesn't help anyone.
turning on "BurnAlways" means you're probably going to have all your burn things on cooldown, which would make it so you can't use them until they're no longer on cooldown.
Do you have a specific AA that you're asking about?

Sorry if this a dumb question coming from a MQ2/Kissassist newbie. Just a bit of clarification... I have 3 characters on one computer and 3 computers on another computer (only at level 30ish). Due to MQ2CWTHBUFFS only working for local characters, MQ2SHAMAN wouldn't work for me as I have to computers. Am I understanding this correctly?
The reason for 2 computers is that I'm on Yelinak....

well a couple things.
"truebox" is not supported by mq or rg and by extension cwtn plugins. I don't know when yelinak is getting truebox on MQ, but you can check the sticky in the progression section for more information on that, I'm just talking about mq2shaman here in this thread.
Policy - When does MQ work on servers that transition into "relaxed truebox" servers?
The MQ devs have stated that a server that transitions from Truebox into "Relaxed Truebox" would get support added "sometime" after they become relaxed truebox. There shouldn't be an expectation for it to be the same day, or necessarily even the same patch. MQ is not supported on Truebox...

cwtnbuffs does not work across pcs - which is why the vids and the faq talks about "local characters" which is what you mentioned. that is correct, you need/want all toons on the same computer to do the buffing part - so while they'll still heal and do all the other stuff, they're not going to buff the same as they would on local pc

"oh i'll just reinject here on this unsupported server" = "potentially running very significant risk to your accounts/toons".
MQ is not supported on Truebox servers. If/When a server transitions into "relaxed truebox" or complete removal of truebox restrictions, MQ support would be added at *sometime* afterwards.

Once you have an idea of how things work, you'll want to look into some automation options. Check out Kissassist Beginners Guide, Kissassist Commands , RGmercs, and especially cwtn plugins ( you can also /testcopy your toons and use the cwtn plugins there for free and you'll want to spend some time looking at CWTN Plugins Explained.).
I suggest getting your feet wet slowly and be patient as it takes time to absorb all this information. Try taking your toons somewhere safe and lower level at first and explore the automation options. It takes some time to get used to, so don't be surprised it if feels overwhelming at first.
Once you feel like your're getting the hang of it (or to get a more in depth idea of what this site can do), then check out the plugins, macros, and lua's available to complement your automation. Things like MQ2pluginmanager, buttonmaster, mq2autogroup, MQ2Autoaccept, MQ2Status, GuildClicky, Boxhud, and more. You'll also want to see Lua event manager.
How do you get to see and experience all of this you ask? You need to be a level 2 member. To do that you have 2 options. First, you can subscribe (paid method) or second, you can use Red Cents. What the heck is a Red Cent you ask? Red Cents can you help with your subscription and it's the currency this site uses. Contribute helpful information (post here) and others will give you red cents and each red cent you give others returns one to you. check it out! Red Cents

Mq2shaman requires all toons to be local toons (same PC/ same install ) for our buff detection. We also don't buff mercs, since they're not pets or local toons characters who can report their buffs.

You'll want to provide if you see any red error messages from EverQuest about blocking. And then potentially take the steps listed in the frequently asked questions about what to do if you get a block to spell and something spamming.

Hello! currently dual boxing an SK and a Shaman, have MQ2shaman on for him and i still use a tank merc (both chars are lvl 76) and the shaman refuses to heal my tank merc. Any help? checked the FAQ under mq2shaman tab couldnt find any help for it. Has regen and mending spells on its spell bar during hybrid stance as well. Usually running it in assist or vorpal

We treat your Merc as the respective assigned group member.
We don't do anything specific for mercs at all, it is just a group member, since mercs can't be group MA in the group window, they'd be healed at the non MA value

No, there are a few reasons why, but no we won't auto use totem. This is on purpose.
All classes have a drop aggro (which invises them) - you can manually make the plugin use it with a
/shm dumpaggo. But we're not going to automatically do it since we don't break invis unless in a camp mode or using melee.

Shaman on TLP. Level 86. MT gets malo. Shaman will not cure it. UseCures is on/green. BYOS is off. Shaman is in Chase Mode and Loadout is Heal set. I manually can mem the spell in slot 12 (Pure Spirit) and the shammy STILL won't cure the MT. I can manually cure him by casting the spell myself. All toons are using MQ2CWTNBuffs. SHammy appears to be casting other buffs.

So a debuff that doesn't have a dot component / counters we don't know about

Greetings friends! First time Very Vanilla user here so apologies if this is a common one but I can't find it on the forums.
I got the MQ2EsKay and MQ2Shaman plugins first. On the SK when I load the plugin it will pull up 4 tabs labeled "Plugin Output/Settings/Pulling/Ignores". When I load MQ2Shaman I get zero tabs. I watched the video Sic posted and his showed the tabs so I think it's something I'm doing wrong on my end. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
