Not sure if something has changed, but lately it feels like Direct Heals are at the bottom of the pile for priority (Shaman has let my tank die needlessly quite a few times over the last couple of days)
Things I'm witnessing are refreshing Ennui / Growth / Renewal mid fight, despite health being dangerously low, same goes for casting Bite / Venin / Roar.
Often I'll Flash and hope a direct heal comes in time after it's finished faffing with buffs, only for it then to just try and fire Gift / Squall and I'm dead before that lands.
Here's my settings and loadout
Example today: Tanking a named
[Sun Dec 27 14:46:40 2020] The Captain of The Guard tries to hit YOU, but misses!
[Sun Dec 27 14:47:01 2020] You have been knocked unconscious!
[Sun Dec 27 14:47:01 2020] You have been slain by The Captain of The Guard!
In that 21 seconds, Shaman expected me to survive with one 1 direct heal (spent the rest of the time slowing, casting Venin, Bite, Renewal, Chucked a Primordial cause it let me get low doing those, then Roar, Ennui, Growth) then it tried to Squall after all that, while I was languishing at 20%, game over.
Should there be some logic to put buffs/dps on the backburner if tank is below a certain threshold? especially in Heal mode (cause if there is, I think something broke)
p.s. I've tried a BYOS and knocking the dot and nuke out, but it's still prioritising Ennui/Growth/Renewal/Roar over a heal
