If it was an internet connection wouldnt the other 5 classes I box do the same thing? I will will double check the charm thing tho. Thanx
No, that error is on the launcher saying the file didn't get downloaded correctly.
 
I have to echo the sentiment on MQ2Enchanter (only) "crashing" over the past couple days. And that's with restarting the launcher (completely tore down everything and restarted). MQ2Ech isn't the only CWTN plugin I'm running. Mainly happens upon loading the Enchanter (either fresh or just character select), but once on zoning and once just because. Doesn't happen always (or even mostly), but more than a one-off every so often.

I've experienced that as well. Also, had a couple of issues with my chanter just stops mezzing. Does everything else just fine. Just won't mez. I ended up blowing away the related files and then reinstalling the plugin and that fixed the problem. :)
 
Just noticed this today, but with Apathy my level 61 enchanter chain casts it on mobs she already has mezzed. and with Asphyxiate she will chain cast it like a nuke, not apply it like a dot and then move on her rotation.

A. The BreathingDot line is used as a nuke (still respects UseDot). At higher levels, the front-loaded damage is very strong.


There is a TODO to adjust that behavior based on if it is worth doing it (at lower lvls like 60s it isn't) - but in the meantime that is why it is doing it.

Do you have UseMezImmune turned on? If not, she could be trying to repeatedly mez mobs that are immune to that level mez spell. If it is a level issue you may have to turn off mezzing when you hunt in areas where mobs are higher level than you can mez with Apathy. Once you have Bliss, this seems to stop happening as the mez level cap for Bliss is 68.
 
Just got the upgrade from Apathy, 'Sleep' .. and while it will mem it, it won't mez with it (or any single target mez for the moment)

I checked the MezImmune list, and cleared it just in case, but those npcs weren't on it.
Cleared the ini files and did a reload as well just to be certain, but no dice.

One thing I have noticed, is that these mobs all have "Name of Npc" vs "a name of npc" .. so, even though they aren't named.. muleassist (on different toons) thinks they are named.

If it won't do it automatically, try putting your enchanter in BYOS mode and make sure you have Sleep memorized, then pull 2 or 3 mobs (that you know are mezzable using Sleep) and see if your enchanter will start mezzing. Try playing around with the toggles too. If you have anything else turned on, turn them all off except Mez and then turn them on one at a time between pulls. You may be able to suss out your issue better that way. If you're using EQBCS, make sure your enchanter is connected by issuing the /bccmd reconnect command on your enchanter before you start pulling mobs. I know that has caused my chars to stop doing things in the past, and this sometimes fixes that issue.

Gave BYOS a shot with only useMez checked and Sleep memorized, did not attempt to mez adds.

what zone is it? some zones we have custom-named checks because of things like that - so this might be a zone that does need custom name additions

I need some help please. I have purchased Mq2cleric, beast, eskay, shaman, and berzerker, and they all work perfectly but, for the life of me I cannot get MQ2enchanter to load. It started out giving me the out of date message with regards to MQ2main.dll. I got that stopped and went to load mq2enchanter and all it says now is it can't be loaded. I am not sure if this matters but all the other plugins I have purchased have been in a .zip format but mq2enchanter there is only mq2enchanter.dll not in a .zip. any suggestions greatly appreciated Thanks!

The .dll is the file you need. Are you downloading an old version or using the redguides updater to download it? Once purchased, it should go onto the updater and just a quick "/plugin mq2enchanter" should work if its in the MQ2 folder
 
I am using the updater I have updated it several times refreshed it and still wont load. I have verified that it is in fact in the mq2 folder still wont load.....really annoying
all the other ones work just fine and worth every penny. I have even deleted everything and started over. still get the cannot load Mq2enchanter

Absent being able to see it myself, I cannot help. Hopefully @Sic can help with this info.
 
Just ran the launcher, updated MQ2, ensured my plugins were all up to date on the plugin tab, launched into the game and it went fine.

Make sure you completely exit Everquest prior to running the launcher. Once you have run the launcher make sure that you visit the Very Vanilla Tab and update MQ2.

Once you've updated MQ2 head to the Plugins tab, and verify that all plugins are updated there as well. Sometimes new plugins won't download automatically, so you'll need to make sure to hit up the plugins tab and ensure that you hit "Update All" button.

If you try to update while currently in game, then the file is in use and cannot be replaced with the new version, which can cause it to fail.
 
well, lets just check the box on this one for me being an idiot LOL apparently I purchased it and then downloaded it while still in game Make sure you completely exit Everquest prior to running the launcher. that is what did it Thanks so much DerpDerp =)

- Corrected issue where you wouldn't do your combat dps in manual mode.
-- the manual/vs assist modes are more intended for when usemelee is on.

Well I asked because the merciful shield is from your cleric BP, which is unusual to cast on ench. Either way, it'll check stacking next update
 
Heya is there a way to use this with Kissassist to make the enchanter assist from out of group? Slow, tash, mez, nukes dots etc?
All the cwtn plugins are stand-alone automation. if you try and use another automation paired with it you can and will have undesired outcomes.

if you had mq2enchanter assisting someone or set to engage, they would react to mobs on xtarget

easy mode would be just have a clr/shm paired with your enchanter, with xtarget healing turned on (on the cleric/shm), and in a tank mode (and that healer set to MA and MT), and your enchanter would assist as soon as mobs got on xtarget from your healer healing

This great macro is working very well for me, even when I am using it somewhat unusual way... I have 3 x Mages in my crew, and one of the mages pet's is handling the tanking. Shaman with sic SHM macro is healing. Myself, as an Enchanter, my job is to pull and mezz, the usuall stuff. I am just wondering that is there a way to pull less mobs? Like using aggro range reducing spells on packed up mobs, or something, when pulling, automatically? Now I have to break bigger pack's myself, and then later put the automation on.

Second small isssue is with the checkin timer on Rune Aura, it's mostly off when I choose to use it automatically.

I got almost all of your plugins, and I love em! Nothing negative to say about em.... Please keep up amazing work!

no, it is not going to split pull

I'm not sure what you're trying to say about rune aura
 
Ok, I can live that, not splitting a pull.
What I ment with Rune aura, it does not check it fast enough. It can be off like 5-10 min's or so, without recast.

that is more than likely due to how auras work - but i will take a look
 
This plugin does auspies runes automatically... it's usually good. But sometimes, I run out of reagents. And it don't warn me about that...should buy thousands at time?
Aand there could be a choice for casting resistance rune, for in case of AoE damage fights. I can cast em manually, but "use aoe resistance rune" check box would be sooo l3w7...
Sorry to whine, but I am relaying on this macro on daily basis, and I am usually happy with it, just giving points to look...

thanks for your message - corrected the Melee Auspice missing a spell, and added the 2/4 Spell Guard spells (1 consume single, 1 non-consume single, 1 consume group, 1 non-consume group)

Will test this out to ensure its all good, then have it pushed for next update
