1. Under this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement"), ChatWithThisName (the "Vendor") grants to the user (the "Licensee") a non-exclusive and non-transferable license (the "License") to use this plugin (the "Software") for one year from the purchase date.
2. "Software" includes the executable computer programs, dynamic linked libraries, and any related printed, electronic, and online documentation, and any other files that may accompany the product.
3. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights, and distribution rights of the Software remain exclusively with the Vendor. Intellectual property rights include the "look and feel" of the Software. This Agreement constitutes a license for use only and is not in any way a transfer of ownership rights to the Software.
4. The Software may be loaded onto any computer within a single dwelling. A single copy may be made for backup purposes only.
5. The rights and obligations of this Agreement are personal rights granted to the Licensee only. The Licensee may not transfer or assign any of the rights or obligations granted under this Agreement to any other person or legal entity. The Licensee may not make the Software available for use by one or more third parties. This includes distribution for sale, rent, or as a sub-license.
6. You understand that in order to use the plugin, a Level 2 RedGuides membership is required.
7. MacroQuest Requirement & Compatibility: You acknowledge that this plugin requires MacroQuest (from RedGuides) and is not standalone software. The Vendor is not responsible if MacroQuest is unavailable or not updated for your chosen server type. While every effort will be made to maintain compatibility, the unavailability of MacroQuest on a specific server does not entitle the Licensee to a refund, whether in full or in part.
8. The Vendor may update the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. By purchasing this content, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use ChatWithThisName's content if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
10. No Guarantees & "As-Is" Provision: The Software is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Vendor does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future server patches or third-party software updates. You acknowledge that use of this plugin is at your own risk, and the Vendor is not liable for any account suspensions, data loss, or technical issues resulting from its use.
11. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Vendor’s total liability for any claims arising out of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Licensee for the Software.
12. Failure to comply with any of the terms under the License section will be considered a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the forfeiture of any remaining time on the license.
