Plugin - MQ2Enchanter (1 Viewer) 3.1.52471.11

Searched as best I could on this one, and it may be just that it’s limited for my use, which is fine. I also know this is pre-release and things may change, all cool.

Talking buffing outside of group (but toons still on network). For mq2cleric you just add to xtar and off you go, and that works for me. Playing on TLP, just add 4 pcs I want to make sure get cleric buff. For mq2enchanter, current implementation is only group buffing, correct? I'm guessing you wouldn't want to take up xtar slots with PCs so that enc has full use of xtar for "doing stuff" to mobs (assuming that's how it works), which may be a limiting factor for the buffing.

Again, totally fine, just making sure I'm not missing anything there now or potentially in the future. Would be difficult having the pcs not specifically in the enc group, not getting buffs. Just makes the plugin a bit more situational for my usage. Thank you!

there isn't xtarget buffing in enchanter yet. - it will have the same as clr/bst etc - but not currently done

so far been doing a fair amount of run/testing of this. loving it. i can successfully have it keep 8 mobs mezzed till its mana runs out lol.

Loving the toggles, not really seeing much to change. the bugs ive seen turned out not to be the plugin but me LMFAO go figure.

Played wiht it on my 65 chanter, my 98 chanter, my 110 chanter and my 115 chanter (yea i know alot of chanters, differnt group setups for each one

What focus AA do you speak of for casting a spell, This is new to me

The focus tab in your AA section. Those lines apply to specific spells, so the addon will sometimes use a lower level spell if you are at a point in the focus aa line where a lower one is affected and amplified, but a higher one is not. (Often the lower level spell will be more effective in that case)

@carpunky I'd need to know the name of the charm spell you are expecting it to cast, and the charm spell that is actually casting.

Some charms/Mez options were removed from the lineup before the beta went out because of their recast/cast times were rather long. It's possible that this removed one of the ones you need as an upgraded spell for charm.

level 110 Transfixers command is the one that it will not memorize , it reverts to my level 107 spell spellbinding...thanks

Is there any way to turn off the running towards the mob when not using melee?
I have exactly the same problem. My enchanter is running toward the mob all the time in any stance except for manual. And she is basically start to run to the mob as soon as its pulled, even through half the dungeon :)
Also, i don´t know if it´s possible, can the mob be tashed before charmed? That would ad sooo much value.

From the looks of it we opted for Transfixer's Demand over command because it lasts about 3 minutes longer. It also has a great resist adjust of -50 instead of -30 with command. Both equally work on creatures up to level 109.

Is this spell not an option for you for some reason?

what is your campradius?

I got it narrowed down a bit more now, it ONLY happens when i turn Use Melee OFF! then things go crazy :) as long as melee is turned ON she sits in the camp and behaves normal, but i really dont want her to melee, which she correctly does :)

Thank you very much, I have it under control now ....no pun intended

What zone are you in that this happens. Unless we've already fixed it inadvertantly I cannot reproduce the issue.

I had the same issue in Sebilis on Rizlona, I wonder if its specific to that zone.

This also happened to me in GD on live servers. UseMelee was off and StickMode was off. It happened in both vorpal and assist modes. The odd thing is that it got progressively worse the longer I played. By that, I mean when I first started playing the plug-in worked fantastic. As time went by, started noticing the chanter took longer to land mezzes/spells. Watched his screen and saw he had started running towards the mob as they came in to camp. Since he was on a mount, movement interrupted the spells. Fast forward 25-30 minutes and I noticed that he’d start running as soon as the mob showed up on xtar...

Okay, I'm able to reproduce it with UseStick off. I'll look into the why of this and get back to yall. Will have to add in new debugging logic to track it down.

anyway it could be added? if not could prob run a macro to spit it out like kiss does....

Code:
[taskupdate]
trigger="Your task '#1#' has been updated#*#"
command=/bc [+t+]${EventArg1} [+w+]Step: [+o+]${Task[${EventArg1}].Step.Index}:[+w+]${Task[${EventArg1}].Step} [+p+]${Task[${EventArg1}].Step.Status}.
Add that to MQ2Events.ini

/event load
/event on

Found the issue, CommonCombatDPS routines were expecting us to have melee on and currently have attack on and utilizing that to decide to navigate to the spawn we targeted. Added a check, that no longer occurs.

Ok found another item here while working over the enchanter, it says I am missing Polyarcanic Rune Strike for a spell but that is a spell effect triggered by the ending of Polyarcanic Rune when it wears off of me, there are others and they are in the same polyspectral rune line, and higher I am betting will do the same.

Adjustments were made. Thanks.

Redbot updated MQ2Enchanter with a new update entry:

10/26/2020

- Now including Aura dropdown options in the UI. New XML file included in patch.
- Eldritch Rune now checks stacking.
- GroupHaste will now memorize if you're the same level as the spell.
- STHaste will now memorize if you're the same level as the spell.
- Should now correctly load and save Aura1's previous value. It was previously saving it as Aura2.
- Add /enc MezImmune and /enc UnMezImmune to add and remove things from a mez immune file...

saw it double up tash a few times, always after a mez resist. like so:

double up.jpg

it auto-mem'd dizzying coil, but i never saw it cast it. which is ideal for me, but i'm curious as to when it might try to cast it.

doesn't seem to want to buff legion of cekenar, legion of kildrukaun, transfixer's auspice, or shield of destiny. the first 3 have painful recast timers so that might have been a design choice.

didn't see it use bite of tashani. wasn't using slows, so can't comment on use of that. i understand from sic's comments it's never going to be a debuffall=2 type of bot, so i'm just curious about using the ae tash/slow. this curiosity is 100 percent rooted in me being a tashpig because i like to manually apply nec dots to every mob and tash is close friend of mine.

is beam of slumber supported?

everything above is rooted in genuine curiosity. plugin is superb. mez is fast and consistent. nukes vs. dot use ideal w/ ability to adjust. burn routine is spot on. aura pulldowns along w/ single target support for reiterate icing on the cake. 10/10. would recommend.

AE Tash/Slow = /enc useaoe on

Beam of Slumber is not supported. It's unlikely I will be supporting it at all due to the way beams work.

Everything else for now the answer is just Yes lol. But thank you for the reports.

is the /enc useaoe on different than the aoe checkbox? i only ask because if they are the same, (and when i type /enc useaoe on, the checkbox fills, so i'm guessing they are!) that box could use a tooltip update!

They are the same. Checkbox is for "hot-swap", if you want a permanent change then use the commands.

[the duration of the demand verses the command is nice as well as the resist. there are some negatives that have kept me from using the demand in my usual groups though... if the blur procs and a kos mob is live in the camp it can attack someone other then myself, who is usually runed up and able to handle it. the command has some slight higher agi, dex, attack which i always thought was nice and the possible stun proc on it when the charm fades give ample time to recharm without any issues to the group. one HUGE positive if its possible is to have the mob tash debuffed before the mob is charmed- this will greatly enhance the likelihood of a full term charm instead of it breaking so often. the addition of the charm aura (level 97 which is centered on chanter, not locale based) Tempting Aura to the aura toggle window would be a huge asset for the charm features success... i'm LOVING the improvements made on the 10/30 update releases and think your doing an outstanding job!

This thing is rocking Chat. Quick question, cause I didn't see it in the FAQ. There any plans to make an option to only slow named?

Would love to see toggle switches for:

UsePet (for those times when you don't want to charm a mob, but still want some extra potential DPS/survival odds)
UseManaSieve (use mana sieve spells/AAs on caster mobs)
RuneMA (use highest level rune spell on MA if you have the components)
RuneSelf (stack a rune spell with your AA rune, or just use the highest rune on yourself if you don't have the AA rune).

I'm still loving all the stuff that was done on the last fix. I've been playing around with my group make up and have started to play a dps heavy group and wondered if its possible to get a toggle for the dissident spell. Mobs are dying so fast that before i get the chaotic mez off for the twincast buff and then the dissident, i may only get one nuke off if that happens. I think i read someone asking about a chaotic mez toggle too which might be useful in groups like this too. I think i may have mentioned before about using proclomation of tashan on the mobs before charming them to enhance the charm time but it would also be super helpful on mobs before mezzing too... i'm maxed out on level and aa's and i'm still seeing it take several casts to land without the tash

Any chance to be able to turn off the twincast mez? Doesn't work in Kael. And just spams it and spams it.

I may be wrong, but it may be you just need to add them all as mez immune?

Add /enc MezImmune and /enc UnMezImmune to add and remove things from a mez immune file...

Happy to be corrected, just trying to be helpful!
