- UseRetort is now defaulted to false.
1st - The commands need to be typed correctly. /show clr is not an actual command. Look here: https://www.redguides.com/community/resources/mq2cleric.1498/field?field=commandsCWTN Cleric plugin will not show UI for starters. /show clr is not effective. Also, Cleric will not stop buffing until OOM and then begins casting Persistence again. Please help
I don't which TLP is "the TLP".So on the TLP and max level atm is 85. We have Gallantry for our aego. Clerics buff the group no problems but pets, they are obsessed with trying to land conviction on pets (including swarm pets or weapon proc pets)
We definitely do not buff swarm, pets or non-f1 pets.So on the TLP and max level atm is 85. We have Gallantry for our aego. Clerics buff the group no problems but pets, they are obsessed with trying to land conviction on pets (including swarm pets or weapon proc pets)
"Might have over reached". Well giving blatantly bad information is just going to get me to ignore your post. If you post something that is flat out a lie/wrong, I can't help you. Please don't waste our time.@Sic and @ChatWithThisName none of this is trying to flame. I am just trying to help make a good product better. There is some code in mq2clerics thats driven clerics to try and buff pets with an out dated spell. I might of over reached for swarm pets but i know for damn sure its trying to buff my rangers pet that procs from his Scimitar of the Mistwalker.
As for the TLP, Rizlona is the true TLP. (I don't know what that means) Also no other automations running unless the Russians hacked me.
re-read my post please and thank you. I provided additional information that you should consider reading.Ok, so i have to fix it.(before I was sincere, that was antagonistic) Do I block the spell on the clerics pets block window, or go to all chars with a pet proc weapon and block it there?
all good homie - you and me, we're on the same teamThe issue was the fact conviction was the last single Aego spell I gave him.(oops) Had all the group ones just never cared about the singles. Someone pass the sugar for this bowl of crow i got to eat. I will block the spell on CrankyPants. Thanks for the help in the end.
can you show me the mq2cleric chat output showing that?. it doesn't actually look like we use unswerving hammer line at all - which we probably should.
I didn't see any follow up on that, any chance at looking at the hammer pet?
- Added Swarm Hammer Pet usage for BYOS/BYOSCustom
are you using frame limiter? sounds like your background client (cleric) is possibly being starved.good day!
I dunno if this has been posted before but, I sometimes see my cleric, with his spellbook open, thus not healing the warrior.
Anyone experienced it before and what is the possible solution for this?
thanks!
Yep. This means that your eqclient is being starved of processing power.good day!

You absolutely want to be using frame limiter unless if for some reason there's a conflict that's causing performance issues while using it.Thank you for the responses.
Yes, I'm using frame limiter.
I have unchecked the box and will see how it will run now.
Thank you once again!

Frame limiter is to reduce performance load so macro quest can do happy stuff in the background
Make sure EQ's Max Background/Foreground FPS settings are something more than 60 fps as well. (Unlimited for both would be best).Noted. I have again checked the Frame Limiter.
I also followed the advise of durango773 and just used my Cleric to melee assist.
Sadly though, the problem now moved to my Mage (also using CWTN).
I have observed him using/opening his spellbook and thats it, he is stuck lol.
Will check with the Frame Limiter on, if it solves the problem.
Thanks!
The plugins will set it to at 30 if it is lower.Make sure EQ's Max Background/Foreground FPS settings are something more than 60 fps as well. (Unlimited for both would be best).

Does the plugin control panel show after you /reload?
) , or a better way to handle this, please let me know.any of the tank modes will only do tanking stuff to mobs in camp, on xtarget etc. so roaming around you either a: need to reset your camp or b: leave a camp mode to manual then re-enter a camp mode setting a new camp where you are at.Would like to report what is, if not a bug, then at least something probably not taken into account by the developer because "what kinda crazy nut would run their character like that!?!?!?"
My main is a 120 cleric, and I frequently use it as the tank (don't judge me) when boxing with my second account and working to level up another toon. I enjoy the "Sic Tank" setting as I can easily move around, target and attack something, and the plugin just takes over until it's dead. The problem is that when using a cleric as a Sic Tank, I will target a mob, attack, fight starts, my merc, my second account toon (who is also running one of these plugins set on either chase or vorpal (I've tried both)), and the second account merc all jump in to help as soon as the mob hits 98%. Then shortly thereafter the cleric takes a quick break to target one of his groupmates and heal him, then waits patiently for another group member to need heals and does not switch back to the mob he was attacking originally. In the meantime, the second account toon has stopped attacking the mob since he's trying to assist the cleric, who is now targeting another group member. The 2nd account won't starting helping again until I re-target the mob, either manually, or by switching the cleric to Tank mode. I'm thinking that Sic Tank mode should be able to remember what mob it was on before switching to a group member, then switch back to that mob after it has done it's healing, or to another mob that is currently agroed if the original mob died while the healing is going on. I've been getting around this mainly by constantly switching the mode back and forth. Sic Tank, then once the fight starts I switch to Manual (to make it forget the previously memorized camp location), then to Tank (so the cleric will fight all the aggroed mobs until dead. Then once the fight is over, switching back to Sic Tank and moving on.
If anybody knows something I'm doing wrong (other than using a cleric for a tank) , or a better way to handle this, please let me know.
this can happen if you have things like:Hi all. Looking for some help on troubleshooting why MQ2Cleric stopped casting buffs for self and group: Hand of Gallantry RKII, Aura of the Pious, etc. Cleric does cast Armor of the Devout RKII and downtime clicky buff for Aura of Black Petals but can't seem to get any other buff to cast. All other MQ2Cleric functions seem to work as intended.
I have attempted the following so far:
- BYOS is un-checked.
- Use Hand on/off
- Use Symbol on/off
- Unload/load MQ2Cleric
- Unload/load MQ2CWTNBuffs
It worked perfectly until i noticed buffs were not auto casting in the last few days. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Yes, it is very weird. I am using MQ2ENC, MQ2WAR, MQ2SHM, MQ2ENC, MQ2ROG, MQ2ZERK and they all working as intended as well so doubt it has to do with locked folders files but went ahead and I unlocked all files and folders from MQNext folder down. Reload UI back to default and still the same issue. Also now notice cleric will summon and rez entire group but not self. I am sure it is something very stupid I did but can't find anything that would cause this.this can happen if you have things like:
you set files to read-only in your config folder
you are file scanning your mq folder(s) with AV causing file locking
you are causing file locking with one-drive or other syncing programs
you are using a non-working UI, where your buffs aren't being displayed to MQ correctly.
considering you are saying it is not casting self buffs, i wouldn't think it was file locking, as we're not checking any cwtnbuffs for self buffs - we're checking MQ.
I dunno - I'd suggest starting fresh with your cleric's UIYes, it is very weird. Thanks for the quick response. Looks like it was something with UI. Deleted all Cleric UI files and deleted/reinstalled the plugin for safe measure and all working again.I dunno - I'd suggest starting fresh with your cleric's UI
rezzing everyone else but your yourself is very strange indeed
