I've noticed a few long pauses in hunter tank mode lately where mine will just sit and wait, then a minute or two later he summons axes and starts nav and keeps moving. There's no announce saying it's waiting for spawn or endurance when this happens. I caught the output and the long pause happens right after the blank "Adds: " line.

yup, it is doing your zerk check puller downtime stuff - checking aura, summon axes (like in the case of your image), downtime clickies (like summon clickies)
if for some reason you wanted to be spammed by debug output on debug pulling, you can turn on
/zerk debugpull on this would absolutely spam the snot out of you and tell you that it is returning on SummonAxes
i don't recommend it. there is also the
/zerk debugpull on once and it would spit out once why it was waiting on something.
it isn't actually the pull routine that is pausing - the pulling routine is waiting for zerker to be like "yup all my stuff is good to go: but the pull debug is still there to spit that out if you wanted it to for some reason.
This was added back in April 2021 - before that we didn't do any checking to ensure you had axes, or addclicky downtime buffs (including summons) or refreshed aura buff.
the pause wouldn't be "a few minutes" it would be long enough to cast your axes, or do your downtime clickies etc, if we fail the "zerk downtime check stuff" we wait 2 seconds before checking again
I turned on debugpull, paused so i could deleted my axes, then unpaused
you can see i will summon my axes, and every 2 seconds i will say that i'm summoning axes (due to debugpull on),
then i spit out the first results for the pull cycle.
the blank "adds" line just means there are no more adds
some folks have reported eq/mq having an issue where you think you have mobs on xtarget when you don't. this would really be the only thing that would just straight stop you from doing stuff. The cwtn plugins actually try to identify and reset any xtarget slots that are bugged out.
but that's really the only thing i can think of that would "stop you for a minute or two". your summon reuse is like 6 seconds, so unless you didn't have enough endurance (the cost is 1 endurance) or eq was reporting you only had less than 1 endurance - then i can't really think of anything else.
if you see this again try jumping and see if it mysteriously starts working again.
I could add something like this, would would just msg out the one time if it was waiting in the pullerdowntime to do something. I'm unconvinced that it was in the pullerdowntime that you were stuck waiting on tho.
You might have been rooted, or silenced, or had xtarget bug, or endurance bug etc.
