Explore.Mac - An Explorer / Traveler Achievement Macro

Release Explore.Mac - An Explorer / Traveler Achievement Macro 1.3.1

I scans inventory for an item that 1) has a click effect, and 2) the click effect contains SPA 12 or 314. During testing, call of them we found were limited to self, so I didn't need to add a specific call to target self.

Is Reusable Steambomb a valid clickie for invis? (If not, I can exclude it.) If it is a valid clickie, does it require that the player be explicitly targetted?
 
Might I suggest removing circle of umbra as a valid invis clicky, the recast is just too long.

I only suggest this because the macro tried to pick that as invis for a rogue instead of SoS :/
 
Circle of Umbra is EXACTLY why I created an invis clickie 1 and 2. That said, a rogue will ignore the INI clickie setting entirely in favor of their innate Hide/Sneak. It may store the clickie name, but it won't use it.

Actually I had to remove both clickies from the ini and write in shroud of stealth for my rogue to start exploring.
 
I'll look into why it's it wouldn't start, but putting in "shroud of stealth" doesn't tell it to use SoS. You can have put in "Frank's Ham Sandwich" (A item that doesn't exist) and it've had same effect.

All of my melee types carry 4 Bulwark of Many Portals and have a crap ton mailed to them ready to pick up. Explore doesn't seem to recognize that as a gate clicky. Gate potions have gone up in cost and yesterday none were for sale, so wasn't able to get minimum gate potions and the mac paused itself. Any chance to get Bulwark of Many portals recognized and prioritized to be used over potions?

Any chance to get Bulwark of Many portals recognized and prioritized to be used over potions?
I can add Bulwarks. They present a problem though in that they are charge-based and remain after their charges are used. Added as issue #199. ETA v1.1 or v1.2

That's fine, I don't really afk when I run Explore and no problem equipping Bulwark myself and destroying the used up ones.

Lol omg I just did all the damn LDoNs by hand lol
 
Used this for the first time today with my bard and berserker. With the berserker, she would zone in, shrink but then wait instead of clicking the cloudy potions (always). The message says "Pausing navigation. We're visible and need to wait on our clickie/AA to recycle or to cast" over and over BUT the cloudy potion IS ready to cast - it only continues if I manually clicked the cloudy potion ..

Just to test, while running through a zone, I manually clicked off the cloudy potion. The macro stopped and just spammed me with the "we're visible and need to wait on our clickies ..." until I once again clicked it manually.

After restarting the macro twice when it hung up on random items, it started to work on my first berserker but still not casting invis on my second one.

Also: how difficult would it be to run the routes WITH another person (for example my BARD so she can invis/levi everyone along with bard speed of course. This would also make the LDON missions a bit less painful I am guessing since everyone will not be randomly getting missions over and over separately.

For the invis thing, look in Macros/Explore/Explore_Server_Toon.ini. What does it have for invis clickie and invis clickie2? Let’s make sure it doesn’t think you have some weird invis click item.

As for partnering/Grouping, it would require a near complete rewrite of the 13k line macro. Not likely to happen, but it may if there’s enough interest.
 
Everfrost LDON: After getting the mission, the character frequently tries to run through the half dome tents and gets stuck pathing.

I am using a Berserker who has Nothing. No clickies, spells (obviously) or AA other than Origin. I loaded him up with 300 of everything: cloudy potions, gate potions, shrink potions and lev potions. Thats all he has on him. Restarting the mac a couple times did the trick. No clue why it did not work initially on either.

For LDON: bard had a few hiccups in Everfrost but apparently finished those. Now she is stuck in Butcherblock. She gets the mission but then stands there and never runs. (has to run to Lesser Fay) The mission is to kill Avedranna the Bloody if that helps.

Edit: Never mind: it happens for all missions. Just stands.

* I manually ran her to Gfay, then the macro took over from there and ran her to Lfay.

Upon arriving to Mistmore Catacombs, the path takes you to the corner of the building then you get stuck running into the corner. (have to pause then manually move her into the zone)

I realize it's only used once but a small tweak for when you get around to it.

it appears "Perfected Dead Men Floating" necro lev should be "Dead Man Floating"
 
Found another bug in the LDoN run: In S Ro: Was running fine, about the 3rd 'request' popped this error: Warning: Undefined Variable runLDoN-NULL used on line [email protected] /if (${runLDoN-${lstBossZones}}) /varset blnAdventureNeeded 1
Macro Paused
 
The more I watch these toons run around and get/complete quests and adventures and fight random mobs etc the more I am so impressed with the work that went into this macro!!

Everything is working well, very happy with the Explore mac already. I don't know how to program at all, so not sure of the difficulties involved. For zones that has already been visited, once Explore starts running for it, would it be possible to /skip so that Explore skips that zone and moves to next?

it will skip any of the routes it has already visited - each route has multiple zones - it is designed to run route by route, but it won't skip an individual zone if its already been there (think connections and such)

if you look inside the explore_server_toonname.ini in your explore folder (mq2\release\macros\explore) you should see something like this: this is where what routes you have "completed" are stored - 1 being completed, 0 being incomplete

Ran this again today, to do the LDoN explorer. All worked fine except in Butcherblock, when ever you accepted the mission charatcer did not move. I had to manually run him to GFaY then mac would take over again. It would run back to the AdV giver, but once excepted would not run away again.
I was at pc so wasnt an issue for me, and so pleased you have incorporated it!!!

I *SUSPECT* (take it with a grain of salt) you'll find that your Butcherblock mesh is outdated. Download Wire's MeshUpdater (https://gitlab.com/wired420/mq2navmeshupdater/blob/master/MeshUpdater.exe) and see if you have any that are missing / need updating.

Unfortunately, no (assuming you do not have invis / lev AA's. If you have AA versions, you don't need potions and it should skip buying them.

Check your Everfrost and Butcherblock meshes. They're out of date to what I have published. (Use the MeshUpdater mentioned/linked above.) The MMC meshes might be as well.

@Darkie - Okay about DMF. I'll tweak that. I don't have a necro, so can't directly test it.

All I know is that i use the automatic updater you recommend to keep the meshes updated. I ran it again right before using this macro to make SURE I was updated and the updater did not find anything to update ... and all my toons (for LDON) just stand there after accepting the mission in Gfay that makes you run to LFay.

If he is just talking about gate potions, when I had the same problem of not any being for sale, I went into the mac and under SUB: Startup I changed the min count for gate potions from 10 to 0 and my toons no longer check for Philter of Major Translocation. He still used the gate potion from previous run, but no longer tries to purchase it or pauses the mac. Taken 1 toon all the way through from start to done, seems to work fine. Not sure about others, but all my toons have lev and shrink clickies and invis potion is merchant bought.

edit: I do put 5 bulwark of many portals on them manually and they use it. They do destroy the Bulwarks when the charges is gone. Not sure you tried to make them get new ones, if you did, they don't seem to be doing it. Not really a big deal. Can load them up easily with a bunch before /mac explore. One thing though, when a gate attempts fails, it takes a while for the Bulwark to refresh, like 60s or so. Before it refreshes, Explore will tell me....'get us to PoK and then unpause" and pauses the mac.

FYI - I pushed mesh updates to Wired last night. There are 4 files currently different between my personal setup and Wired's downloadable:
South Karana, Mearatas, Stratos, and Aalishai.


Obviously, those won't affect the LDoN route. So, update and see if things don't improve.

Careful with that solution. I didn't suggest it because it can lead to the toon being unable to get out of a zone (as far as scripted solutions at least).

I do not try to buy new bulwarks. So, no, they won't attempt to. I will into changing to reattempt time on Bulwarks though.
 
Every time it goes back to pok it buys lev potions from baz then tries to get them from parcel vendor but just leaves them
