Hey @jande ,

Absolutely love your Mac! It is a life saver on my way to 350. I do have a suggestion though. Would it be possible to add something that would automatically buy or at least notify us that the only item left for a combine is store bought. I'm at a place where my entire inventory is full and I can't figure out where I am in the whole huge list of unknown recipes. I have have a ton of vendor bought items that were on my shopping list but yet to have the farmed ingredient. I'm sure there are some combines that I am 1 vendor bought item away but there is no way to see that detail (at least that I am aware of). What do you think?

Or second, being able to pull a list of tradesmithing items that are no longer needed would be great too. Would really help clear up our inventory and bank/mules.

So I’ve been looking I saw in faqs how to making the shopping list greater then 30 but I cant seem to find the place to make the change. Not sure what I’m missing
 
i didn't read all the 39 pages of this , but there is an issue with it not reading the fish scales properly when doing dryruns in fishing and tailoring for sure not finished checking other skills but it definitly hangs up on the fish scales ,

the item is something that costs more than 1,000pp .. the platinum checks vs cost throws an error, coz there is a comma in there. i just commented out the PP check subroutine and continued bareback

Hi I am curious , it is having me make recipes that do not count towards 350, in particular blacksmithing. just curious why or how I can change it. it wants to make cultural seals and a few other things like silvered weapons thankyou otherwise its great!

I don't believe so. We lost a lot of good soldiers during this year's constant suspension waves.
I will try to make edits to the recipe files in the next few weeks to at least get that underway. Programming for the TS Depot will be a larger beast that doesn't work with this macro as this uses containers for individual combines and not the tradeskill UI for combines.
 
I am working on tradeskill updates for this. Right now I am testing out the baking recipes, and I'll see if @jande can allow me access to upload the new .ini files.
 
was there a way for the mac to buy what it needs from the local vendors? I remember doing that before I thought but cant get it to work now.

Yea I was thinking of starting to look into a way to have the grab item portion of the macro at least be able to pull required items from the TS Depot. That would be super useful, not sure if anyone else has started on it already or not.

When at a bank or vendor: /mac ts/finditem Charactername

Go for it, my limited time and programming savvy is only good up until a point.
 
What exactly is the fix for making it purchase 1,000 plat and greater value items without it throwing an error? What's being commented out/changed in what file?
 
Love the macro, but after today's patch when I run I get this error

I am standing at the forge, i have targetted it manually, and open it experiment mode, it just repeats this over and over and no longer tries to combine anything.
 
I haven't had much of a chance to use this, and I just tried again today. The error noted above is still a problem--will it be looked at?
 
One last request for an update on whether this will be updated.

I suggest removing it as a paid resource otherwise. I'll chalk up the "L" and move on.

Reason I ask, is that it seems the macro isn't recognizing that the experiment window is open. Which would mean that eq isn't reporting correctly the status of the window in a way that mq knows to read.
 
I finally had a chance to get on and try it out, and it worked like a charm. I didn't change anything.

I think that have all of the NoS recipes done except for Tinkering / Alchemy / Poisonmaking.
I'm still testing to make sure I did everything right, and I'll try to post an update when things are well.

I did the Pottery updates today during the downtime:

i tried this it just cycled through all of the recipes then ended
 
Maybe I never noticed but I have to ask because this don't look good and I do not remember this happening but when I am running the program the lists and combines are going into main chat and not just the MQ2 window. Is this normal? I am stopping until I know this is ok.. Like the whole shopping list and all are going in both the MQ2 window and my main chat.

Mine never went to main chat. Only my mq2 window. Unless that changed with the UI update.

Ya that was my concern and it kinda freaked me out. I mean it isn't entering like guild chat or anything..it is just logging in main chat like it does in MQ2. It wasn't doing it before patch.. Stopping for now. errr
 
This is the best place I could see to ask this but it is a little off topic. I am working on blacksmithing as I had like no recipes. What do you good races do for the Paineel quest ones? Do you just block them? I just don't think it is worth getting my faction up to get in there.
