ok when i try to craft something usiing TCN its causing EQ to Crash, anyone else having issues like this?

In the settings on TCN you can uncheck the depot box and save the settings, now that I am looking at the code the flag for this don't make no sense..

Ok so the depot flag is about returning things to the depot, grabbing things from the depot happens if auto-bank is on and the depot is enabled.

It has been awhile, so I probably came to the conclusion that people would 1000% want to auto-grab things from the depot. I can look into putting in another flag, or repurpose the flag and make it so
the depot flag handles grabbing and storing.

Are you talking about the Global Craft Settings? I don't see any other settings. I have Auto-bank off and still get crashes. I don't see a "depot box" to uncheck. If there is one, could you show me where, please? Maybe I'm being dumb!

Ah, yes. I see that one. I have neither Auto-bank or Auto-depot checked but, sadly, it makes no difference. I mention this in case it helps narrow things down. Having a tradeskill depot makes a difference but these check-boxes don't appear to.
 
I don't understand but am happy to test!

I currently have a tradeskill depot on my main. He doesn't have Auto-depot enabled. Are you saying he should have it enabled now? Once I have the new version, I mean.
No, if it is enabled it will grab and deposit, if it is unchecked it should craft normally for the user, if you do quests or request an item the results may not be desirable if checked.

Still seeing a crash. I can run through recipes and load them properly, but now when clicking on the "missing" tab after generate mass list, it crashes on mq2lua.dll

Well, I am not sure if that is new because of the changes, or just new. I tried it on a non-depot toon and it is not crashing. So what I was trying to convey is the "fixes" were temp just to craft for depot issues, everything else is not tested for production.
 
I can understand the frustration, from time to time things break, and change. I can speak for myself that I don't change things hoping to break things, I will speak for the devs, they to are not running around like half-cocked cowboys yelling yeehaw as they trample on code. When something does break it feels like an eternity before it is fixed.

The only constant we have is DBG changing things and us being the collective.. adapting.

This is a known issue after the last DBG patch, and on my end I can only try things to ease some of the pain, unfortunately I do not have the panacea for the larger issue to my knowledge.

I appreciate the patience exercised and I know the devs have seen the crashes are aware and have some potential direction to move towards.

Dev Talk: "If anyone has dragon hoard, can you test for me that it's not broken in the same way tradeskill depot was? I suspect they are related, but they might be rolling out the change slowly"

I downloaded the new version but haven't made the tweaks suggested above. I can confirm that my main can now use TCN again without crashing.

Caveat - I do have tradeskill depot on him but am not using any mats held in the depot and I have only tested basic crafting (no batch or use of "missing" tab). In any event, this covers most of my use of TCN and I am up and running.

I'm grateful for your efforts!

I have a suspicion I will revert my fixes, but retain the bank button changes, after all is said and done.

Has requesting items from a toon been tested for this when the remote toon has the depot?

Meaning the order it goes in, it checks for tradeskill and checks counts..
 
A MQ update was pushed out for the TSD, are counts coming back now, or is everything still reporting as zilch for the depot tabs and/or kabloooeying? Well I didn't ask live or test, for verification...

I have an update that retains the button change, but reverts the auto-grab from tradeskill depot. Looking for some feedback to see if the issue has been squashed or no.

I'm still having the Lua crash, but only when a recipe calls for something i need that's in my bank, if i take everything i need for the recipe out of the bank and put it on my person, it will run fine. i do have auto-depot turned off.
 
Same problem here.
I am putting out a release that should alleviate a lot of the pain points, it won't fix the depot cause I don't have that kinda magic in my bag currently, but minimizing crashing and crafting on should be a thing that works.
 
When you "bounce dannet" would you mind checking that Boxhud was running and restart it after you've bounced Dannet. That would be a nice experience instead of Boxhud going away without wanting it to go away.

Is there any text in the MQ window at all? specifically "red" text? still thinking it is depot related as I am on a F2P and it is going to the bank and getting items and buying things from vendors and crafting.
