a. Do not replace your voice with an LLM. This goes for your posts and your scripts. Drafting and editing with a tool is fine, but don't take you out of what you share.
b. Do not replace your EQ character's voice with an LLM. We don't want scripts that speak over/ooc,/shoutor other public channels. This has been an unwritten rule that's kept casino scripts off the site for decades, but we're now compelled to make it clear: keep automated communication private.
Why Does RG Review Scripts?
Nearly every LLM-written Lua script we see is making your character do impossible things, and rarely in a way that's beneficial to you. We've seen heavy server hammering,/targetover impossible distances when/nav spawnwould passively accomplish the same thing, a spawn search that fires 20+ times per second, and other pointless actions that are likely annoying GMs.
You are welcome to use LLMs as a tool to structure, draft, and edit your work, but please read critically before hitting/lua run

Black Gemstone is the best and is also non prestige so even my free to play toons can use it. It is a pain to run thru the questlines, but ya...

The other option is to go to the LDON merchants and look for an AC aug with type 4 for ranged. I would have to login later and verify if there actually is one....

There type 3 from Ldon that can get Attck up and regen a little. Rear drop from raid.

There is raid drop from the raid where at the end u need to kill 3 Skelly boss that change color everyone you hit them. I will get you aug name.

Very rare drop. U would need to run it 10 to 15 times, for it t drop. Fun fact here that some folks got it first run, so am the unlucky person I who had to run it 12 times.

Guys ass a SK and you don't need to have a bow, specially using that aug that should not be with any SK in the current expansion. Range slot put Idol there for stats. As a SK you can cast LifeTabs instantly which u should be mashing when u pull mob .
Right. Thats why Black Gemstone from BiC questline is good. It is type 4 fits range has AC and is non prestige.

This is true, but sometimes it's just fun to use a bow. Also, you can do longer-range pulls with the bow. Last, but not least, you can make a macro that triggers autofire alongside your lifetap or whatever other abilities you normally pull with and get the added benefit of getting some arrow strikes in with it for better initial aggro. My pulling macro looks like this:

/cast or alt act + spell or ability #
/cast or alt act + spell or ability #
/cast or alt act + spell or ability #

This sends a few arrows along with blasting them with an ability or two, then turns on melee attacks. Works pretty well for me, and the arrows don't hit hard enough to trigger summons unless it's something much, much lower in level than I am, which are a non-threat. Even then, it usually doesn't trigger a summon. Been using this macro for quite some time now, I like it because no matter what, at least ONE of he abilities/ranged attack are off cooldown when I go to use it.
i did the entire quest line in about 8 hours last expansion. its nowhere near as hard as it used to be.
Ya the only troublesome part is the Inktu'Ta part with the 4 people door thing and then the death touch/snare event for Noqufiel. That's always fun to revisit.
