any suggestions on how I can wipe all the files clean and start over? macroquest is a really full folderand i am afraid to delete the wrong ones. Could another mq2 program be causing it? I was able to see the mq2nav overlay from the toggle box. not sure if that means anythingYeah dunno there @oogey - never heard anyone have mq2nav say it was loaded and ready to go, but not actually be ready to go per the api call
if you have everything setup as you have said you have, then there really isn't anything to "start over" with. There's nothing to it. Set your radius like you normally would and war mode 8, instead of pulling back to a camp, you run to the mob and fight it there. Are there any good instructions on how to use hunter mode effectively?
there isn't a mobile tank version where you're not driving with the tank where it will auto-start fighting stuff. you should strongly consider driving with your tank.I generally drive with my bard, looking forward to a MQ2Bard in the future! With that said, which mode would work best to have the warrior follow (or come to) the bard, and tank anything in the camp radius that's on the extended target window? With Kiss running on the Warrior, I can just have him follow and if the bard pulled, or agro'd anything, once it's inside the camp radius he'll start doing his job. With MQ2WAR I need to switch his mode in and out of "Tank" for him to do stuff. This is mostly because all the tanking modes seem to create a camp.
Looking for any suggestions, or maybe a new mode where he'll tank whats in his radius, but not set a camp so he can move around freely.
Thanks a bunch, love the plugins!

from the Commands tabIs there any ignore settings? My warrior keeps attacking quest mobs in that mode. Also, can i make it just go after specific stuff?

if you set your bard to ma, and the tank is in an assist mode, it will assist that target to attack - and if it was main tank in the group window it would still do tanking type stuff, just based off the group's ma.
however you have a couple of options - if you used sic tank mode with a ginormous camp radius it would autotank anything entering that camp radius on xtarget
or you can utilize /war resetcamp
watch the how i move my group around vid > here < I talk about the resetcamp thing
My warrior is only lvl 60 but he has all his discs and AA's for that level.
Currently he only uses the following skills: Knee strike, taunt, berate, bash, disarm, evasive discipline.
Is that the expected behavior? None of the other discs are worth using? I am new to warrior so I have no clue.
Hey, I appreciate it, and when moving the group around on a manual roam, perhaps i'll stop trying to beat the system and just run the warrior. Bard is typically played just because of pulling, but when i'm doing anything special with mez/splits/etc, the group is happy at a camp with Tank/Assist modes set. So perhaps when i'm traveling around or killing on the move (when bard pulling skills aren't required) i'll just drive with that tank.
Thanks a bunch for the reply, as well as the suggestion to try /war resetcamp.
warriors don't have a whole lot of stuff at lvl 60My warrior is only lvl 60 but he has all his discs and AA's for that level.

if you are using brutal onslaught and mighty strike this means you are not in a tank mode and not assigned as a group main tank as those are during the "not tanking" mode.Need a little help, my war does not seem to use any tank disc on named. He seems to be using Mighty strike and brutal onslaught but nothing to keep him alive while tanking (115) is there an option that i have turned on that is causing him to use dmg disc instead of tanking ones?

he tuants and keeps aggro, he does everyting the tank should do, except the tank disc, hes useing dps disc
hehehe...little Sunday humor for ya.indeed it is lolWell...some would say his refusal to use tank disc is taunting...youhehehe...little Sunday humor for ya.
Can you show me your mq2war output where it shows it taunting and then using your timer4offensive/onslaught etc?Role = tank, assigned as MT. that is why i am wondering why it is not useing tank disc. I got a new pc did a full install of EQ and Very Vanilla, the ini files match the same as my old pc. on the old pc those same settings use tank disc. i cant find the diff
you're a stick!UseStick
no, he's going to shoot until mob comes on xtarget which is us knowing that the mob is aggro and is successfully being pulledIs there a way to make the war only shoot one arrow per pull instead of turning on autofire?
are you huntertanking or pullertanking? But he continues to shoot even after the mob is on xtar. The first arrow or 2 and the mob is on xtart, then he shoots 10 or so more depending on speed of mob. If it is a caster mob, he will shoot forever until it reaches camp radius, then engages.
Also, is there a way to make the toon not look "up" when they stick to a mob?
you can do aI've seen this issue a couple times, see if it makes any sense. I stupidly (ok unknowingly) setup camp right on a spawn point of a non kos target (say a bunny rabbit in WW). Warrior is in puller mode. Bunny spawns. Everyone just sits and stares at each other. Warrior doesn't go pull anything. Just stares at the bunny, daring it to make the first move.
/war debugpull on once and it will tell you why its not pulling
