Q. Why does my shaman not buff the group?
A. You will need to run /plugin mq2cwtnbuffs load on all of your characters that you would like mq2shaman to buff. You also need to NOT be in /shm byos on mode. As "Bring Your Own Spells" assumes you want to handle your spells and your buffs. MQ2CWTNBuffs requires characters to be local characters (same PC, not across network or space/time).

Just a quick heads up, I have the latest version of the plugin and it's still doing it. My current work-around, since I have an Enchanter as well, is I have him doing slows. If I uncheck "UseSlow" it stops the issue from happening, but as soon as I check "UseSlow" again, it goes into the loop.

Weird, can you briefly snip me your shaman output where it is doing that, just 1 or 2 lines of each overmem
 
Here's me going through each of the modes for the Shaman as well. It does it in all of them. Then you can see where I turned off UseSlow. It stops at that point.

Been enjoying this plugin a lot, thanks for the high quality work! Have a couple questions.

1. Does shaman cast group heals? I see it mem intervention, but not the normal group heal. It seems like it will single target heal after I take an AoE from a named.
2. Is there a way to toggle off using the healing ward - Call of the Ancients?

1 yes, they are not adjustable

rez logic - they will keep trying to rez/call the same corpse over and over again. two diff scenarios ive ran into. that person doesn't want a rez and is repeatedly clicky no or ignoring the box and the player has multiple corpses and a revive dialogue up still so rezzing the other corpse doesn't give them a yes/no dialogue

i think it could be beneficial to have it cycle corpses between rez attempts, and possibly have a give up after x attempts

Yes. It is going to try and rez, that is it's job when use rez is on.

Turn of rezzing if you don't want to rez, and tell the person clicking no to pound sand. This is automation doing automation.

Re the second corpse, unfortunately there's no way to know which is which corpse, we try and grab the closest one.

I'm sure this is a simple fix, but since i started running MQ2Druid they are trying to overwrite each other with str buff and sow, sow has a toggle so was easy but, how do i add a buff to the do not cast list?

please check on the FAQ of each/both resources and see how to deal with that

which is to determine what you don't want, and block that spell on the toon you don't want it.

We try really hard to make sure you don't get stuck in the spell book. Unfortunately sometimes it tells us it's not open and it is.

what server are you on?

nothing has changed - we don't run on truebox servers
 
Is there a a mode that will follow and heal out of group? Or do we need to add to xtarg and just follow?
 
this may be by design, however, shm isn't using wind of malis spell if its loaded its apparently only looking for the AA and if you dont have the AA it doesn't do anything

if the plugin doesn't say it uses something, it almost certainly doesn't
did you load it? byos/byos-custom or into an empty gem?

the spell is loaded on the spellbar, not using byos atm but it doesn't unmem it from the slot i have it memmed in but its a new spell in underfoot and requires you to target a location so im not sure if that works different than the aa or not

can you show me mq2shaman putting "wind of malis" on your spellbar?

well, this is now circular -> we don't use spells that we don't say we use

so a "i put it in the spell bar" --- I was asking how it got there.

we don't unload stuff unless we're putting something in that gem.
are you missing spells -> if not, what gem slot are you empty in (and what level are you - guessing 84/85)
 
level 85, my post was more asking if it should use the spell if the spell is available and the AA is not
yes missing a few spells, haven't done all the underfoot stuff yet

i currently have it memmed in slot 11

missing: eradicate curse, eradicate poison, eradicate disease, spirit of tala'tak and frost gift per the mq2shm window

updated all my fps settings in game and in isboxer to be at least 60+fps and this issue just occurred again. seemed to happen when she was memming a spell and got ported. she didn't elegantly recover after the port, i tried memming a spell in the open spell slot and it kicked things into motion again. i've closed the spellbook before and its also kicked things in motion in the past.

Hey all, I am trying to get my shaman to caster champion and panther on the group. I have Avatar toggled on and ge will load champ and load panther but he won't cast it on anyone.
 
if you are asking bout mq2shaman plugin why would you not post in the mq2shaman discussion thread?
