Plugin - MQ2Rogue 3.1.52471.11

Rogue will attack if i manually /attack but isn't auto assisting main tank. 100% user error. Can you guide me to a resolution?
- Group main assist assigned in eq group (might need to reform group if eq is dumb)
- In an assist mode - 1, 2, 3 or 6
- - which requires a navigation mesh
- Mob inside camp radius, at or below assistat value. (I use 100, 100% of the time for all my toons instead of the 98 default)
- Group MA "up in the mob"s shit

You don't want mq2rogue and kissassist running on the same character. The assist at 100 is a setting in the mq2rogue settings section.

For the mesh: run the mesh updater in the MQ launcher. It is directly to the left of the Launch MQ button.
 
I ran the mesh updater. Twice. Same message on rogue. "Assist mode requires a mesh for the zone you're in. Switching to Manual Mode".
I did set the mq2rogue to 100. I just added the kiss to get him attacking until I get mesh right

Do you have the same issue with the mesh message in other zones?
 
I just bought these today. I haven't been anywhere else yet. Going to go do the candleshop mission in a bit. I'll let you know. I need a few named here in Spite still
 
Bought mage, enc, shaman, cleric and rogue. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong or I just need to reload everything. These are amazing regardless!

This is a stupid work around. I know that sounds harsh, but you are really hindering yourself with the dirtiest used bandaid you could possibly find rather than root-cause solution. not having navigation meshes for the zones you're in are hugely problematic and will significantly impact your fun-meter.

We actually popup and output in your plugin output how to get new meshes - RG launcher or redfetch :p

MQMesh or run the meshupdater from the RG Launcher / RedFetch

If you download them manually from MQMesh, ensure you're placing them in the correct place these go in your MQ->Resources->MQ2Nav folder
they do NOT go in MQ->MQ2Nav folder

there's nothing special about that - sounds like you don't have your campradius large enough fighting a large creature.
 
If you have the newest meshes, it's possible just moving your rogue around and maybe resetting its camp will help too. I think I've seen this error when I've been "off mesh," i.e. somewhere it thinks I shouldn't be like on a table or something

If the npc is a "large" model, it's possible that they can hit you from outside of the campradius - You should utilize your map to see where the camp is in comparison to the mob to ensure they are actually entering your camp radius and adjust accordingly.

If you're running the mesh updater while you're actively in a zone and the mesh isn't currently loaded, it's likely going to get the new mesh, but then not load it automatically. Typically these are triggered by loading into the zone, but if you don't have a mesh and then you download or add one, then it's likely going to require you trigger a load of the mesh with /nav reload

Movement in the plugins requires the mesh because it's the only way to avoid obstacles in the world. a blank KA over the top of the plugins will "work", but it is neither effective nor intended method of using the plugins. While one may feel that the logic for casting/abilities/heals etc is one of the most important things the plugins offer, I would argue we put even more weight into trying to ensure that the plugins move around more effectively, and choose when to engage more consistently than KA. It's highly recommended that you take the time to ensure that the plugins are depending on themselves instead of an outside conflicting automation to ensure that they are operating correctly. Using another tool on top of them is asking for undefined behavior, especially when it comes to giving the movement component of the plugins to an outside source. The plugins decide if they should move based on their need to cast a spell, clicky, or other option that requires a cast time as just a single example.

Something like this is probably fine as a very short duration quick fix, but is most certainly not the intended method of use.

edit: i tagged you on the redfetch thread. i suspect that might be what you're thinking
 
Currently won't load. Getting a version mismatch after App check and Red update.
i tagged you in the redfetch thread - and i went and fixed your issue - check out the redfetch post and then run redfetch again
