Plugin - MQ2Rogue 3.1.52471.11

Ever since my rogue got to 125 and started using Shadowscale Leggings of the Perpetual Reverie, he will now summon poison in downtime. I've tried this for several weeks, updating VV and MQ2Rogue every time a new version is posted. The behavior remains the same. It worked fine with his 120 pants. I have them on the addclicky section.

Just like I did with the 120 pants. I can summon manually, and once summoned the poison is used by downtime clicky, I just can't summon them. Any idea?

your pants should be in the "summon" group, not downtime group.

Q. I didn't watch the mq2rogue video, none of the getting started information, and I don't know how to add poison to automatically be used?
A. I demonstrate this on the mq2rogue video at > THIS < mark. You add them as a downtime clicky.

A. :
hold your poison, /rog addclicky downtime
then
hold your pants, /rog addclicky summon #, where # is how many you want to summon.
 
100%, this should not be in downtime section, because you're summoning items. The "Summon" clicky group has the routine for handling a specified number of items and will stop once the threshold is met.
 
I'm having some fun PL'ing a few new chars, using my 125 rogue on Puller Tank to pull some greens for the lvl 100's. It uses Throw Stone which is fine, but it tends to walk right up to the mob's face and throw it rather than keep some distance. I know rogues generally aren't pullers so it's probably not a priority, but is there a setting i could adjust to give her a little more room to run back to camp without getting smacked a few times?

we don't roam around looking for a spot, we nav to the mob and if we find something within usage range that we have los on, we'll hit it and unfortunately los eq/mq isn't always as you'd expect

would recommend getting a staff of viral flux or something that gives you more space for that to happen with

Last time I tried to use throw stone the range was abysmal. Try it manually. I doubt you'll have much better luck. If you want to use ranged, put a throwing weapon on in ranged and ammo slot and it'll hum those at the enemy.

Here's an easy item to grab. Infinity throwing things for pulling
 
The plugin is not assisting when I kill Mobs that do not appear on the extended target window (Archers in FF mission for example) is there a workaround or planned fix for this?
 
I do something similar for a raid environment where I might have toons out of group.

I get the whole manual assist thing, that's what I am doing now when I go for the plucked achievement, I was hoping for something that was automated...

once mobs are aggro, it will assist you as you'd expect

but nah, it also helps prevent toons blowing their cooldowns and such on things they shouldn't.

since you're doing specific scripts automation style (and the game doesn't usually work like this) you'd want to incorporate that into your script
 
Im runnign 2 rogues atm, with alliance on the damage is insane even if u dont make it fulminate. the increased poison damage itself is huge.
 
Each resource on RG has an Overview / Discussion Thread and either a link to their wiki or tabs with FAQ, Commands, Etc.

can you automate this with the rog-plugin or do you need to get poison-potions for those toons? thx
mq2rogue can not click on another person's character to use poisons, no. they will want their automation to apply poison potions to themselves

I was wondering if it would be possible to add my shadow scale rogue Leggings clicky poison to clickys? Like in offensive?

A. Because the leggings are a summon the plugin will auto inventory the poison, so you want to add the poison first, then add the leggings. If you've already added the leggings, you can pause the plugin /rog pause on, then do the poison, and then unpause the plugin /rog pause off.
 
I was really reluctant to get this plugin in, before swapping to Plugin on this Rogue he was typically 1st in DPS most of the time which is good and steady for a toon you don't want to get smacked. Before swapping my Warrior to Plug in I would often out DPS all my other toons I was thinking well my KA must be pretty good if he is holding his own. Then I got it on my warrior and dropped to 2nd, then got it on my druid and dropped to 3rd. Then I went ahead and made the final purchase to finish out my group. Now when it comes to DPS my Warrior, Druid and rogue are all 3 fighting over that top DPS spot. It is never one over the other every time but Man its exciting to see the surges in DPS since I got these plugins. I will probable get more as I expand my army and now I feel like I can run an army of toons.

My group consists of PAL, SHM, BRD, BST, ROG, WIZ. I go and watch him during combat and found that he was using HIDE and DISARM all the time, so I went into the settings and shut those off. He is still using them all the time no matter what I have them set to (on or off). I especially wanted the Hide feature off because he was so slow during movement and constantly "Hiding", and falling behind the rest of the group. I know I probably have something set up wrong, just can't figure it out. He goes around behind the mob and is armed with some fairly good daggers, and doesn't even register on the DPS meter.

Any help would certainly be appreciated.

this sounds like a dpsadv configuration / eq filter configuration problem.

use eqlogparser if you want a #RealParse, not mq2dpsadv

re: hide - yes we use hide in combat, you can't turn that off.

using disarm requires usedisarm to be turned on, turning it off would not allow it to work

Can you show a snip of mq2rogue having disarm off and still using disarm? I wonder if it is autoskilled
 
Thats interesting I have 2 rogues running and they top the dps in both groups one group level 114, the other is level 65 rogue gear on both is less than what I have on my Warrior I mean for the most part the 65 rogue is still in Glooming deeps armor, just need good weapons and haste belt

Hmm my rogues are already hitting 6mm in dpsadv. Are we saying it’s under parsing?

He's using dpaadv for "parsing" instead of something like gamparse. (I mentioned all this already). But yah sounds like a filters/dpsadv thinfg

Oh I know I haven’t bothered to use gameparse or something similiar My Rogues are parsing in DPSADV at 6million DPS. Make me wonder if I should crack open a true parser to see if thats on the low end. Sorry for confusion just kind of took me off guard that DPSADV could be that far off, given what I am seeing.

not a discussion for this forum, one is a little more work, but way better results. :hfive:
 
Hello fellow level 125 sneaky backstabbers... When using mq2rogue, are there any type 3 augs prior to LS that I should prioritize that this automation would benefit from?
