I had to reinstall to see the plugin.already is
just like for "live", there is no resource on the plugin tab, because it is in pre-release and doesn't require a license.
can you show me the screen snip of that happening?Not sure if this is where you want me to report a bug i found but here it is anyhow. I just dinged lvl 60 on the new mage and regret scribing the spell aegis of ro. the mage just continuously casts the spell and stays oom. i had to select byos to make it stop loading that. i am thinking it has something to do with the that that it is a group spell and since my pets can't get group spells until I get that lvl 65 AA, he keeps trying to put that on the pets.
We got it resolved, and your thoughts were pretty accurate.@Turaj Steelfist sounds more like you having a stacking issue, Aegis of Ro is group version of Cadeau of Flame. If your in a group with another that is buffing with a damage shield that might be preventing it to buff them. I had this happen to my mage before the CWTN was out. Check your group if your in a group for the Toon that isn't getting the buff including your pet.
We got it resolved, and your thoughts were pretty accurate.
Turaj has several mages with different levels of spells. Those spells overwrite one another, and report they stack, so the lower mages and the higher mages were in a buffing war. "dude needs My damage shield" "No, dude needs MYYY damage shield"
Tl;Dr, blocking the lower version fixed it.

There were a very large amount of updates that happened on 6/22, but it looks like you're running the june 17th version? Unless you downloaded one in the thread?For some reason my mage is now constantly using the AA to Summon Modulation Shard. How do I turn that off or make it stop chain casting it?

I have not I haven't been playing much except for raiding on my main because My gaming rig is now mining crypto until my parts come indid you change your break behavior like i suggested?
or did you create the hotkeys like i shared so you can stop any and all movement?

I'm guessing this is an mq2mage question for the mq2mage thread - I'll move it there.Not sure if I am doing something wrong or what but this has happened twice in the past 2 days and the only fix I have been able to do is to log out and restart EQ. I am hoping there is an easier fix that someone might know.
So I am using (all cwtn) plugins for the this.
4 mages, 1 enc, and 1 clr. I drive with the enc and use chase mode on the rest. Everything works as intended usually. Sometimes I want to change and drive with Mage1 (he's gold). So I:
1. Hit camp off
2. Make Mage1 ldr
3. Make Mage1 tank, assist, and puller
4. Hit chase
So everything should be working perfectly at this time right. well for the most part yes, however, I go onto Mage1 and first select byos, then I have to manually turn him to manual. Still nothing crazy.
At this point I start my crawling (yes i prefer crawling rather than setting up a camp). Now this is where the problem starts. I pull a mob with malo and then my mage1 starts doing his own thing and casts spells and stuff. I am like trying to make him stop, I have to continually hit duck or esc or anything I can until the mob is dead. I want this guy 100% manual. This happens any time I change my MA during the day. The initial time everything works fine and I have to reboot to make it work again. Any ideas? I am sure it is user error.

Yah the update won't include toggles for them, but we have a note in case it is something needed later.Sorry for the delay @Sic - When doing the mission "The Call" These are handy to have up and ready to help the healer out, but not totally necessary if they are geared, otherwise nothing else group game wise comes to mind.

Please consider a toggle to keep Call of the Heroes (Group) memmed. I understand that you don't want the plugin to use it, but it is extremely useful to have up when moving your group around. I would like to have it just memmed in a slot that is least used by the plugin.

nah its been brought up a few times and mentioned in the FAQ - but no, currently there isn't a way to do that. its on the "todo" listNot sure if it has been addressed yet or not but is there a Pet Tank toggle we can use so if i'm set to tank my mage doesnt try to melee but just send the pet instead

This happened to me with the lvl 60-65 shaman STA buff. One of my shamans has group the other only has single target. They would fight back and forth trying to buff my raid with heir own version of STA. It was in a raid setting so I just turned the lower lvl shaman off from raid mode and it resolved my issue. Howdy IRKodama,First thank you very much for this plugin. I plan to purchase it! With that I would like to offer some feedback on the beta plugin.
- Auto pet weapon handout should not include handing out the agro modifier weapons.
- When the UseMalo option is enabled, the plugin should monitor if the malo spell is getting blocked by another malo spell. When that happens there is a helpfull message about the blocking in the combat logs. Right now the mage is chain casting malo when it gets blocked.
- NukeManaMin option is not very helpful, as the mage will continue to dump mana in viel ds and swarming pets until they are OOM. If mages want to manage mana caps, this option should be converted to a DSPManaMin option that regulates all dps spells.
- The mage plugin has an awesome feature where the mage will consume summoned mod rods on cool down and as needed. Please add this feature to all other class plugins that support mana classes.
- Requesting a feature to be able to send the mage a request to summon a specific item. If the mage is in trade range, they will target the user, perform the summon, and trade the item if the item doesn't summon on the target.
- Requesting a feature to be able to send the mage a request to Call of the Hero another group member.
Live/test server atm. When red rebuilds emu it will be there. You could try loading it, but I don't think emu was rebuiltIs this plugin on Emulator's currently? Or just LIVE for Beta atm?

1. next update.hey guys, been loving this addition to the plugins. PLed up 3 fresh mages to test it with.
1)i have use alliance/force alliance turned on and they wont load it, i had to load it(dont have mnemonic yet, maybe thats the issue) so i had to "usevields off" and scribe the alliance in that slot.
2) someone earlier was asking about keeping COTH up. take off vields and put it in that slot. atm the tank im using is a SK so vields is a no go(think its viel might be skinds) so i have it turned off, also turned on skinds as neither mage is on the computer with the tank so they never cast it anyway. Freed up 2 spell bar slots(they dont mem anything else in those spots that i could see)
again, LOVING this plugin.
As a PSA, since the initial rounds of fixes we've put out for the mage plugin there's been little to no feedback with the exception that people like it and an occasional request. With that said, currently we're looking at August 1st paid release.
you just load it - pre-releases are include so you justAwesome. Been waiting for this. Maybe I'm really stupid, but I don't see a download link for the beta? Would love to try this out on Rizlona and then purchase the final vers when you release it.
