I just purchased the plugin recently and am loving it so far. I do have one small problem in the GMM mission. On step 4, my characters often get stuck on a tree branch due to their size. If I don't let my shaman shrink them, they sometimes get stuck in other spots due to their height, but if shrunk, the often get stuck at location 4 on a branch on the ground. I've tried searching for a different navmesh, with no luck. Any suggestions?
 
Its not visually small, its collision on the object. looking for a new mesh is one fix, another is editing YOUR mesh to put that area as a either high value (only go there as last option) or to set it as a non mapped area (i cant walk there) forcing them to zig instead of zag.

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, I've never been that good at editing navmeshes, so that might be a tad difficult. Do you happen to have any suggestions for a good navmesh for that zone?
 
Grinding AA for a Krono group member to max out as much as I can for him, the group is all 120, decent AA, max AA tank. I do Shei and Mean Streets without issue, never tried Oubilette. I would like advice on what might give most AA for the time. Backtrack for faster kills or use NoS Grinds or something else?
 
So I got this mod and it looks amazing so far. I run a War, Monk, Bard, Shaman, Rogue with a cleric merc. My monk is the only 120 rest are 113-114. I started the grind session with Warrior tank as default set up, and also did a waiver with Monk as main tank, and both instances they run up to spot 1 and just spam AutoAttack and do not actually pull. I know the Monk has his pull AA up and it shows in the list when loading MQ2Monk but even he does not pull when set as main tank and main assist. Any help is appreciated i'm sure it's a small issue

Sounds like you didn't configure the classes in the Grind UI (/grind ui) to pull with what they have.

I have been going on Shei for maybe a day, rounding up 1K AA so far, including 1 Lesson. I don't know if this is good, bad or fair. a very general basis would be if I go 1K a day I would end my Krono time with Max AA character. Hoping I can find a bit more xp for the time, but at least I have a concept.

AA XP differs based on how fast you are killing. If you have a caster group you will most likely XP slower than a melee group for instance.

try the updated mesh and autosize also that zone sucks nuts so hurry through it and go to a decent grind zone.
 
Thank you sir. I will give that a try later tonight. It's a slow xp zone, but the first time I've been able to run long periods consistently, so I have been sticking with it. My chars are all 115 now in decent gear and 40-45K AAs, so I was planning on moving to Contract of War in Stratos next, unless you have other suggestions.

The best thing for your group is to test which works best for you. All groups are different.

one thing that i find useful is checking my "KPH" or "kills per hour" - once you do some thinking about how many kills per hour you get and factor in donwtime for zoning in and out and requesting - and then compare that in context with how much xp you're getting for that kills per hour - you'll have some good information to make a judgment on which is better for you.

good job for not rushing 120 and skipping all your AAs, folks who do that can significantly hurt themselves due to how focus AA scales, and how different "tiers" of zones/mobs work

Yes, that's a nice suggestion and something I have been tracking via the in-game Grind UI, which is a very nice feature btw. I've been averaging about 145 or so KPH in GMM and plan on trying either Contract of War or GD as someone else just suggested. I am not quite sure if I will take my characters to 120 or not at this point. I don't have a problem rotating krono to get them to max AA's at 120, but shelling out full price of $35 x 6 for the expansion is what's holding me back atm. I had thought about just upgrading 2-3 chars once/if the expansion goes on sale in September, but I'm not sure if it really makes sense to run a group with tank/healer/melee at 120 and the rest at 115 for a long period of time.

What sort of command would I use, to add a monk to pull with his AA ability? When I look i see the pal/Shd listed in pulling.

Did zone out change for owlbear mission with patch? They are unable to get mission on zoneout now- have to use campfire.

I just tested 10 runs of the owlbear mission. No issues exiting without campfire.

Are you encountering an error?
 
im running in an issue with my driver zoning into the instance but none of my other toons any idea why this may be happening?
 
ive been using eqbc since i started mq2 ive not been able to figure out how to get everyone sync on dannet and the guide video is very vague it tells what you can do but not neccesarily how to set it up.

MQ2Grind requires MQ2Dannet.

Simply: /bcaa //plugin dannet load
 
Hello. Is this the fastest way to level 115-120 and AAs? Or is it just convenient since you're out of sight? Really want to try it but want to make sure it's worth it with the cost.
 
Worth is going to be subjective. no one else can tell you what something is worth to you.

So for me i see an easy road to the 25k+ AA that are not auto granted. and cost wise what 3/4 to an hour of 1 day for an entire year? I'm pretty sure you can find more waste in a year than this would ever cost you. skip spending 4.5 once a month for the year poof paid for itself.

Going to be very unpopular opinion but honestly everything here is very well priced when compared krono seeing what people pay for a single krono on the regular.
 
I finally bought it. Running through Goblins and Fools now. I probably need to move up since the majority of my group is 110 now, this xp is slower than my Lcenium grinding spot. It's working great so far though :-)
 
Finished up my first run. It went ok, there was a couple of places where some of my guys got stuck, but that was because of WW illusion. One thing that could be an issue, is my SK would keep pulling regardless of his mana. He ran completely to 0% mana and would keep pulling. I run the eskay plugin for him, everybody else is KA. Is this something that sic tank mode does or is this part of the grind script?

Under Configuration>Basic Settings tab:

Click the check box and your guys will wait for full mana BEFORE entering the next mission (not as you click it takes effect in the mission you are currently in).

Grind is meant , if I may give my opinion and naturally Hytiek may correct me, to push through not go in and fight/med/fight. Its an incredibly wonderful way to get AA, XP too, but not some super PowerLevel, you are using mission mobs.

Do it not just for the mission access but unless you want to buy seats for the task adds

will require you to do them all. worth it to do them all on one group then Task add all the alts.
 
Is there a misconfiguration that would cause one of my bots to immediately start to camp when he zones into an instance? For some reason my cleric immediately starts to camp once he enters the instance. If I don't switch to him before the 30 seconds is up, he will camp out. When I hit cancel it stops his mac. At that point, I can restart kiss and he will run fine there after, but when I initially start, he is doing this.

sounds like your kiss configuration - do you have afktools enabled in some way? or mq2camp? or one of the luas that camps you out if it thinks you're afk (afkamp)? really strongly don't think it is mq2grind

Im not seeing anything yet, but I wiped, so got to unwipe and then ill look through stuff. Not seeing any of the mentioned plugins loaded, out of the ones you mentioned only mq2autocamp is even listed and its red so its not loaded.
