- maxRunCount which relates to the Safe Mode option. This feature allows you to configure how many times you want to run through a Grind instance. Once completed the configured run count the plugin will automatically run the lastRunCmd

- tethering mechanism to reduce early exits due to lack of movement

With TLP opening ToV, there was a defect in the code where The Call was not properly checked against the CoV expansion and instead created a silent crash to desktop.

Added the box in Chambers of Puissance to bad geo fence area.
Fixed Safe Mode configuration specific to ToB Leviathan's Heart and The Control Room (thx sic for pointing it out)
