Evil!!This message is here to make Gohast open the thread again.
I will be buying it As soon as it is released. Current team is SDH/BER/CLR/WAR/ENC/WIZ, and all but the chanter and wiz are running the plugins. Kissassist is great too, it's just in part, (I restarted recently) that is is a pain to keep updating the INI every time I would level. I love the "Just Load and Go" of these plugins.i am eagerly awaiting both but i guess shaman still far away it doesnt have its own resource yet
me, talking to mobs, about what i'm going to do them after the release of mq2enchanter:

ideas....
tash on failed mez?
and AE mez on inc of more then so many mobs?
just ideas!
cant wait to mess with this....looks bad ass!
we would and do obviously use aoe stuff.Yeah. AE Tash? AE Slow? And I think the decision to not tash/slow things under lockdown needs a revisit. There are typically gaps in spell casting the AAs could fill.
we would and do obviously use aoe stuff.
like seriously.
what i said in the video is that we don't have a "debuff all" thing where we start targetting everything and debuffing them. I didn't say anything about not using AoE abilities.
There's not much to clear up. i repeated a few times this is pre-release. and I was pretty specific about not targetting around for debuffing. not sure why you have such a strong opinion on something you haven't seen.Which is fine. The video didn't cover AE at all. It's good to get the cleared up.
What the video did touch on was the no "debuff all". I think that's something to rethink. Yeah, the groups job is to kill stuff. The Enchanter's job is to lock stuff down and make it easier to kill stuff. Doing those debuffs while they are locked down eliminates potential problems for the group in the process.
yeah sounds like something you want to do manually.Doing great so far, but we need to drop the charmed pet after X number of seconds with nothing on xtar. I'm running a mission that won't proceed because I've charmed one of the mobs needed to be killed. I could always turn off charming for this mission, but ehhh, the 40+k DPS is nice.
I had to manually hit invis to drop the pet. Any other ideas for using charm but dropping it when needed? Maybe an invis command from my driver (tank) character?
It's probably something to toggle off when doing this particular mission (Fight Fire), and maybe a call to my enc to drop invis to break the charm.yeah sounds like something you want to do manually.
we're not going to arbitrarily drop a charmed pet after x amount of time - just have your ench invis or something like you said
noted. He still tashes when use tash is off
