1. It checks your Saint's Unity first - see's what rank you have, checks if that buff stacks with you - if it does and you don't have it, it casts saints unity.

It also checks your "Shielding" spell (which is what Saint's Unity casts) to see if that stacks - if it does, it will it will cast it.

I would double check that what you think stacks with it - does. Wulthan Focusing doesnt, nor focus of artikla

2. - reload just reloads the plugin from the ini - it does not reset your ini or save anything

this is addressed in several places.

Q. The UI Window Doesn't save my settings?
A. This is intentional. The UI acts as a "hot swap" allowing you to adjust on the fly. If you want to "save" your settings, adjust it with the slash command.

Zone: Scorched Woods
Aprox Loc: -888.14, -3146.65, -373.41
Mode: Manual
UseDismount: Off
All other options are default

Anything else that would be pertinent in reporting the crash? Hope this helps.

thanks looking at it now (i deleted the dmp since dmps have personal information in it)
 
is there a command/toggle to stop the cleric from buffing pets? mainly charmed pets?
and stupid question, how do you remove something from your ignore list?

the pet owner can add any buffs to blocked pet buffs and we won't buff that buff

From the Commands Tab
/clr Unignore - removes your target or typed name from your pullignores.ini file in your release folder.

Ive noticed the the cleric doesnt use the AC line of buffs( like shield of words), is this correct? they dont add much AC so was just wondering :)

wasn't intentional i'll take a peak at it and ensure stacking is good and add it
 
Did something happen to cleric (and bst)

up till 2 days ago i had no issue, today i noticed, cleric wont buff anyone but her and the tank. all 6 accounts are running mq2cwtnbuffs plugin, ive even unloaded it on all accounts and reloaded it, still wont, 4 guys set there buffless. Bst one does same thing now as well. will buff himself and tank but no one else(IE if bard dies, bst wont buff him, neither will cleric)


odd, it worked perfectly 3 days ago(i know then cause i had some lag issues and some of my crew died, and got rebuffed)

Does this work at any level or only high level? Like can I run say a group of 60's with this addon or a group of 30's?
 
i done the update this morning and my cleric now keeps crashing when i puse my pause button and also i have lost all the toggle button info all it says is check box
 
Need to check to ensure you do not have the MQUI_BerzerkerWnd.xml anywhere in your everquest UI directory. There is no need to put the UI file in the everquest UI directory. Putting it there prevents updated UI window for the plugins from loading correctly.

just checked and that one isnt there in EQ folder
 
That is the only reason that happens. I'd double and triple check that it's not in either the default directory or a custom UI directory.
 
I really enjoy the plugin but I don’t use it on raids since it won’t use splash heals, I’ve had the spell mem’d and using BYOS and did not notice it ever firing.
Is there any chance that you could add a toggle for that spell?

already looking into it. it definitely does *uses it* but not ideal. its not pressing atm, but its on "the list"
 
hey guys just got a copy today loaded it up did my ui refresh got the settings window up but there's no info. all the boxes just say check box no drop downs for modes.

To add more info since working on this. It's saying i'm missing check boxes. I have done a serch for MQUI_BerzerkerWnd.xml in other files and its only in the MQ folder.

Mq2cleric,sham,warrior all getting the same thing while mq2enchanter is working.


**UPDATE**

I did a fresh install on MQ now working.

I was trying too while fighting 3 year old twins lol. I had posted before i found the video then don't think i got far enough in before figuring it out.

one of the challenges with the videos is we end up adding functions/features/options very regularly, and the videos are "moments in time" - so don't be shy and give the FAQ and the Commands tabs a look over as well - *most* stuff should be self-explanatory as we really put a lot of effort in making things "make sense", but we're definitely far from perfect>

No.. It only buffs in non byos mode to local members who have mq2cwtnbuffs running, and it checks very frequently, so immediately will rebuff out of combat (and some in combat, but mostly when no xtarget mobs)
 
ok thanks for that. Would be cool suggestion for down the road if an oog could call for a buff - as I'm raiding I find it a thing at times and would be a ton easier then clicking to that windows, pausing everyhting, then sending casting the spell.

I also have something off too, Cleric is in assist mode/vorpal and cleric has BoA on herself but not on group. I'm in a raid, raid mode is checked. BYOS unchecked, Use Melee unchecked, also use retort, use nuke and use yaulp are unchecked. Just running the plugin, no macro under it. Is this because the healer is on separate computer than the MT in the raid? You mentioned local member and I did notice that the charname_buffs.ini files only exist for that char currently loaded on those PC's. is there a way around this if this is the case?

EDIT:forgot to mention there in the same group also but in a raid. Its my main #1 group

yup as discussed in the vids and the faq, we only handle buffing on local characters who are in your mq2cwtnbuffs at this time - its definitely "on the list" to find an elegant way to handle across network or potentially non mq2 characters in general - but for now we only handle characters that we can check things like current buffs long and short, their pet buffs, and importantly - query their blocked buffs

Thanks Sic, yah so many different pieces to the puzzle. Its hard to keep tabs/remember on everything. Apricate you answering the question though. I will try setting up some dfsr and see if it solves the issue.
 
Another question, am I able to copy the file charname_buff.ini to the computer where the cleric is on and will it read it, then see the tank doesn't have the buff?
 
I'm gonna guess no on this as that file is emptied every time you log off and is constantly updated by the ctwnbuffs plugin so that all the plugins know who has what buffs on and what buffs they have blocked.
