use opener is like "is our attack off, but we have mobs incoming - let's use the opener first" - but you can't actually since you already attacked the mob to come back to camp

I personally wouldn't bother using opener at 115 anyhow. its 1 hit for xyz damage and but takes up your timer9 which is your battle cry
 
/zerk UseFrenzied true/false/on/off/0/1 - Sets if you should use Frenzied Resolve or not.
is it Frenzied Resolve Discipline ?

I have unheck this function , but it still use on raid model.

aye, Frenzied resolve is for Frenzied Resolve Disc - this is the disc that roots you in place and gives you a huge dmg boost

we *only* use frenzied resolve if you have UseFrenzied turned on.

it 100% has no way to use this in raid mode if you have usefrenzied turned off. Please ensure you're not also running a macro on top of the plugin that might be using that ability.

I have a feeling you're asking about something else - are you sure you're asking about frenzied resolve?
are you asking about Juggernaught Surge turning you into a giant rock monster? in which case, you can just block the "Juggernaught Form" - the effect still takes hold, but you don't turn into the giant poo monster
 
I have turn it off by window and no use any marco ( I am cwtn plugin follower, haha)
Additionally, I also pull this disc on my disc window to check use or not , so 100% sure.
PS: but I am not sure if only raid mode have this issue , bcu running some of emotes fail (be fixed or can't move) let me found out it.

I have a raid tmr , maybe I am able to take a photo if you need. thanks

if you want to "save" an option you change it with the slash command

are you sure you're not switching it off in the window (which doesn't save the setting) and then coming back next time and it is turned back on again? that sounds more likely

unless you can show me a picture of usefrenzied being off, and the mq2berzerker window saying that it is using frenzied resolve

(also as a side mention - if you're using chase mode and you get more than 60 away from your MA, you will automatically click off the frenzied resolve disc)

Are you also sure that it isn't using "Premature Retaliation" - if you have usefrenzied turned off, and useretaliation turned on, you will use the timer 15 "Premature Retaliation" line instead.

will hide your captions over the toons, and words in the chat windows. But only new words, and if you want things like the group window to hide your name you'll also need to use /plugin mq2labels load
Keep in mind that MQ2Labels likely will crash you when you zone, so it should be unloaded after use.
 
to add to what chat said - in current MacroQuest2, if you zone or log out with anon turned on, you will often crash. if you crash/logout with anon turned on, you will not be able to log back into the game and you will have to go into your macroquest2.ini and edit Anonymize=1 to Anonymize=0 before you can log back into the game.
 
CTWN/SIC...Happy Sunday. Probably a stupid question overall...but just dawned on me. Is there a way for the CWTN plugins to swap out spent powersources? I know way back when i figured out a way for VV/KA to do this when I was learning how to write the .ini files. Is this a feature I've missed somewhere with the CTWN plugings? If not, any chance of having that developed sometime down the line?

nah we don't have any plans on doing that.

mq2status has a /status powersource - you can add that to your "let's make sure everyone is gold and such" routine, and then swap out stuff if you need/want to. with a /bcga //status powersource
but no, we don't plan on moving your gear around (outside of monk/bst with bandoswap), or deleting anything (like spent power sources)

@Robban has an MQ2React to handle powersource swapping > Here < this is actively swapping them in and out based on mobs and such - but this might be a framework for you to create a react to swap out a depleted one for a good one

not sure if this is right section, but i have a question before i purchase this plugin.
So far been using berserker kissassist macro for 115 cov berzerker, and I'm curious how much of DPS will this plugin increase or will it at all, given same mobs, buffs, gear setup?

howdy ughpat.

your best bet would be (once servers are back and VV is patched) to test copy your characters and try it out on the test server - all the CWTN plugins are free to use with your lvl 2 RedGuides sub on the test server. this way you can compare it yourself.

while you're waiting on the servers to come up, you might find some interest in > Getting Started with the CWTN plugins <

Thanks for prompt reply, and btw I already use MQ2shaman plugin while rest of crew is with kissassist.
I guess I'll have to play with them on test server :)

I've only used MQ2Berzerker with my zerker so I cannot compare to using KA, but he's an absolute beast as far as dps goes in comparison with the rest of my boxed group. Easily 2-3 times the rest of them. He does 45-65% of the total damage in almost every fight. The CWTN plugins are absolutely worth the cost. I cannot wait for the MQ2Bard to get released!

With the right ini you can do good dps with KA but mq2berzerker is just better and easier to setup and the #1 thing for me its not a bloated all for one macro which believe it or not does have a negative effect on performance. I used KA for most classes before and even have my own zerker macro and i use mq2berzerker its just better.

that's all going to depend on your particular zerker ini that you're using for kissassist. If it's malformed and missing abilities, you'll probably see a large increase moving to mq2berzerker. If it's already properly configured with proper hp thresholds, conditions and such, the increase will probably be minimal. Also, don't assume that because you grabbed something from the ka library that it's already setup correctly. There's literally zero quality control that goes into those postings and anyone can put whatever they want up there, spelling and syntax errors and all.

I came to RG's because the tool i was using from another site made my zerkers trash.. somebody who also boxes was like "go to RG's, get the CWTN zerker..".. found a great tool, a helpful community, and generally just made my return to EQ better.
 
Seems Rampage isn't used during Burn. Might you consider adding it to burn so we don't have to change AoEcount=1 to get it to fire (during Zlandicar for example)? Thanks as always for a fantastic plugin.

Great feedback, agree 100%. As i'm sinking more time into berzerkers...and actually going gold on them I'm agreeing more and more with Sic's usual line that it's a game of inches. It's incredible how a few aa's into frenzy or the right augs flip the dps table significantly in the zerker's advantage. I think for me...beyond the automation...the other features like pulling, vorpal, etc...are what make the plugins gold...sometimes I want to heal so it's nice that the tank or dps can go do the pulling...or vice versa i don't want to deal with team positioning/movement and these plugins are fantastic at handling all that.

if you want to use rampage, or other aoe items, you will want to turn on useaoe and adjust your aoe count accordingly.

we will NOT be doing aoe damage attacks when you don't have useAoE on and your aoecount adjusted accordingly.

both rampage and furious rampage do all targets in a 40 foot radius - we're not just going to randomly use aoe when aoe is off and/or your aoecount isn't met.

yw scoops (i love the "scoops" part of your name btw) there was this awesome little ice-cream shop in northern arizona we would visit any time we went up there. sadly it is closed now, but great memories)

there is nothing for you to do with regards to mq2berzerker, no update or adjustment was needed for the components and usage itself

the write out message might still say the wrong thing when it tells you that you don't have any (we'll adjust the missing output msg) but the usage of them is still the same
 
Hi... I just created a few zerkers on a TLP server, they are level 42 now and I have Axe Components in my inventory but they are not making the axes. Is that normal?

I'm seeing the same thing. I manually summoned three types of axes and none are being used. .
 
MQ2Berzerker doesn't use stun/jolt/snare axes.

If you look through the list of abilities Berzerker uses at the bottom of the overview page you'll see that most of the abilities a berzerker gets for DPS come quite a bit later in the game. The plugin has never used the stun/snare/jolt style axes since the plugin was created and there is no plan to add support for them.
