Will splurg some on 85 gear and report back. To be clear, the issue I'm having is that they are going way past 89%, they do something that blasts them down to 5-25% at the start of fights, so any adds or things my brd has yet to mez will just one-punch man them. But yes, they're still in a hodgepodge of defiant, so that could be it. Was being cheap until I hit some kind of milestone; maybe 85 is a fair one.

Yup, youll want to have appropriate gear and abilities for your level
 
surprise! that worked. doubled their hp so that ability now brings him to ~60%, which is a ton more manageable

also, wow big dps increase from having gear (and being alive), so that's a nice side effect

Is there a way to reinstall it on test? I suspect it may have something to do with it being a Zerker who was de-leveled from an 85 heroic to 65. It doesn't crash on my other zerk that was leveled up from 1.

there is a current test server only bug with chase mode if you are sub 94 or otherwise don't have frenzied resolve. you will have to not use chase mode until next test patch.
 
Is there anyway we can get a mode or maybe a toggle for when my zerkers are waiting in camp and get jumped by trash mob they auto attack it and kill it instead of waiting for my tank to return and aggro it. watched my group die many times because they would just let themselves get beat on. I have tried using tank mode but they dont kill the mobs they wait for my MT/MA to target the mob and attack it still.
This times a million!

Why is my mq2berzerker out of date and needing to be re-purchased, when it first came out it was not a yearly payment and i will have to check but I have a hard time believing its been a year if it does need to be re-purchased

all of the cwtn class plugins upon full release for purchase have been a 1 year license.
 
after patch today i cannot see my /zurk show window am i doing something wrong? i even tried reloading my ui back to default.

CWTN pluggins do not support out of group other than xtarget healing/buffing, may try putting outside toon in a tank type mode that will attach stuff in its camp radius (I haven't had much luck getting this to work personally however)

There is no native out of group assisting.
You can, set the zerker up with a macro like KA, where everything in it is default, with the exception that "UseMQ2Melee" is changed to 0 in the [Melee] Section to allow for out of group assisting.

For the second zerker not assisting. ensure that their campradius settings allow for them to assist appropriately. How many zerkers are in the group doesn't matter. But you need to be in assist mode, ensure you have a mesh loaded on the character, the MA needs to bring the mob into the camp radius, and have set your AutoAssistAt value to a valid percentage of health to start assisting.
 
Hey all, im trying to use the mq2events for the kael mission and the CWTN plugins im using will duck on trigger but stand back up right away, i have autoduck turned off, and it still does it. anyonw know what setting i am missing?

I'd guess you're not having them stop attacking and your eq is making them stand back up.

Then I would have to drop a ber, loose dps, make things take longer to kill, more beer per kills, more boring,.. BOO!
you could /zerker resetspawn and adjust the radius and then run him in sictank mode. So everything that comes into his radius will get attacked by him. Thats what i do when i run throu lower level zones without invis or if i want to kill alot of lower level mobs to farm gear. I make a train and after a while i hit the resetcamp. OK, i must say i do it with my shadowknight. But i dont see why it whouldent work with the zerker, as long as he also has sictank mode. Like the beast that i have, same thing.

ah.. but comes to mind, you dont have controll on what mobs he assists.. or maybe you use the raid assist? I never played with raid assist, so i cant tell if that can be exploited or if you really need a raid to use it.
 
there is no such thing as "/zerker resetspawn" i guess you mean /zerk resetcamp?

It should kill all mobs on target or until it dies. Doesn't make sense to not have code to continue fighting if tank dies or if it gets jumped while tank not in camp?

If you have him in assist mode, he needs someone to assist.

May be you could make him or someone else tank / assist to solve the issue. This can be hotbuttoned.

The expectation is if your MA goes down the CC will put, or has put everything else on lockdown, thus giving the cleric/shaman an opportunity to get the tank back up.
 
Hi Chat, Problem is that I don't run with a chanter or bard in the group. so that doesn't really work for a lot of setups. I understand the logic but I would assume the Zerker to become the backup tank at that point unless like you say there is CC in the group. Hope that make sense. Cheers Tshadow
 
So I pulled this one down after firing up my dps selection post to try out some zerkers with one of the new teams I am working on. Excuse me if I missed something amongst the posts - but my zerkers are still small ( lvl 45 at present) and they do not seem to be using any of the zerker axes or related skills. Is this due to their level and the plugin not expecting such low level skills? Or is it more of a net dps loss at the lower levels to summon the axes and try to work in those skills? These are my first zerkers as I have always used rogue/mage - but I hear great things. Thanks.
 
DO you have the components to summon the axes? Ran my zerkers for the longest time without the summon axe components

I gave him a stack each of the first two axe components - I know primarily at the lower levels its the leg cut ability, but even with 100 of the blunt axes in his inventory he doesn't seem to be using the skill at all.
 
We don't use any of the snare/jolt/stun axe abilities. Berserker's explosive DPS doesn't happen until much later in the level ranges when you start getting a lot more of the damaging discs unlocked.
