I re-rolled over on a pretty under utilized server as I never see anyone in the zones I goto.

Stay in SicTank mode all others in ChaseAssist mode.

And yes I was just worrying about it - it’s pretty eye catching to see a bard popping a squat like that every 5 sec or so.

I need to set up my EQBCS movement and function keys this weekend , will be able to fine tune a bit more . I have absolutely nothing set up yet other then throw on ChaseAssist and SK go smash stuff keys.

You do not want to run any conflicting automation. This isn't kissassist and you don't run it at the same time at all

Something weird while in hunter mode on bard. Every once in a while it will be singing songs and try to refresh aura and i will get a spam of "You can't use that command while casting...." and it will not stop until i manually click on a spell gem to stop what it's doing. When whatever it's singing is over, it will refresh aura and then go on with whatever its doing. I haven't noticed this in any other mode.



Also, will click Lute of Flowing waters, Breath of Harmony, and Darkened Breath of Harmony endlessly anytime they are ready unless something is agro on you, had to deactivate them from downtime. They are instant refresh song clicks.

also - we utilize darkened break so you should remove it from downtime as it is already a special.

you should remove anything else that conflicts or overwrites - otherwise you're just going to continue to overwrite stuff.

there isn't anything in huntertank mode that says "fuck my shit up fam" so i don't know what to tell you other than "you shouldn't just fill up your clickies with nonsense, you can and will bug out bard casting by clicking too many things too quickly, i know of at least 2 different ways to break bard casting manually (with no mq)"

Byos is off and I have Slumber of the Mindshear Rk II and Wave of Slumber Rk II both memorized. Both mez to 88 the mobs were are all dark blue or even con and I was in an instance of the foundation doing underfoot progession quest.

Im having this issue today on live. Bard just not mezzing at all, blue con to 125. It isn't even trying to mez any AoE. Will do single, but not AoE.

what spell are you expecting it to aoemez with, specifically, because we wouldn't memorize wave of slumber at 85

you didn't mention if you checked that it wasn't on the immune list, you do have auto mez immune turned on

we only use aoemez if you have more than 2 targets.

Would hope Wave of Stupor RK II as a lvl 125 bard. (which is loaded by the plugin)

There were no immune targets on the list for the zone.

Pulling more than 4 at a time. sometimes 5 mobs.

When I swap Enchanter in same zone, it is mezzing fine so mobs most certainly can be mezzed.

Glad it is working. There's nothing that redownloading the same .dll file would work, unless somehow you got hit with a solar flare or somethin

A different perspective may be needed on the inner working of the bard while using CWTN UI settings.

Currently using a melee 6box on live sk/shm/brd/bst/2xrog all lvl 99 all CWTN all Gold

As far as song loadout should i be using Melee or MeleeDots i tried to parse and compare , the only difference i've noticed is the bards increase in DPS , the others seem to hold pretty consistent numbers.

The same question would revolve around which Aura to use Dmg or Regen ? Currently using Dmg Aura , but find myself swapping Auras back and forth. My SK and Bst seem to ride the line of always wanting to run OOM while the Shm never goes OOM.

Have also noticed that the Bard never seems to use rallying solo or rallying call .
I do have the options selected in the settings. As example the Bard is spouting " Group still needs rest , please wait ".
Bard was currently at 27.0 endurance and so stopped pulls. Both AA state you need less the 30.0 endurance or mana to use.
Currently i have under the pulling tab set EndMedStart = 5.0 and EndMedEnd = 45.0

Shouldn't the bard stop pulls at 5.0 endurance and pop Rallying solo at that point ?

Any insight would be helpful as i'm not a bard person. I've always stuck with an enchanter up till now. The Bard is growing on me tho i love the pulling and ADPS . Some Bard abilities tho just make me want to stove my head into a tree stump.

use meleedots if you want more personal dps, other if you want to buff others

i use dmg aura full time - you're in a weird level range and things will normalize a bit soon. so pick what you need as you're doing.

it does - but would only use them on local toons on same pc etc etc etc

adjust your RallyingMana / RallyingEndurance

Currently i have under the pulling tab set EndMedStart = 5.0 and EndMedEnd = 45.0

that is your pulling setting, has nothing to do with rallying settings. make sure to adjust your rallying settings.

RallyingMana default is 30, RallyingEndurance is 5, so if you stop at 5, but you're over 5 on your endurance, you're not going to use it as you're over 5.

it sounds like you're likely overthinking things a little bit because of where you're at in the game.

once you're playing the game with gear/aa/levels that match the content you're doing, things will feel better.

your bst and sk running out of mana aren't going to be saved by adjusting settings on your bard

Your best bet is to look in the FAQ about how that would work, your best bet is to paint it with a healer who is aggressively xtarget healing so as to get the mob on xtarget asap

yeah i looked at the faq but didnt see anythign about my question, i'm sure its there i just struggle iwth lots of words. I decided to drop my druid and have it xtarget healing and buffing and kept eh bard in the party

I understand that many of its features aren’t available at low levels, but I’d love to experience how the Bard gradually becomes far more competent than I could ever pilot manually as I level up.

Hearing that, I’ve finally decided to purchase the plugin. This will actually be my first time buying any plugin. Until now, I’ve always enjoyed tweaking KA INIs myself and thought, “That’s part of the fun!” — but Bard has always been the exception for me.

I kept thinking, “Which songs should I use?” “What order should I queue them in? I have no idea!”
Ever since this plugin was announced, I’ve been following the thread with excitement, thinking, “Maybe this will finally free me from the chaos.”

Yah that isnt an item that we add to special clickies, so if it isn't in special, then it isn't a special clicky.

Multi worded items should be put in quotes for a /use item.

Well. You'd probably want to add it to both offensive (while you're actively fighting something) and downtime, when you're not. Or you could even add it to manaself or managroup with a high value.

We check for the buff, and for if it stacks with other buffs, if we think you already have it (due to eq) or we do t think it stanks (from eq/mq interaction) then we wouldn't use it.

Those get checked very frequently.

If you're talking about the old time invis/selos you just pause the plugin and then sing it manually.

Modern game has invis/movement aa, so you'd just hit that and off ya go.

A spell that you want to continue to sing but maybe/maybe not break on combat or invis fading what tricky, so we don't automatically do it

no, universally if the plugin doesn't say it uses something - it doesn't.

we have a single "Binding" and aoe "AoE Binding" group for the combo slow/snare/etc spell

since it is 55% and by it's lonesome - it really should have its own group (and my notes was that i did intend to do that), so i'll take a look at adding it for byos usage
