Hello!
What is the best and correct way to log on your characters to an emu server?
Or if there is a guide anyone could point me to?
I have a local eqemu installation, I used to use a bat file that would start macroquest and then "start eqgame.exe patchme -h /login:xxx"
But now I tried to use the "new" MacroQuest config with Account, Characters and Profiles (same as I use on live) but it doesnt start anything when I try to launch.

You need the emu-specific MQ build... if you are using redfetch, you can select which build you are downloading/starting.

make sure you've setup autologin to know wheere your eq install is

autologin works just fine

No, its my own and i use standard RoF client.
When I edit an Account under the "Open Config", I have one row named "EQ Install", here I have created an entry and pointed it to my EQ_RoF game folder.
I havent dont anything else to point out where my client is installed, are there any other places I can check?
If I hace MacroQuest running and i manually start and login with a character I dont have the MacroQuest boxes and if I do /mac or /plugin it says unknown commands.
So, it feels like MQ doesnt know where eqclient.exe is?
About the AutoLogin plugin, I cant load the plugin because /plugin isnt working, and when I checked the Macroquest.ini it says AutoLogin=1.
I will try to remove my Macroquest emu installation and reinstall it.

mq has to be injected to work.

it sounds like that's the hiccup - if you turn on debugging you can see why it isn't injecting - often it is because of a mismatch in elevation (you shouldn't run anything elevated)
