@lukenbill941 Post your INI file so we can have a look. Could even grab a debug log and PM the log to me. Most of the time when my mezzer stops mezzing, it has nothing to do with the mez routine and some other thing that has got the mezzer locked up.

I use this for my bard currently rolling through ToL EXP. See below. It is still the old mez from CoV EXP but i currently do not have issues in ME or VT with it. Can always replace with new spell. Hope this helps.

Now that we can turn burns on and off, can we get a Always Burn? Be nice to just use burn section when anything in it is up if just farming / exping.
 
I updated my Druid Chic to lvl 120 and somehow ive broken the DPS routine. She will Mem Spells, Buff and even do the Burn Routine when fighting a named - but doesnt cast any of her DPS spells. Can anyone see some glaring mistakes? Or can someone test this ini and see if their druid becomes completely blonde.
Oh yes more info - Druid is in a Raid, Raid Main Assist is Set, Druid is in Chase Mode, Not Invis.

To me it looks like your DPS cast level is mostly at 99% that would confuse me if DPS=2. Quote from the KissAssist guide "is absolute descending order using mob health % tag as order control. This will cast every spell with a health tag. This Prevents skipping spells that may occur when mobs die too fast. When set to 2, Mob HP % is only used to prioritize cast spell order" maybe I am wrong, but that is what I get, you need to prioritize by health %. or change to DPS=1

Why not just single mez when 2 mobs and wave of sleep on 3 or more?

Ive tried it both ways, but i have him on chain pull so if i get 3 or more is when i need a mez. i can handle 2 fine with my group. Also tried using the single with AA mez but the recast timer on that thing is stupid long. @arander and @cannonballdex

If you can handle two mobs, I would set this at 3 anyways, unless you just want to mez a mob with ae spell anyway.
 
Every time I zone in to somewhere.. I auto target someone's merc. Even when it is 3000 units away. My buffers try to buff it too.
 
As of earlier today I was still having the Suicidal character thing happen. Only 1 character, my beastlord. He is in group with MA. His assistat is 95٪ lowered from 99% which previously worked without issue. His camp range is 60 but he'll fly across the zone to attack a mob my MA has targeted. I stopped using my beast in group bc it happens so frequently.

Been using KA for 2 years now so I'm pretty familiar with it and this is all new stuff to me without even changing the ini.

Any assistance would be great.

@deathlock Check the name of the owner. The only time a merch should be targeted for buffs is if the Name of the owner is in your DanNet peers list for the zone.
 
Hmmm. Strange, Mercs aren't checked for buffs, unless using Dannet. Do you remember what Buff the character was trying to cast on the merch? There is also a distance check that is done before targeting the other character/pet/merc to make sure they are in range to get the buff.

Shadowknight just targeted the merc.

Shaman was casting a group buff:

@deathlock even looking at the code I can only see where this would happen if DanNetOn=1 even then it only selects Merc's that are in spell range of the buff. May need you to get me a Debug log of this and PM the log file to me.

I also have been having the same issue with only my beastlord and I thought it was a misconfiguration on my part however the behavior didn't happen previous to the latest update.

The reason I came to this thread is to wonder if anyone else has been experiencing issues with the MA (in this case an SK) not applying auto attack on some mobs. I believe this started to occur with the introduction of the LOSBeforeCombat option however changing the value of that field does not prevent the behavior of the MA _not_ attacking. If I manually hit the auto-attack key it will briefly turn on (and cause the other toons to initiate combat) but then turn attack off again as soon as any casting is completed. I am also using MQ2Melee but this setup had been working fine previously.

I was wondering if there is a repo or release list where we can download previous versions? Thankfully I keep my install as a repo so I can pull a previous version from there but I prefer an official package to cherry picking hehe.

If any logs or configurations would be helpful for the beastlord or the auto attack issue please let me know.

Anyway thanks so much for all the great work, I really love the macro!
 
There was a change made in kiss 12002 Revision 8 That should fix the issue with your melee characters engaging mobs to early. First thing is check your CampRadius and MeleeDistance. Make sure you set them properly. Your camp radius should be less than your melee distance.

If you want to check to see if it is the Combat/melee movement code that is running your character out to meet the mob Just set your CampRadius to the same Value as your MeleeDistance. There is a check to skip the movement code if MeleeDistance is equal to or less than CampRadius.

Also make sure you have LOSBeforeCombat. LOSBeforeCombat is only checked/used on the NON-MA characters, so if your MA is running off, then it has nothing to do with how LOSBeforeCombat is set.

Just to be clear my MA is not running off, he isn't using melee on mobs that have gained aggro (on XTarget). He will cast his spell lineup on the mob but not melee attack them. If I re-initialize kissassist during the fight he will selectively melee the mobs. When I notice this behavior it is commonly occurring when I run into a large group of mobs where some of them may not be LOS when aggro'd, in this case it appears he will melee attack some of the mobs but not all of them, this is the only reason I suspected the mechanics behind LOSBeforeCombat might be involved. If I turn melee attack on manually (hitting the keyboard hotkey) the macro turns it back off again immediately or directly after finishing the spell currently being casted. I have tried LOSBeforeCombat in both states and it unfortunately has no effect on this behavior. Thankfully the previous version still works great so I don't mind sticking with that functionality for now.

As far as the issue reported by @Rocky1001 that I also noticed, it occurs during a normal camping scenario where the beastlord engages early and gets themselves killed. The config values were set consistent with what you suggest (CampRadius < MeleeDistance) CampRadius=30 and MeleeDistance=75 this is the same as other melee toons in the group who do not experience this issue. The previous version doesn't exhibit this behavior either (with only a few hours of testing so this might be false) and I don't mind just sticking to that for now.

For reference, is there a public code repository for this project or a list of releases available to download manually anywhere?

Medstart=20, but she will med at 99%, 80, 70, 60, etc... My endurance is full at all times so that's not the issue.

And I'd prefer not the solution to be "just turn off Med"!

I have this same issue for Buff17 (upgraded from ka_12001 to KA 12002) and I'm getting the same error message. I didn't ever see an answer to Wymranar's question.
 
manually try and use /removebuff Summon Familiar: IceBound Ulthork, and see if it removes the buff. Kiss uses the /removebuff command to remove buffs.
 
You can just use the free and built in auto dismiss feature eq provides, check your key ring familiar tab, every if you have 0 familiar key ring slots, you can check the auto dismiss to auto dismiss familiar

The removal part, correct, it'll dismiss the familiar portion, but you will retain the buff.

Did you try it?
