Question - Enchanter Questions

I know I'm asking newbie questions a lot! I am used to moloing with a Mag, so I need to learn the basics of everything.

I'm running an enchanter in my 6 box group. Is there a helpful plug-in to track which were/are mezzed or when he is attempting a mez?

Most of the combat automation will tell you (or has a toggle for on/off) if your enchanter is attempting to mez. EQLP can be ran to monitor time remaining on mez (though unless your using a flash type, most last 3+ min in current game).

Could you point it out to me? I'm running level 40 KA ini files and they're a little thin at that level and might be missing the setting.

I dont use KA on my enchanter, when i used it on my bards, 99% sure had a toggle to turn on/off group mez reporting.

Since we now know what your using, one of the mods can move this to KA section, and the genius that make stuff happen there can point it out.

I use KA and my enchanter will report which mobs he's mezzing and which spell was used. I don't recall having to turn anything on specifically for that to happen. I do use DANNET so I have DanNetOn set to 1 in my kiss assist ini file. Yeah. That seems to be the setting based on the wiki page for KA:

0=Off/1=On,|ChannelName - Messages for Mez, Heals, Pulls and Tanking in DanNet. See DanNet for more info. If both EQBCOn and DanNetOn are on then EQBC is used for messaging and DanNet for everything else .

Do you have his chat showing up somewhere on your screen? It could be a setup issue on my part?

On my system it is going into the MQ console window (the extra window I get when I load MQ up after EQ is running). It looks like you could set it to "2|channelname" if you wanted to put it into some other window you set up in you UI. But I always just left that default extra MQ window open and that's where the messages went for me.
