I have looked for a list of heroic stats that show where at 125 you are now wasting time. I know mostly dex and more dex. But, at what point is it useless for each class. Same goes heal and spell damage, is there a point for the classes where should look elsewhere? I have a read a few posts, but most are about one specific class. I am sure with how people are great and logging and making spreadsheets, they have this figured out.

Thanks

4500 for all H stats starts diminishing returns, but then class factors in also. For heal and spell damage no cap, not enough to bother stacking to find.

warriors and zerkers it's about 4000-4100 Hdex... other classes the other stats matter so little (except heroic stamina) that it basically doesnt matter.

Haha, a few different answers all ready a nice condensed list for the classes for stats would rock. If heal and spell damage dont cap, then no worries :)

4k HDex. No cap on Hsta.

Heal and Spell damage don't cap out; they are drops in a bucket like everything else.

Play how you feel; you should be good if you don't put Hint on a tank.

you can go pretty high on some classes before you hit 100% crit, there was a huge discussion about it on the EQ forums with a spreadsheet. on my rog I did till I hit 100% crit rate.

the spreadsheet takes into account buffs, banners, trophies, etc. you might try searching the eq forum for it.

or just know you can go pretty high to get maxxed. (its way lower for zerk and war)

100% some other replies are just ???

Bad question, or bad answers? I understood the question to be when does EQ!!!! offer diminshing returns? staright up, by programming, its 4500 (was upped 3 years ago).. now how you feel, or what you have observed is opinions. Also @Trapper what was your target?

For melee you can use this to figure hDex and class crit rates - This is a copy of a copy of a copy, so please make a copy and use it :)

For some reason this site won't let me just put the link out there, it's prob a me issue. But if someone wants the file, send me a DM and I will give you the link.

I think I know where your going, here is Harbinger raid from today. Can See Crit Rate column. I've actually backed off Hdex and moved some into Hstr, I would need to check next time I'm in but I believe today I was around Hdex = 5650

OP is asking for what you (and others) are answering. What the question was though *when are diminishing returns by heroics* and thats just 4500... (instead of 42hp per sta, you get 37hp i think is the example the dev used)..

you are aiming for 100% crit chance. for all other melee classes other than warrior, berzerker, and ranger bowing their crit rate is scaled by 3/5 in the formula. so depending on how much ADPS you have, and how much tribute , campfire / banner stuff you have running then the amount of hDEX you need to max out crit chance varies. for warriors and zerks with all ADPS (like auspice) you don't need much more than 2600. For other classes like, shadow the knight, stabbie the rogue, snoozy the monk, beastie boy, then much much higher. what else are you gunna stack on them if not dex anyway? maybe harmony augs at the margin. mixing and matching is a sack though and my fux given meter is stuck on zero.

It's worth noting that when shooting for that 100% crit rate that having DoN progression done is worth a nice chunk towards that goal (it is accounted for in the spreadsheet).
