Thanks. Unfortunately, due to the "usernames with special characters unable to bypass launcher" issue, 2 of my accounts *must* be launched from the patcher and would subsequently overwrite this file anyways.

correct - if you patched eq today - they pushed a new everquest client - which will require a rebuild of mq2

once mq2 gets rebuilt by mule - it still has to get its goodness sprinkled on it by redbot to get the VV Build - usually shoots for 8pm est on patch days

They patched eqgame.exe today - we will have to wait until mq2 is patched and then redbot sprinkles the VV goodness on it and compiles VeryVanilla

usually by 8pm est

you can still use yesterday's .exe with yesterday's mq2 in the mean time

Yeah when I get that all I do is launch EQ from the launcher and then quit. Then I can autoload all my toons through KA.

That thing made them money (i am using "made" on purpose because i can easily imagine this stopped by now) so they try their best to keep the moneystream going.

My understanding is that it's scaling to L115 meaning there are L117 trash mobs. A Dev posted that it should only scale to L110 which would give L112 or 113 trash mobs. It's been internally fixed but won't roll out till the April patch.
