Trade / Skill Tradeskill recipes (max out Artisan's Prize) 4.06

fixed half-moon to half moon in all recipes /promise
Changed from fletching kit to fletching table, macro does not work with containers in your inventory and the space you lose is too precious to consider.
Squashed the bug .. it now works
finditem should now buy from a merchant
pottery: pottery wheel recipes are now made first
pottery: Intricate Hammer Head Shaped Mold recipe set to use 1 Quality firing sheet
fletching: bowstaff changed to bowstave
Reading lists is for energetic people the lazy (like me) has no time for that !

finditem will now grab items from the bank/inventory again.
if you open up a merchant it will even try and buy.. /wave goodbye life savings
Recipe loading speed
Ordered recipes by ingredients most used (should cut down on bag space needed)

Added a command /tradesman restart will restart from the first recipe, skip known recipes IF it was made by the macro. If you paused then made it by hand to learn you messed up.. don't do that.
Research: 694 recipes corrected.

tradesman.ini should not be in the zip file as that will overwrite your own options and I had the release one not set correctly.

subcombine: after the run through the recipes try and make subcombines if possible

tailoring/smithing/research found a batch of errors/spelling
reorganized research so it make a bit more sense
