Problem - windows cannot find file

I recently came back to the game but when i try to update my ini files it says windows can't find the file even tho i'm right clicking to open

you'll want to "open with" and select something like Visual Studio Code (if you don't have it installed you should get it), or notepad++

Thank you this worked when i quit just opening in notepad was how i did it.
