Release Tradeskill Construction Set NeXt (1 Viewer) 4.1991b

Check for Duellist's Charm - Duellist and Defender were renamed (names switched) in the patch. It may be that TCN hasn't caught up yet (but the recipe will produce the other one).
I made unfired defender's charms. I got a whole bag of them. But yes, I was aware. Either way it needs to be fixed.

Lua running but no gui can pause/unpause stop and run it but never shows tcn gui. been using this a few months now without any issue but not working today. restarted everything etc did the basics

Don't know if it will help with your GUI issue, but other GUI issues are sometimes resolved by, EQ Button >> MacroQuest >> Settings >> Overlay and then click the "Clear Saved ImGui Window Settings" button.
 
Within the previous day I've noticed that if I click "info" to find out what I'm missing on a recipe I get the missing ingredients displayed as Bunddle of Super Conductive Wire and Rune of Frost. I am certain that those two items do not go into the recipe for Berry Golanda Crunch or Berry Ice Cream. But every recipe I request shows these two things are missing. Is this a known feature and I'm missing the obvious or do I need to clear a cahce somehow etc? Please help.EQ001961.jpg

It is part of my government mandate "we are here to help".. the help is forcing you to make and use the tinkered Dihydrous Oxide Glaciator for all things that use IoV to save them, it only uses the IoV specifically if it is part of the Artisan 300 track.

If you click on requirements it will probably say the item and tinkerer needed.


HOWEVER! you can just modify the recipe DB yourself to undo my government rule...

Yea I was giving it a grace period to see if there were other items, if what I read is true this goes retro to ToV unless people are only concerned about the here and now I can push something.

I've created like 10 bad items without knowing. Please push an update for ToB at least or tell me how to locally.

Do you have a source, I been getting smoke and it has been entering my rear from the Internet.

I have been checking the Veterans lounge, Lucy, EQResource, EQTraders, Reddit, Discord, EQRecipes.free.fr. getting jack and squat and jack left town. I am not a fan of guessing unless it is a really good guess. even tried DratGPT.

Someone said sharecraft, but not seeing the changes atm.

I'm sorry but I don't understand most of what you said and asked there.

What is it you're asking?
 
I was under the impression that they simply switched the names of the Duelist's and the Defender's charms (as the Defender should have had the higher AC, but didn't). I had a Duelist's Charm before the patch (I chose it for the AC) and it is now called a Defender's Charm (but appears otherwise unchanged). Of course, the container names also switched accordingly. Did they do anything more than that?
 
I think the Scorpions Agony XXII (TOB) has the wrong dropped component. Your list has it as Blight, but Allakhazam lists it as Toxin. I verified it by making the item manualy.

I am just trying to determine the actual recipe names that changed, so if it were nascent defender unfired, it became nascent unfired or something to that effect. What I am gathering is you make the same recipe you did before but the result is now something else, that is the part I am trying to marry up. This has been out circa a third of a month, the places I normally go are coming up empty or I just don't know what I am looking for. I am aware that some turn into uprising and rebellion but that is when you choose, that def is not a crafting thing.

Yes IDs stayed the same but the name changed

I can confirm, when using the Batch processing, selecting the Nascent Defender's Charm will successfully create a Nascent Duelist's Charm, and Vice versa. I'm guessing it succeeds because only the names have changed and you are crafting based on item IDs?

yea I guess I didn't understand it because I typed in the name and saw no change, I should dig deeper and look at ID's


At first glance the recipe IDs and the names are the same in Sharecraft with no change, I just updated to the latest.

So this is what I am saying sharecraft is saying the same thing my DB says no changes, so I can't use it as a source atm.

I'm not saying you're wrong (and i haven't checked) - but they said they updated their stuff Aug 20th with the changes is that what you're seeing?

The issue is that you're looking at the ID of the finished product instead of the sub-combines.

The Defender Charm had Pear-related when it needed Marquise-related.
The Duelist Charm had Marquise-related when it needed Pear-related.

I've checked ShareCraft and confirmed that the bugs they identified and resolved which relate and work in-game with changes applied to TOBUPD.db, then running tobupd.Lua.

I have only adjusted the recipes related to Duelist and Defender charm thus far:

Ok the missing piece has been revealed, my initial read told me that the names had changed not the components within.

The item id's were wrong also so if you are not in game and do not have said items to confirm there will be more issues.

I went through everything nascent that was not a piece of armor or a weapon and checked them all, item IDs and names have been changed, even for the lookups too.
