Problem - PAL - casting protective confession much more often than needed

I am having an issue with my Paladin wherein he will cast protective confession far more often than needed during downtime. Essentially, he spams it over and over until another action in the rotation comes up. Is there something I can do to adjust the timing on this? I would prefer to keep it in his rotation rather than disable it. I am using the latest version of RGMercs.

Barring that, I'll investigate, assuming you were precise and mean the level 95 version, not the 130 "Protective Confession X"

No, I had found the problem, after checking the level 85 stuff and finding nothing wrong. There is a fix incoming.

Edit: As soon as github will let me complete the merge (looks like yet another outage/disruption).
Edit2: The issue is merged to our repo, but the github disruption seems to be affecting the workflow (pushing the change to RG/redfetch). You can always check out https://github.com/DerpleDude/rgmercs if you need it and haven't seen the update in the main rgmercs thread.
