****** RESOLVED Had buff charmed pets as PCs enabled. Leaving this here in case anyone else has the issue and searches for it. ******
65 Chanter in DODH Era will not stop casting Vallons Quickeing (Level 65 Group Haste) on charmed pets which will not take group buffs at this level/era.
Temp solution is I disabled group haste and manually cast the ST version but I believe I've seen other issues where PCs try to spam group buffs on charmed pets IE Clerics casting group Aego. I am not sure if there is a check for charmed pet then disable group buffs in the logic or if that's even possible. Thank you for your time.
