i was in beta while everyone was crashing, so that appeared to still be up

it is the betaest-beta so far, i don't think there are new spells assigned to classes yet or anything, but beta was up this morning

There's new zones and mobs and they aren't just indifferent like last year. No spells/AAs yet however, so I guess you can level up and have trash be blue-con instead of yellow-con, that's about it.

There's a few re-used zones of course, I haven't cruised around everywhere yet, but there's definitely new content (and not just 20-year-old content splattered with some sparkles and glitter).

I noticed at least one of the zones with new names is actually at least partially a rehash of AC.
