Plugin - MQ2War 3.1.52471.11

I'm having an issue with /war addclicky Shrinkgroup. Is there a way to also tag it for downtime, it's shrinking my zerker mid fight when he uses juggernaut surge. Thanks.
that's strange - a surface-level look shows that shrink clickies are only called during downtime and while not invis - i'll have @ChatWithThisName take a peak at this as i haven't done much with the clickies code

and just to be positive - you only have your groupshrink added to your shrinkgroup and not to another grouping?
 
I have the same thing with my Zerks/group. Every time an illusion change (chanter buffs) they reshrink mid-fight.
 
I'm not seeing in it mode 4 I think it might just be in manual mode what mode are you using when you see it Talron?
 
Not sure if anyone else has hit this but when I died and went to zone back from portal, I was still in pull/tank mode on zoning and started pulling mobs. Is there a check when zoning that puts it in manual mode?
 
Ive added staff of viral flux to my clicky pull via /war addclicky pullitem but my war just wont pull with it what am I missing :) Thanks

You say "It just won't pull with it", can you give me more information on what it is doing instead of pulling with it. Does it not pull at all when it arrives at the mobs.

Does it pull with the bow instead, or melee etc?
 
Ya sorry so in mode 5 tank/puller my warrior will melee to pull and not with the staff at range. the staff does get used but not to pull at range.
I'm wanting to pull with the staff like it would with a bow. Thanks

It's clickable form my bag and that is where I have it does it perhaps need to be equipped to be used in the pull sequence?
 
no it shouldn't need to be equipped. Based on the spells file (looks like the spell name is actually "Rot Vulnerability" and not "Rot of Vulnerability" and the range should be 200. So that should check out.

Others have reported that item working. Though I don't have one of my own to do any testing.
 
Is tank/puller set to pull with ranged as a default? yes thats corrector it is Rot Vulnerability sorry.
 
So I Just noticed I'm also not seeing the Green pull radius circle. I do have base 3 on.
 
Feature request:

(config) PullWhenInvis = on|off

What/Why:

The ability to control whether or not the Warrior pulls when it's invisible. While some "drive" from their warrior, others don't. Habitually, there was a way to control functionality of toons whether behind a plugin or macro by invis'ing. Second reason (from my point of view) while getting the group together to begin grinding in a location, most commonly we run to that spot while being invis, not driving the Warrior, setting to PullerTank starts the party, while the rest of the group is still invis and not reacting.

Examples:
MQ2Cleric (mode 0) will not cast while invis, but does in mode 1
MQBerZerker (any mode) will not cast (clickies) while invis
KissAssist will not cast while invis
IHCMerc will not cast while invis

Was there a change to the pulling routing? I just updated a few minutes ago and now all my characters using chat's plugging is having issues pulling certain section of the tunnel in Velk's lab. I tried changing the radius and zradius and I kept getting the resting while waiting more spawn msg. My bard on the same computer can still pull using kissassist so it's not a mesh issue. Double checked my ignorepull list to make sure nothing was added unintentionally.
 
As stated above, I changed both radius and zradius over varying range. For some reason the plugin is not seeing mobs on certaint part of the mesh that kissassist can see and would run right past them to pull other mobs within range.

As a side effect, I found that kissassist is actually really responsive in pulling when you run a blank template to pull and using warrior in mannual mode. This lets you have the logic of mq2war and the added features of kissassist 12.01 pulling features.
 
In the last couple of days I can no longer interact with the war window. It's as if I click through it, I can't do anything with the window. I have tried /war reload, /war show and it doesn't fix the problem. This is happening with my mq2berzerker as well.

there's a bug atm with the window
find the title bar for the window (it might be disconnected from the window) and then minimize it, and then re-unminimize it
 
/war ignore and /monk ignore is crashing to desktop
are you doing this while targetting a mob?
@ChatWithThisName knows about trying to add a name manually with like /war ignore bigdude , but are you just crashing doing a /war ignore
 
Odd issue where I pull a few mobs on the war, he will on occasion start randomly backing up. Not towards the camp or anything (usually), sometimes he will back himself up nearly 1000 radius out of the camp. Seems to happen more often on pulls with multiple mobs. Level ground. Any thoughts?

did you modify your stickcmd in your ini? or are you running a macro at the same time or something? i've never seen something like this
 
Anyone else have issue where Warrior pulling with BoW/Arrow He will shoot arrow from range then run to the mob then go back to camp?
 
Yes I have seen the same thing happening... I just started equipping my warrior with a bow / arrow. At first he was working great but after a few pulls (cleared out the close mobs) he would the run out, shoot, and then run to the mob and then back to camp. Other times he would just stand and fight and I would have to bring the rest of the group to him.
 
this will happen if you get the a msg that you cant hit from here or cant see target or whatnot - he will run to the mob instead of just stand there chain not being able to hit/see target
 
Question: My pull Radius and range radius stopped showing up in puller tank mode. Just my camp radius is showing. Any idea how to turn them back on to show on the map?
 
Hello, first off let me say this plugin works great, my war is definitely surviving better in large pull situations. However, I am having a learning curve from how I played the warrior using KA. Here is what I am having trouble adapting to the tank modes, I used to play war as KA tank with camphere=off and basically dungeon crawl through Velks or KD. I have tried Tank, Sic Tank, and HunterTank and all are different than just a simple dungeon crawl where the tank camp radius basically follows you as a combat radius. Any suggestions? Just to clarify, any suggestions within MQ2War? I could always play in manual and use KA with a blank assist.
 
If you're driving the warrior, just use manual mode... still fires all the routines, but gives you full control
 
Hmm, I tried that and it wasn't turning on auto attack or switching mobs when one died. I will try it again.
 
Yeah, in manual you'd need to target and hit auto attack manually, but gives you the flexibility to move as you wish with the rest of the group following... that's how I use it when crawling anyway

it will only switch to new mobs if you are in a tank mode that has a camp radius set, and you are inside that camp radius. if you are in manual mode it is assuming you are going to select a target and turn on your auto attack.

something you can do is just use mode 7 - sictank - and when you get to a new spot fighting just do a /war resetcamp and this will move your camp circle to where you are currently. I keep a hotkey to do just that if i don't feel like targetting and turning on attack myself
 
Ok I can try both those suggestions! Thanks for those, I am sure I will adapt, but you know how hard change can be for some people lol.
 
anyone know why it wouldn't pull drovlarg guards in the little cubbies on floor 6 of TOFS? They are in the pull radius but tank just sits there waiting for 1 in the hallway to spawn.
