Plugin - MQ2Rogue 3.1.52471.11

@Sic I just got this plugin and now my rogue keeps crashing every couple of minutes. Any idea why?

if your dmp doesn't say mq2rogue it probably isn't an mq2rogue issue


and, no "divine through mystical knowledge through space and time" i don't know what is causing your crash, you didn't provide any information


but you should 1000000000000000000000% upgrade to macroquest "Next" and not legacy old mq2

Weird my twisted chance never fires after frenzied stabbing is over

the second that rogues fury is on cooldown and i no longer have the buff, and i don't otherwise have an active disc, i instantly fire twisted chance

This is bringing up what looks to be a year old comment, but I had the same thoughts as Patherfinder08. Frenzied would lead into Ragged Edge and then Twisted Chance.

For Twisted Chance, you would want this "the second that rogues fury is on cooldown and i HAVE the buff (Rogue Fury), and i don't otherwise have an active disc, i instantly fire twisted chance

This should then lead into Ragged Edge with a little time left on Rogue's Fury. Would like to know thoughts disagreeing on this as this is my burn rotation on raids.

Getting mq2rogue can't be loaded on live after a reboot. Updated and current license. Any ideas?
make sure you're actually updated on the launcher - i see you have downloaded the mq2rogue file, but it doesn't appear you downloaded "MacroQuest - Live"

I noticed that MQ2Rogue is using the 110 Fellstrike ability instead of the 120 Shadowstrike upgrade. Any reason why? Or how to get it using the correct one?
 
are you on MacroQuest2 build? ( usef to be called Next). legacy mq2 cwtn plugins are no longer being updated. various stickies. that being said, i run mq2roge on 3 chars, dont see them misbehaving :-/

A. We have logic in mq2rogue to handle what rank of your synergy AA line you have. If you don't have high enough Synergy it is going to use the lower ability to get that sweet sweet synergy proc.

Thanks... over looked that. Thought it might be AA related but never checked the synergy ...
 
I've noticed that it does not cancel knifeplay for bigger actual burn discs if a burn is called for and those other discs are up - mostly meaning Twisted and Frenzied. KP isn't a burn disc, it's just filler. Is it possible to change that?

for plugins like rogue, war, etc, how do you get the toons to snap to the front of a mob? I know its not ideal for a rogue to be standing infront of a mob, but some missions and raids they fall into holes or get stuck in pathin loops if they go behind.
 
Anyway we can get a toggle on the evade (Hide during combat)?
I main a rogue and also pull, so I have to wait on hide to come back up before running out. (If the pull is in a tricky area)
Also if things go bad, this causes us to wait even longer if all we have left is stealthy getaway (Evac by cancel target then sneak + hide)

you can turn off usehidesneak if you don't want to hide and sneak

but we're not going to have a usehidesneak and a also usehide button
 
What are the min/max ranges that the rog will go grab a corpse?
There is no max range, but you need a mq2nav path.

Q. Why doesn't the rogue autoCorpseGrab, it is turned on?
A. if you don't have a camp, AutoCorpseGrab is off, you have xtargets, the distance is less than your camp radius, they are closer than 80 feet, or there isn't a path that exists it fails. You can see the explanation in the MQ2Rogue vid > HERE <

- this will cycle through our corpse grabbing routine once and tell you where it stopped at.
 
Well, he definitely had a path. He was targeting the tank but not moving. I simply typed /nav target and he went to the corpse. Just curious if distances mattered. The tank was a little over 200 feet away.
 
In KissAssist, there is a setting for the automatic looting of items assigned by the master looter, i.e. /loot on. Is there a way to set that up for the different plugins? I have tried looking at the commands and the settings, but cannot find an option. Thank you.

howdy mattheux,

you will want to use some form of looting like mq2autoloot, lootly (which is what i recommend), or mq2lootmanager.

mq2rogue does rogue stuff - let the looting handle your loot stuff
 
Hey guys, I'm having some issues with Use Hide/Sneak; I have it turned off on my rogues, but it seems like they both still use it pretty often, which is causing a couple issues. Is there a way to make sure it stays disabled? Thanks!

So you have it disabled and the mq2rogue window is saying you're still using it?

Nope I'm dumb, I think I toggled the option in the GUI and it toggled back. I'm good, thanks! Great plugin.
Any permanent changes to settings, you have to use the commands. /rog usehidesneak on/off

If you want a temp change to that session, use the gui.

the mob would need to be at or below 98%, it would need to be the target of your MA, and with fighting range of your MA, and the mob would need to be inside your campradius - you can see this with the red circle on your map. if the mob is not at/below 98, not in your campradius, or not the target of your group assigned MA - then it isn't going to attack.

you would also need to not be in manual mode, unless you wanted to manually target and attack.

im aware of this my zerker shammy will attack but no the rogue and he is standing right behind the mob and target is like 90% and under

well, those are the things that are checked.

I would make sure that you didn't do something like disable your target ui window, or your xtarget window, or set your xtarget slots off (we actually check for this but if you disabled it after we checked for it it might be off) or something else that mq might rely on to populate information with.
