Release MQ2Heals

I run afnuke and heals and love it,

Only switched my cleric to mq2cleric to check it out.

Chanter using kiss and afnuke? Works this well when it comes to mezzing and prio kiss over afnuke while casting? Never tried this🤔

I'm in the process of adding mez support to AFNuke, but it's very rudimentary at the moment. AFNuke might take priority over kiss if you have mez spels in kiss, but it's worth a shot. I just have my enchanter DPSing and providing ADPS.

Yeah. If you turn DoMez on, your enchanter will use whatever Targeted AE Mezz spell you have mem'd, but won't use AA mez spells. There's no tracking of what's mezzed, but it should cast.

whats the command to pull the windown up like the other plugs have where it comes up and you can change stuff on the screen or does this not use that?

The plugins with the UIs are the ones done by @ChatWithThisName ... this plugin is done by @jimbob

What would you need to support this from level 1 up.... given there will be a lot of low levels for a long time on Rizlona....

I'm wondering how to handle berserker's who cap their HP at 89%. I usually set my healpoint in the mid 90's, or even 99 if I want the cleric to just keep spamming the tank when doing difficult content. But if I have a zerk in group, or on my xtargets, the cleric doesn't adjust. Is there per class healpoints available?

Hey Jimbob will MQheals cure Restless Ice? Would I need to setup MQ2event for that to work?

It is supported from level 1 up.
the problem is, the cleric is trying to use a heal that he/she doesnt have...it stands and does nothing...i think it might be a fast heal or something like that, cause i turned off hot and didnt work

Can you turn on debugging to see what spell she's trying to cast? Maybe it's just a typo in the code?

Would be great if you created an option for this. I have berserker's in my groups as well and this is always an issue.

Playing o rizlona, cleric is lvl 37...the ones i keep memed are:

No Hots on classic
I know it's been a minute, but all of these heals are supported. I don't have a TLP character to test on, but I will test them on live.

This will be an option in the next update. It will be ZerkerHealPoint. I don't have a Berserker to test with though, so I will need feedback if there are any issues. I'll edit this post once I commit the changes.

I'll do some more testing but I noticed it healing my zerker at 89% health with ZerkHealPoint set to 85. I had HealPoint and FastHealPoint at 95. It stopped when I changed HealPoint to 85.

I'm also curious as to how DynamicHealPoints on/off is supposed to work.

Played some more tonight, cleric heals zerker at an hp level higher than the set zerkerhealpoint. If HealPoint > ZerkerHealPoint, cleric heals anyone below HealPoint, including the Berzerker. If HealPoint < ZerkerHealPoint, cleric heals everyone at the lower value.

Dynamic heal points is supposed to guesstimate when you would need healing based on the # and level of mobs on XTarget and whether or not MQ2 thinks they're named mobs (because they hit a lot harder in most cases). It may not account for the zerker heal point. I'll have to do some testing on the zerker heal points too.

Looking for a little help with this plugin.

I have updated my Shaman ini file so it includes this (which was just a cut and paste from another member's cleric ini file):

[MQ2Heals]
HealsOn=1
HealPoint =95
FastHealPoint =99
GroupHealPoint =75
MinGroupHealCount = 3
BigHealPoint =75
PetHealPoint = 20
PatchHealPoint = 35
ClickHealPoint =80
SelfHealPoint = 50
DoHealNukes = 1
DoNukeHeals = 0
DoFastHeals = 1
DoPromisedHeals = 0
DoDynamicHeals = 1
DoCampFireRez = 0
DoPatchHeals = 1
DoBigHeals = 1
DoLightHeals = 0
DoRemedyHeals = 1
DoClickHeals = 1
DoGroupHeals =0
DoYaulp = 1 (I'm assuming this should be zero for a shammy)
DoReviveMerc = 0
DoCombatRez =0
DoRez =0
DoMed =0
DoMemSpells = 0
MedPct =90
DoMount =0
MountItem = "ItemName"
RaidTankMode =1
PauseOnZone = 0
DoHoTHeals=0
CampFireRez=0
GroupHealCount=3
ZerkerHealPoint=75
TankHealPoint=99

questions:

is this any good? - my group makeup is Pally Tank, Bard, Shaman, Berz, Berz, Rogue
anyone have a shaman ini they could share?
Does it need to go in a specific spot on the ini file (servername_charactername_ini)?
How do I adjust my Shaman's kissassist ini file? Should I set HealsOn=O and then remove all the Heals#=?

Not sure how to maximize the use of this plugin. Thanks

Yes, this goes in your servername_charactername.ini at the root of your MQ2 folder. You can set DoYaulp to 0 for your shaman. I'm not sure I'd set fasthealpoint to 99, but I don't know if you need to. Your Paladin should be supplementing heals, so it seems a bit extreme. Same with tankhealpoint 99 is a bit high. I usually do like 85. One reason is I use a cleric and cleric aura, but you don't have that issue. I would turn on group heals for sure... Dogroupheals=1. This will save your ass sometimes. I'd also suggest using promised heals. It handles them very well. DoRez works now, but it's not currently saving the .ini setting. I'll have to fix that later.

Thanks JimBob. I'll make those changes and add both group heal and promised heals.

What do I do with the heals section in KissAssist ini for my Shaman? Do I leave HealsOn=1 or set it to 0? Also, should I delete the Heals1 through Heals 12 I currently have in the KA ini?

You can leave heals off in KA if you want MQ2Heals to handle all healing. You can also use both, and they should be fine together. I don't use KA for anything other than my tank on very rare occasions (I'm being lazy). MQ2Heals doesn't handle cures though, so if you're using that part of KA, keep it in. :)

would love to see it cross platform for druids shamans pally ranger :)\
ive got a half assed cross of fastheal 6 that works on my druid but very early stages. had to strip all the dps and rez subs.
Mqheals works for paladin but it will only use the group heals spell line.. not any of the target target heals

I'm having problems with mq2heals spamming aa heals, group/single, and using group heals on just a single person. I have turned off click heals and he still does it. There need to be some kind of delay between heals so they don't spam or over heal. I have deleted the ini unloaded and reloaded to try to fix. My ini is a mess and had some problems using commands from the help window to change options. Btw the help command know longer shows the load and save ini commands. I wanted to mix this up with mule to see if i could get it to control my group heals.

I can work on that. It will however, play your druid and shaman very well.

I'd suggest looking at your heal points. There are several heal points. If your grouphealpoint is set to 99, and your regular healpoint is set to 85, your group heals will fire before your regular heals in many cases (basically any time more than 1 group member is below 99% hp.

I am giving KA12 a shot for my WAR, CLR, ENC, MAG, MNK, ROG group and its going really well so far (best KA attempt yet!). I was reading that its possible to let KA do most of the things for the cleric, but you leave the heals section off and let MQ2Heals take care of the healing. This sounds great and I'd like to set this up but I'm having some trouble. KA12 and MQ2Heals, for whatever reason, refuse to peacefully coexist for my cleric.

I can heal from KA12 with no problems when MQ2Heals isn't loaded. I can heal from MQ2Heals without issue when KA12 isn't running. However, when I put them together, the moment the first heal is needed, the cleric stands there while the MQ2 window scrolls quickly until I either unload mq2heals or end KA12. I've read that this works great for many people so I am not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm sure it would be helpful to have some examples of the messages in the MQ2 window... I'll log in and get some screenshots. Let me know if there's any value in also posting my ini's too.
