Release MQ2Heals

I've noticed my cleric not healing properly for the last few days, this is the first time she has been the only healer in the group. AND it's the only character I have using MQ2Heals.
A couple things, I noticed the plugin in not using DanNet, and I can't figure out the command to turn it on or the actual setting I need to put in the cleric's ini to use it. I do use EQBC and previously didn't have any problems. And in trying to trace this lack of heals, I've turned on debugging and I see that she is trying to cast spells that she doesn't have memorized. When I load up the plugin, it does list the spells she has memmed, but when it's time to heal she is stuck trying to cast other spells from the current expansion.
