Plugin - MQ2Eskay (1 Viewer) 3.1.52471.11

Sic - I figured out why I was having issues. When I cast Spear of Tylix, my spell gems stay greyed out. I cant unstick them. I tried clicking a short term buff, nothing works. Its not every time, but its the same spell to do it. I zone or camp, it corrects it. Ever seen that?
well, we have stuckgemcheck built in - should use azia to unstick your gems. - i talk about this in the eskay video about how we use azia for because we don't want to use origin or FD

this is an everquest bug that the devs confirmed they were looking into back in november - often happens with quick time from bards, and happens with fast spells like spear
 
Playing on the test server and did the update today but for some reason this is loading level 80-85 spells for my SK even though he is 115
 
Sometimes the plugin try to rebuff with azia in the middle of a fight

we patched live files to fix this issue - i think we still need to do that for test as well
 
@CaliBear I'm trying to find out if there's a way i can emergency push an update to test like we can for live - as soon as i find that out i'll get it fixed up for you. really sorry about the trouble.

tl;dr - without this fix it thinks any rank 3s are bullshit, so it skips them all (sounds funny if its not happening to you)

yeah i tried to do the /shd RkIIPurchase <insert every variable> unloading and reloading to see if that would be a work around but no dice.

rk II purchase has nothing to do with it, unfortunately.
until test gets the fix you would have to do byos and load the spells themselves.
 
Mq2 melee keeps having errors with this, it says not compatible and unloads melee, and then my guy stands there and dies. Any ideas?

all the cwtn plugins unload mq2melee

you will need to put mq2eskay into a mode that does what you want it to do (and need meshes with mq2nav etc)
 
that is clearing stuck gems (or triggering because it thinks stuck gems because of you manually casting a spell)

Question related to overall CWTN plugins. Are there plans to add logic to snares/slows/mez/.. prolly more to give up trying when a immune message is received?

Snaring mobs is a good rule of thumb but when some mobs in the camp are immune its a bit obnoxious when the option is either disable snare entirely or watch as it tries to snare over and over.

Still works fantastically regardless and great work on all of these. Look forward to seeing the suite of classes completed.
 
Any chance to get a UseVisageDeath toggle to allow that even if you have AutoRemoveIllusion on?

Is this toon in the background? Check your background fps. there have been no changes to our book logic. I can sometimes get it to hiccup with the book if i'm alt-tabbing while it goes to swap

last time it happened it was my top screen and it was the last spell on a death rebuff that it got stuck on
 
Ok cool, I looked at the AA and the buff it gives and did not see a separate thing. Good to know.

Gives you the Visage of Death # buff, which gives you Visage of Death From on top of Visage of Death #

and just to cover bases you can see that even at rank 1 (which is lvl 85 Underfoot xpac) it has the same format

Tho i think we do have some debug statements that got accidentally left in there spitting out stuff lol

Mornin team! I seem to be randomly having an issue on my SK where it basically locks up. I can still move, but slash commands don't work (other than /q). All my spell icons are greyed out and the SK just stops responding. The only way I can fix is is by using /q then relogging. Unloading plugins or even MQ2 doesn't have any affect.

Anyone else run into this before? Started happening a couple days ago. Let me know if there's any additional info I can provide.
 
Sounds like the game thinks you're still casting. It's a known EQ bug. You can do something like hit Origin AA then /stopcast or duck it off to interrupt it. @chizzle

when you load the plugin what does it list for your PullAbility?
at your level it should be lvl 77 Trial for Power which would go in your Spell Gem 9 slot (needing Mnemonic Retention 1 that you get for lvl 55 in OOW).

do you not have mnemonic retention1? is it not available on your server? lvl 80 comes out in SoF and mnemonic retention comes out in OOW.

We'll be putting in a fix to melee pull if you don't have your pull spell memorized

Yes. Thank you @Sic. My SHD is back to pulling. On a free account so only 250 AA limit and trying to level more before I go All Access - no 9th spell slot.

Awesome work and I appreciate everything you (all) did. I can't wait for the next tool to get. So far using BER, BST, CLR, and SHD. Looking forward to even more.
 
I bought this plugin and have been trying to get it to work for my group. I have watched the videos and read discussion threads, I know I have missed it. How do I get him to pull the mob back to the camp. instead of just sitting in the middle of the zone dying from no support?
Make sure to set the role for your tank to MA Tank and puller, then change the mode to puller tank. I forgot this for s

You should see a red ring appear on your map. This is your camp. A blue ring should appear, this is the area you will pull from. You can change the radius to make it bigger or smaller or the arc to change the range fan.

To reset the direction of you use radius change the mode back to manual and adjust the direction you are facing and change mode to puller tank.

He should now pull for you. If you are in a dungeon you may need to make the camp radius smaller.
 
UseDisarm doesn't seem to work for my SK. I keep having to manually mash the button even when toggle is selected.

yup figured it out

For some reason some of the everquest disarm info things say lvl 40. I'll push an update for this (won't go in until next live build tho)

Level 34 now, but have had disarm for skill for several levels. I don't recall at what lvl it opened up, but I was checking my combat abilities to see if anything new had been added and it had. I'm guessing around level 30. Possible earlier.
