I recently posted a similar frustration... the secret sauce is in the "/easyfind reload Custom.yaml" command. Save your edited yaml to whatever name you like and add that command to your server_character.cfg file.
 
Nice! I didn't know that. I just tried it and it worked. Just one change, I had to add the FindLocations: to the top of the file to get it to work. I then added the '/easyfind reload Custom.yaml ' to my ingame.cfg, so it loads every time, until or if it gets added.

Oh I believe the reload command does not "add" the custom settings to the original settings, it replaces them. So you will want to copy the original file, manually merge in these custom entries, save and reload with the new custom.yaml file.

I don't think that is true. At least from the one time I have tried it, it just added the last two to the end of my laurion song zone connection list. I just tried it after a restart, and it still looks correct

I don't want to sound like I am a crazy person or don't know how to use this wonderful thing, but I am pulling my hair out thinking I am brain dead (and maybe I am)... But did anyone else all of a sudden like 2 days ago or so stop being able to easy nav in the new expansion?

Edited - I should probably give an example .. I am in Laurion Inn - try to easy nav to any of the Zone Connections - I get the Easy Find in Red - Failed to Find a Path to the Destination. I do melee tomes or something else on there works, just not the zones. I manually zone into a zone, I try to Easy Nav back to Laurion Inn I get the same Failed to Find Path.

Edit Edit - Just using the regular non Custom ZoneConnections.Yaml

Update - Did a fresh Install of MQ - Works - FFS !@#$%
- Used the Same Mesh's
- no difference in zoneconnections.yaml
- no difference in zones.ini

I don't know.. it works though with a new instance #$%&

Easyfind is crashing when entering the deep to Ssra and also when do Ssra to thegray. I get the error below. when it crashs then epiclaziness fails ofcourse. ^)

Is it possible to put maidenseyetwo on this list as well? It runs through "a concerned shade" with a summoned item, exactly like Lceanium.

Obviously not a priority, ToL is two expansions old at this point. And doing a /travelto maidenseyetwo does path through this guy correctly, it's just the Find window which doesn't list it as a destination.
 
Sorry, I have no clue either sorry. Weird thing is that it says exited in Lua manager window but if i select from Find it works after i restart it in Lua? hope that helps sorry. Love Easyfind but any time you enter from SSra from the deep, it can never find its way until you get up 1 level from cave. downloaded NAV mesa's often so not sure if there is something i am missing in maybe somewhere else?

You're confused.

easyfind is a plugin, but it uses Lua to perform some of its tasks. there is nothing useful from the Lua process manager for easyfind.

easyfind uses nav to travel around zones. nav doesn't support verticality, and ssra is full of verticality. It will not work in ssra.
 
There is a miss when doing /travelto stonebrunt from PoK.
The route should be Gunthak --> Stonebrunt
Instead it goes though toxx forest, a hop of about 4 zones.

The same is true for when going back.

I had that a couple days ago. My easyfind got corrupted. Had to update and reload everything... :(

Edit: Note, my easyfind wouldn't load at all then... /plugin easyfind failed.

Do you have to put everything in the new file or just the changes you made?
 
/travelto poknowledge from Sharvahltwo wants to go the long route through ToL - it does not know about the PoK book that's in the Find window in shadeweavertwo.
 
Each resource on RG has an Overview / Discussion Thread and either a link to their wiki or tabs with FAQ, Commands, Etc.
Please make sure to post in the respective discussion thread, and check the FAQ/Commands/Wiki for information before posting.
 
As the title states, Mq2Nav is going away when I swap personas. It comes back after I camp and come back into the game, but I was wondering if anyone else has this issue or if there is an easy fix or command to correct it.

works, but have to do it everytime I swap personas too
 
Ive heard of many nightmares people have had with personas. Losing gear, losing aa, etc. I personally avoid at all cost
 
The following zone connections are missing from Tirranun's Delve and Lavaspinner's Lair:

When i try to use the /travelto command i am getting " DoCommand - Couldn't parse "/travelto". Not sure what i am doing wrong?
 
I dont know what plugin it is or if it is an MQ function but I used to be able to do a Ctrl + Shift and click on a zone in the find box on the map and all my toons would run to that zone.

It doesn't work since the latest update. Any idea where this function was created at and how to get it back?
