it helps if you say *specifically* what spells/AAs you're talking about because we have several push spells including anchors and guild hall and many zephyrs the only one off the top of my head that i know is missing is teleportbind AA, but i could take a look at that

I did - translocate to bind and guild.
Druid portal window, type in "trans", shows nothing. "tra" showed potranquility, when I typed more, it didn't help.
same on the wiz one.

no you didn't. what *specifically*?

"translocate to bind and guild" what specifically - if you were to look it up, what specifically would be the result that showed what the actual spell/aa was called *specifically*

druids have zephyrs (and pushes), they don't have translocate, that is wizards.

I don't know of a "Translocate to Guild" for druids -0 they have "Teleport Guild Hall Anchor" which would be found under "guildhall" or "guildanchor" or "push" or "aapush" or they have

can you link me to allah's or magelo or somewhere that says "Translocate to Guild" for druids?

For example, here is primary anchor
INI:

well, I messed about a bit with phrases. I was thinking they were called "translocate to" guildhall/anchor/bind. Maybe they used to be and renamed them to the more common "teleport to", which now they seem to say on the AA Buttons etc. Typing in "guild" finds me guild anchor and hall. The one I wanted to use was bind lol, which as you say isn't there. Also, typing in "teleport" gives nothing, and yes, I know they are all teleports.
In my mind, wizards got "translocate" spells, sending others and not themselves. And then they added those guild/bind ones, and I just recall they were called translocate's too. Oh well, memory fades with age.
Edit : posted or typed at same time as you.

The spells in the spell list (for wiz) are called "translocate XYX", so it seemed logical to get results when typing in "trans". and the other part was "bind" so that gets us to where we are.
 
ive bought the mq2 druid, i have it on my launcher. when i log into my druid it is not poping up. i have tried /drushow /dru show /dru help etc. what am i doing wrong?

Purchased licenses there is nothing to watch.

You need to make sure it is installed (in the launcher).

And then you need to load the plugin.

/Plugin mq2druid

Then you can use druid commands.

Make sure you check out the sticky. Especially about commands and the ui

Wrong forum
Mount is Polar Bear Saddle.
i am using MQ2 Druid

all she is doing is autodismounting and spamming it, I've tried toggling autodismount on and off and she still does it. I've tried /dru Autodismount on and off still nothing.

I am sure it is something i am doing...
 
This is a known issue not plug-in related. Normally happens after patch when she doubts then looses the buff then recast the mount. Try another mount temporary. Like I said this issue isn't a mq2druid issue.
 
as an aside, any clickies that are being used can be disabled in the clicky tab. Just select the item you want to turn off and deactivate it.
 
I'm probably doing something wrong, i am not able to use the Druid portal window with the spells "wind of the south" and "wind of the north",(lvl 37 and 39) group tp for older Kunark zones, i tried typing wind, north and south but no luck, any tips please?

you can either do long or shortname

so "Emerald Jungle" or "emeraldjungle" for "Wind of the south"
or
"The Skyfire Mountains" or "skyfire" for "Wind of the North"


also: your english is great, and you were specific with what you were trying to do, what you expected to work etc - so i thank you dearly

(Small) Issue: At level 50, the command /dru missing shows that I do not have Tangle -- a Snare spell only available on PvP server(s) from what I can see in Alla comments.

For completeness, I am on a non-PvP server :-)

Not a big deal, as I think (?) it will be overwritten later as I level this toon? I just did not want my Inner Completionist get all bent out of shape ...

I'm unsure where to post this and since it effects plugins i figure I'll use my main class plugin

is it possible to have a general
/dgae /pause true or false same goes for /dgae raidmode true or false that will work on all class plugins so you don't have to type or hotkey for each of your class plugins like /dru pause true or /pal pause true ect just a /dgae pause true or dgae /pause false

it's true i can and have hotkey for every class in my crew and made a separate one for the main box leader

can either 1) setup aliases or 2) I think think they are default now.

Yep, check the sticky. One of the most fundamental things to know about.

There's also mq2boxr you might consider.

The aliases are automatically created for you, you just use them.

Give a thorough look at that hotkey guide, all sorts of stuff that that are indispensable

I am new to this and I love the class plugins but I also get over whelm with the amount of information on this site and it gets little confusing for me some times. sorry if i ask the same old question that been answer eons ago

Also, something to keep in mind when new to this stuff:

1. Reading these forums, you could probably spend a good 2 weeks just reading stuff here. There are a ton of posts about getting started and what stuff to use. Good use of your time. Please remember there is a huge (very steep) learning curve here and your starting from scratch.

2. Vocabulary - relates to above. All part of learning this, if you don't have the vocabulary down, it will make this much harder. Remember elementary school? Sometimes you have to go back to basics. (Not saying this in a sneering way, more like a fatherly advice way).

3. Stick to easy at first. Easy is setting up your group (creating your toons). Then adding the easy stuff like Autoaccept, Autogroup, (Sic has a whole video about setting these 2 up) and whatever flavor of automation your using..KA, MA, RGMercs, CWTN. And learning how to run your group. (Follow, Come to ME, zoning, doors, tasks, quests, all that stuff is no more than technique, and once you learn that technique you can move on).

4. MAPS- god, don't forget to get maps. Makes life so much easier. You can find links to the 2 map guys and how to install their maps. And then you can play with MQNav hehe.

5. Same goes for your UI. Tons of resources out there to change/modify it out there. EQInterface.

Sheesh I could go on for hours here. But this is enough to keep you busy for the next month or so. You will see this statement several times on these forums: MQ is not a sprint, but a marathon. And if you take that approach you will have that much more satisfaction. Enjoy the ride. And don't be afraid to ask questions either here or Discord. And most of all: have fun.

I apologize in advance, I am almost certainly stupid. Everytime I come back from a few months off I am a little rusty.

What triggers when my druid will sit during a puller camp. I'm doing a kind of slow camp with a fair bit of downtime. The warrior puller sits, zerker sits, bard sits between songs, but druid, rogue and shaman stay standing with the druid at least in need of medding.

it sounds like your druid, rogue, and shammys are in manual mode.

put them in campmode, so they have a camp, after they're done fighting (and their xtarget is clear), they'll return to camp and sit down

i have an issue with the spirit of wolf being casted repeatedly and will not take hold due to the fact i have "Share Form of The Great Wolf". i use this cus i like the 6 hour "Illusion Benefit Dena". i guess Illusion Benefit Dena is more powerful since it will not be overridden . is there a way to fix this or is there an option i just didnt see that will fix it?

you can turn off sow usage, or block the spell.

id suggest turning off using sow if you dont want to use sow

byos only uses spells it says the plugin uses. the plugin does not use that spell, so memorizing it won't make it use it

I can give it a think about adding it, but we don't use the other "single" spells because they're crap, or do other stuff like lev
and i didn't add the ones you're mentioning because just "self" or "group" --- i *might* be inclined to add the group ones, but the single ones is just a waste.

in the meantime turning off usesow would make the plugin not cast sow, which is what you said your issue was (because you had a conflicting buff)

Cool thnks for the info. also i noticed my illusion from the share form of the great wolf doesnt go away when i have the option in settings to make it go away on. in mq2druid or mq2cleric.

there are some illusions we don't click off because they give "other" stuff, which might mean it is from a quest, etc

in this instance, (for some of the spells) the illusion portion isn't separate from the run speed portion. so there's no way to click it off and still use the effect. for share/form of the great wolf, i can add that we do want to remove it

based on this with the other spells in the line, i'm inclined to leave everything else the way it is

i have been using mq2druid since i bought it and now it just disappeared. it is in the list of plugins. i unloaded and reloaded. i can not get the ui to appear at all even using the commands. i cant even get help to show up in mq window. i even deleted the .dll file and downloaded it again and put it back and still nothing. does anyone have any idea on what is going on. my mq2bard and mq3 cleric work fine.

You downloaded it 32 minutes ago.

/Plugin druid load

That will load mq2druid

If it says file not found, then you don't have the file in the right location.

You should always let the rg launcher handle downloading and placing files

You should also ensure you don't have antivirus or other file scanning/syncing things that might hold files hostage, scanning your RG, mq, or eq folders.

when i do this it says mq2druid is already loaded. i cant get the ui to show up. i even try doing /dru help and it doesnt even show up in the mq window.

i know what the problem is now. i use personas with my toon and i was playing a level 16 cleric for a bit. well at some point in time today my toon swapped from 55 dru to 16 cleric and i never realized it. it probably happened when my whole game crashed and i didn't notice. i got it to work now.

Thanks for the followup.

It would have been important to mention that your MQ output would tell you that you're not a druid
