These guys have a bst one in the works too.

Love this plugin first of all!
One thing i noticed is when i have MELEE ON whenever cleric is hitting the mob and sticks to mob then when he needs to heal the tank he will stick to the tank and then heal then stick back to the mob and attack....its causing alot of running and positioning and of course cleric needs to stay stick on mob ....any idea whats causing this? right now i have:
UseStick=true
StickHow=snaproll

Thanks viv - @Gnits mentioned this last night - obviously the cleric shouldn't be trying to get behind the tank and beat `em up so we'll take a look into it lol

Givin ya'll a little peek.

We've been working on a ton of stuff for the unreleased plugins, including getting their windows all sorted out.
Some classes, like cleric are going to end up with so many options that we want you to be able to adjust on the fly, and this will be a nice way to do so without having to remember the slash command
the items that are values are on the left side, and has a scrollbar so you can scroll to where the option you want is

howdy madkiller44

this is an issue that happens we're working on with mq2kissbuffs thinking you don't have a buff when you do.

to stop it you can manually click a buff off on the enchanter / enchanter pet

alternatively if you want to stop the cleric from doing anything you can /plugin mq2cleric unload to unload the plugin.

using the cwtn plugins you will want to also ensure that you have mq2kissbuffs loaded on everyone with a /plugin mq2kissbuffs load

Hey guys,

Super new user here, sorry if i failed to find this via search....

But when i run mq2cleric on my 85 cleric he spams Hand of Gallantry rk. II on the two rogue mercs.... at first i thought it might be it didnt like druid buffs so removed the skins from guild lobby (from the whole group), that didnt work so i removed the surety's i got in the guild hall. He still spams them.

I don't see anywhere in the ini i can change any of the buff info. Does MQ2cleric just not like low lvl cleric buffs or am i an idiot who missed something glaring?

Thanks

howdy potbelly - sorry for the troubles

there is an issue with mq2kissbuffs that causes this issue

you have a couple of options - 1st - you need to ensure you have mq2kissbuffs loaded on all your characters /plugin mq2kissbuffs load -- 2nd anytime it spams a buff - just go to that character and unclick a buff on them manually (obv cant do that on your merc) -- 3rd you can also just /clr usehand off to not use hand at all

not sure why it would be casting on a mercenary tho --- that's shouldn't be possible with the way we check for buffs unless they are added to the file via kissassist or somesuch - because we check against the spawn ID

I would reload mq2kissbuffs on everyone after deleting the "guts" of your kissassist_buffs.ini file in your macro folder

its possible that kiss is adding the mercenaries to the buff file, but then the kissbuffs issue doesn't think they have the buffs they do

Just deleted all the ini and reloaded kissbuffs, now hes just spamming hand on my war. (who has the buff)
did you try clicking off a buff on the warrior? like i mentioned there is an issue with kissbuffs sometimes when you zone/revive/load in

otherwise you'll just want to /clr usehand off until the kissbuff things gets fixed

Cleric isn't breaking invis to heal, just stands like a lemon till I click it off each time

if you are in a mode that has a camp - like mode 1 (assist mode) it will break invis to heal - if you are in mode 0 it will not (and this is by design)

I did recently add this info to the commands page - guess i should make a FAQ page too

Breaks in assist, but that's no good for crawling..... It's not breaking in chase or vorpal modes either

Oh, what's the intended purpose of chase and vorpal modes if I may ask?

Love your work by the way, I've bought two of your plugins, so please don't think I'm giving you a hard time.... would just like to run more of your stuff if it suits

Mine is not breaking in chase mode (I think it should though). IMO manual and vorpal should not break invis. Maybe if it checked invis status of other group members and only healed if other members are not invised and are hurt?

MQ2Cleric Commands <--- the command tab has information on the modes

Chase assist chases your tank around
Vorpal mode does assisting but does not chase your tank or set/return to a camp

Mode:
/clr mode - Manual|Assist|Chase|Vorpal 0|1|2|3|4|5|6|7
Has access to all of the CWTN plugin "Modes"
(Only difference for cleric in manual or an assist mode is it will only break invis if it has a camp set - so manual mode will not break invis to heal)
Mode 0 - Manual --- Manual
Mode 1 - Assist --- assist your MA and returns to camp
Mode 2 - ChaseAssist --- chases and assists your MA
Mode 3 - Vorpal Mode (Assist but no camp or chase)
Mode 4 - Tank --- tank stuff
Mode 5 - PullerTank --- pull and then tank
Mode 6 - Puller Assist pull and then assist MA
Mode 7 - SicTank Mode --- sets a camp, and does tank stuff, but doesn't return/sit down
Mode 8 - Hunter Tank mode --- runs around and kills stuff

Mode 3 - Vorpal Mode (Assist but no camp or chase)

So shouldn't Vorpal break invis then? if it's an assist mode

Otherwise there's zero way to crawl with this plugin?

well if you want to go uninvis you could always tell your group to go uninvis - /bcga //makemevisible

I do plenty of crawling - I would really hate for my cleric to start healing someone while invis and we're moving because they stepped in and out of range of the cleric aura and their health dropped a smidge

The simple solution here is to take off invis....

The plugin will only break invis if you have a camp set. A camp being set is a mode where you want to be at a specific location. If you are invis.....turn off invis.

When you say " just stands like a lemon till I click it off each time " I think a better question is, why are you casting invis every time that you need to break it every time?

Just make a hotkey /bcaa //makemevisible

Then hit that every time.

Not breaking invis unless there is a camp set is working as intended. This will not be changed.

I play with other real players occasionally, shocker I know ;)

The puller hits his invis a lot.... I'll try the makemevisible command see how that goes.

If not, I guess will stick to IHC for the cleric (IHC checks that there's agro before breaking to heal, so it doesn't heal just cause of aura proximity etc)

How dare you sir, my horse may be cheap but he's a faithful companion..
HoofU (cheapest white horse, during the Luclin era) and I shared many good memories. He was my savior during PoP farming before Clerics had real viable reason to be meleeing. He will always have a place in my heart, and now he has a place on my housing property.

Oh, what's the intended purpose of chase and vorpal modes if I may ask?
I use Chase on my monk and rogue when I use my tank to roam the countryside, looking for phat lewtz, namers, or questing components. It's also a lot faster, using hunter mode on the tank, to exp since there's less downtime in pulling. I'll set the campfire in a safe(r) location, and set that as my starting point for hunter mode, and let everyone chase after the tank.

dude i remember getting my first drogmor on my cleric - I CAN SEEEE!!!~

I Still only use horses as mounts. I hate all the bloat and shit in EQ now. Gingerbread men, bunny rabbits, clown costumes, fucking unicorn mounts. Drives me mad. I'm old school, I use ornaments to make my weapons look as plain and realistic as possible and use horses.

HA! I feel you brother! I was stunned when gnome stuff came out. Tinkered weird shit that seemed to stray from the d&d aspect of eq. Jet packs? I mean come on!

Totally appalled by the gingerbread expansion.

I have to admit though, this expansions chicken mount is pretty cool, though I prefer the wolf mount. Just wish they would have put the stats on the wolf mount that the chicken has. The chicken has those crazy eyes like its going to peck your fucking brains out if you get too close lol!

I have been experiencing a small glitch on the MQ2Cleric plugin. On occasion, it gets stuck memming a spell. I can move the cleric forward one step and it continues memming the spell and then continues healing etc. The maddening thing, is this is not a consistent thing, it only happens on occasion.

I love the CWTN plugins. They have been awesome and pretty reliable.

Keep up the great work!

in a non-manual mode the plugin will kick you out of your spell book if you have a spawn on XTarget to prevent getting stuck in the book instead of healing. It's a known issue and the current resolution was to not allow the spell book to be open in combat.

I had a similar issue when using a mount....got rid of mount...issue solved

I just started using this, working great so far! I haven't seen this asked and haven't used it long enough to find out, but how does it handle pet healing? My mage pet occasionally ends up back up tanking if war dies and wondering ahead of time if I can expect the cleric to heal it with this plugin.

Thanks!!

115 cleric, max AA, all Glyphs ready to go, but no GLyph is triggered at all (works fine on my war, and zerks btw)

There is also no UseGlyph in the INI

I don't understand the different modes. They are the same as the Warrior plugin. Why would I want to use mode 5? The descriptions are confusing for the cleric modes. What mode should I use if I just want the cleric to stand in the camp and heal the tank?
