Plugin - MQ2BerZerker (1 Viewer) 3.1.52471.11

Would it be possible to get a "Blood Pact is Burn" toggle option like rogues have for execution line? At lower levels it's something that is part of our burn rot and not always hit on CD.
toggles are almost always a "no" for all the reasons we've repeated over the years.

but i hear what you're expressing - it does make sense that at lower ranks you probably only want it for burns considering the recast. Ranks 1-15 is 15m reuse and you don't get down to 10m reuse until rank 29. The other thing to consider is the "uptime" rather than just reuse, I don't know off the top of my head what the actual 90s duration would be at lower ranks, but higher ranks it is 3 minutes

I'm just going to make it only activate during burns until you get down to that 10m reuse mark. ~10m is roughly around the "this should be either specifically for a burn or a toggle" as a broad general guideline.
 
I did a search, cant find a way to toggle out vortex to use arcscale, anyway to do that?
nah there isn't - and it hasn't come up in over 4 years.

well the stupid thing about those is even tho one is a 60 second reuse and the other is a 30 second reuse, is the 30 second reuse one can't be used when the 60 second one is on cooldown. (the reason i say its stupid is because your hotbotton doesn't actually "go on cooldown")

the plugin uses timer 16 when you have useaoe turned on and your xtarget count is greater than or equal to you aoecount and it checks for AEViscious first and then AESlice

so tl;dr - vicious

it might be worth exploring to use the arc line if only there are 4 or less targets, and use the vicious if there are more than 4 targets
I might put this as something to look into here in the future - but no plans on changing it currently at this time

From my understanding Vortex is more like an Ae nuke, so our slashing bonus's dont apply to it. So Arc is less targets, but a lot more dps. I just keep AOE off and manually do it for now.

This correct. It's not something that's readily apparent, but Vicious is actually coded as a spell so it scales off spell caster bonuses. Arc is a melee slash so it gets all the bonuses from hdex and melee things. Neither is great, but Vicious is worse, by far, regardless of the number of targets.
 
Question: Timer 15

I was wondering if retaliation and frenzied can be toggled to use 1 or the other? these 2 options are under the same timer 15 and retaliation will almost always be used before frenzied.

My question is that is there a way that if retaliation is enabled then frenzied is not an option, and that if frenzied is enabled then retaliation wouldn't be an option?

once again i just clicked frenzied and when mangling CA popped it just over rid frenzied

I guess what im asking is when i have frenzied disc activated and its running them Mangling discipline is avaiable why is it that frenzied discipline gets Null over mangling although the timer for frenzied is still runnuing?

still not 100% sure i understand what you're asking - but if you're asking "i have an active disc and then it gets cancelled for mangling" it tells you in the output window that it is doing that because you're now entering your burn conditions

It is 2025. Caps isn't ok. Leaving them and saying sorry about it is lazy

Yes we cancel things to start our burn routine.

You could adjust your burn settings so you don't burn until you /ber burnnow

because as i mentioned

your burncount is "how many mobs on my xtarget until i start burning", so if this is set to 4 - you'd burn when you have 4 mobs on xtarget, if it is set to 1, you're going to burn anytime you're fighting something

reasons to burn:
- burnalways
- burnallnamed and fighting a name
- a burnnow was issued
- you have an equal number or great amount of mobs on xtarget as your burncount
- - you can tell by the name "burn count" that it is the "count of the mobs to start burning"

yep. they don't get much else - they get a stun, and some movement speed decrease unless you count throw stone/elbow strike which are basically none damage and we dont use those.

dbg didn't give them much useful stuff early on

I'm having an issue, one of my zerks isn't using Ecliptic. He doesn't have TOB, so that's the best Rage type ability he has. He has the axes for it, if I press it manually it goes off. He's set to "Burn Always."

Anyone else running into this? My other zerks are using their Rage-line abilities fine, similar settings. I didn't upload my overall settings since there isn't a way to turn this line off, that I know of, but let me know if it'd help.

I would check you're not missing abilities, because we need/want to compare.

Also "Burn always" is really a waste in our opinion.

Re settings: You should provide things that might help you, like the ability the plugin says you have / are using from the spells tab or when the plugin loads

It does say I'm missing Reciprocal Rage, but I can't get it since I don't have ToB. When I load the plugin, it says Updated: Progressive Spell - Composite Rage, even though I have Ecliptic Rage. Could this mismatch be the problem?

Probably. I'll check the login a bit later. Not at home atm.

In the meantime you want to get the axes it is telling you to get for composite.
 
I tried to look through the threads for this plugin and I couldn't find an answer on why the UseBattleLeap won't actually use Battle Leap consistently through the combat rotation. I understand it is primarily used for repositioning during certain burns and getting the permanent damage buff on first zone cast, but it also would be nice to use it on its 20 second cooldown. Especially in SoD era, the (instant cast) activated ability can crit for upwards of 60k+ and has a partial stun that can help improve some sustainability for the tank. Is there any reason there isn't an option between using it once for the buff versus consistently in a the combat cycle?

I'm not sure about older era content but at least at current it no longer needs
to be used for the melee dmg increase, which has been made a passive part of the AA.

Jumping around like a lunatic every 20s is going to reduce your overall dps.
While you're in the air next time you use it watch your chat box for "get closer"
messages. Thats you trying to swing and not being able to.

same as here. the leaping actually makes you lose swings as fargrim said.

flying into the air also can have some other side affects that are undesired - so we dont want to be doing that every 20 seconds.

so no, no plans on doing that

Still having this issue. I have noticed that my zerks that are using the Rage-line abilities have them displayed in Info --> Spells & Discs. The ones who don't use it, do not have it listed there. But I can't figure out why. They for sure have some of their Rage-line abilities, and I can use them manually by clicking them. But they won't auto-fire.

the important part here is always "what does the plugin say it will use".

does it still say composite?

edit: looks like it probably says composite still - an adjustment due to emu issues looks like caused a bracket issue - lemme fix and and rebuild

Edit: As far as "what the plugin says it will use," I don't see any info about the Rage line anywhere, in spite of having Ecliptic available. It isn't in Info --> Spells & Discs, doesn't appear when the plugin is first loaded in any of the "Updated:" lines, and also isn't present in the "Missing" tab or after inputting "/zerk missing". Not sure if that's helpful.

Sorry to keep bringing it up, but I'm still having the same issue. I installed the newest version of the launcher/plugin.

Wasn't sure if maybe it would take a patch day to upload the changes. But still no sign of any Rage-line abilities on a couple of my zerkers in spite of them having them available.

sorry this is taking so long - should really be a simple fix - but i don't have any toons i can replicate it with, so not so

hrm, i think i know why actually --- if you can just share me your missing and abilities to confirm
